57AVENUE - This is a single storey apartment of 90 m2 and a private garden/terrace of 107 m2 in a luxury very modern complex located on the seafront. It can accommodate up to 6 people. Linen - sheets and towels - is included in the rental price.
The apartment has been designed to favor easy circulation and conviviality.
The space is generous, organized around a fully equipped kitchen, which distributes to the living room and the wooden terrace. You will find a large shaded round table, garden furniture with a parasol and of course a barbecue.
By the sea, the inside-outside relationship is essential.
Beach equipment (deckchairs, parasols, beach toys, outdoor shower) is at your disposal.
Separated by a small reading room, the night side: 3 bedrooms. The bedding in 160 for 1 of them 140 for the others. Nearby, 2 bathrooms (including a smaller one) in waxed concrete, one of which has a walk-in shower.

Narbonne Plage is a small family resort, on one side, the small port of Narbonne Plage on the other the rocks of the Spanish coast. Between the two, the huge sandy beach and the sea and our apartment.
Here you don't need to take the car. Everything you need is nearby: bakery, butcher, grocery store, pharmacy, doctor's office, cinema, restaurants, etc...
The fine sandy beach is 5 kilometers long and 150 m wide. It is bordered by a 2.5 km pedestrian promenade... Large spaces for activities in complete freedom and in complete safety. Whether by bike, on foot, on rollerblades, alone, with family or friends, the seafront promenade offers an idyllic setting.
In summer, in the center of Narbonne Plage there are many festivities. Thanks to the location of the apartment, you are not bothered by these activities, while being close enough to walk there (600 meters) and participate in them.
Narbonne Plage is also a cinema, tennis courts and a swimming pool with a 25m pool: free swimming and various activities are offered there (aquagym, swimming lessons, aqua bike...) - open 7 days a week in summer and 6 days a week out of season.
“Axe Littoral” cycle paths: one that runs along the road and the sea. Its route passes along the waterfront promenade of Narbonne-plage to reach Saint-Pierre-la-Mer. The other one link Narbonne Plage with Gruissan.

The apartment is perfectly situated just in front of the clean wide beach. The rooms are well equipt with everything you need, including comfy beds, modern beamer, complete kitchen and washing machine. One bathroom is a little small, but it works proper. One sleeping room has a window only to the living room but with blinds for privacy. Melanie the housekeeper did a very good job handing over and explaining everything. She immediately answered once we had a question.
There are a lot of free parking places along the promenade. The day guests of the beach normaly started leaving around 5pm. It wasn't a problem for us to get a place in front the entrance after coming home from our side trips.
We spent a very relaxing holiday with three teenagers at this apartment and can highly recommend this place.

Tolle Lage, sehr schönes familienfreundliches Haus
Das Haus ist sehr schön und verfügt über ein großes geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Wohnzimmer und eine sehr schöne schattige Terrasse. Die drei Schlafzimmer sind geräumig. Die Betten sehr gut und bequem.
Die Küche ist etwas klein aber gut ausstaffiert.
Der Kühlschrank verdient seinen Namen. Zusätzlich gibt es sogar noch einen Gefrierschrank.
Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt.
Das Meer mit wunderschönen Sandstrand ist wirklich nur einmal über die wenig befahrene Strandpromenade zu erreichen.
Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert!

Wunderschöne Wohnung direkt am Strand
Die Wohnung ist dank ihrer Lage direkt am Strand nahezu perfekt. Der Check in wird von Melanie begleitet. Sie ist mega freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie ruft schon vor Anreise an und klärt alles und fragt, was benötigt wird. Sie ist klasse. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und gut eingerichtet. Die Terrasse ist das Highlight. Es ist alles sehr sauber und gemütlich. Die Betten sind bequem. Es gibt Sachen für den Strand. Man braucht nix mitzunehmen hierfür. Der Blick aufs Meer ist großartig. Das Einzige was uns etwas gestört hat war die kleine Küche. Ansonsten alles top!

Very chilled, well equipped & great location
This ground floor apartment (we didn’t realise it was from the advert) is located in a quiet area a few hundred metres up from the town centre. Huge beach with minimal tide. The apartment has everything you might need, great outdoor space and is immediately across the quiet road from the beach. The immediate area gets busier in the Summer holidays but the rest of the time it is quiet, with loads of parking and is very relaxing. We will stay again for sure.

Hervorragende Wohnung direkt am Meer!
Wir haben eine wundervolle Woche in einem bestens ausgestatteten Haus direkt am Meer verbracht (nur durch eine wenig befahrene Straße getrennt).
Kasia ist eine ganz tolle Vermieterin und gibt viele wertvolle Tips vor Ort. Dieses Haus ist wirklich zu empfehlen. Ganz liebe Grüße an die Vermieter, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Great 1-week stay at Narbonne-Plage
Our family (2 adults + 3 kids between 4 to 9) enjoyed Kasias property with direct view to the beach very much. It is a great location, very clean, neat and arranged with charme. Especially the linens were very beautiful :-). The direct access to the beach just by crossing the street was perfect with and for our kids. There was no problem to return for lunch, a break or just to grab something. No need to pack a car or similar. Questions were answered immediatly by Kasia. She was very helpful and accommodating. Thank you and hope to see you again in the future.

Simplement parfait !
La maison est d'une propreté impeccable, chaleureuse, confortable et super bien équipée. Nous y étions fin mai, nous avions l'impression d'être seuls au monde face à la mer, quoi de plus ressourçant !? Nous n'avons pas loué de voiture car tout est facilement accessible à pied. L'accueil adorable et la disponibilité sans faille de Kasia était un vrai bonheur (Elle nous a même dégoté un lit très confortable pour le bébé) ! Merci pour ces quelques jours et à bientôt j'espère !

Merci à Kasia pour sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité. Elle s'est adapté à notre heure d'arrivée plus que tardive et nous a accordé une ultime grâce matinée.
La maison est confortable et la décoration presque zen. Quant à la vue ... un régal pour les yeux et un vrai bol de bien-être. Nous reviendrons.

Très bel appartement avec vue sublime
Nous sommes ravis de ce séjour chez Kasia et Jean Luc qui sont des hôtes parfaits ! L’appartement est en tout point conforme aux photos, confortable, clair et très bien équipé. La terrasse est magnifique ainsi que la vue sur mer. La météo n’a pas été idéale pour nous mais nous avons passé une excellente semaine entre amis dans ce lieu tout à fait adapté pour 6 personnes.

face à la mer
3 jours en famille . Nous avons bcp apprécié l'emplacement face à la mer : la météo étant déchainé vous avions le décor tout en profitant du confort de la maison . les ado on apprécié le vidéo projecteur ! Merci pour l'accueil et du coup de jet d'eau sur la voiture après la tempête , c'est très appréciable !

Traumwohnung direkt am Meer - Entspannung pur
Sehr schöne und saubere Wohnung in perfekter Lage direkt am Meer, nur durch die Uferstrasse vom Strand getrennt. Bäcker, Lebensmittelgeschäfte und Restaurants innerhalb von 10 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Prima eingerichtete Küche (Nespresso-Maschine), von dort direkter Zugang auf die Terrasse, grosszügiger Ess/Wohnbereich. Wunderschöner Aussenbereich mit grossem Tisch, Sonnenschirm und Lounge-Ecke. Wir haben uns bei Kasia und Jean-Luc sehr wohl gefühlt und haben von ihnen viele Tipps und Informationen erhalten. Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen.

Es ist ein sehr schönes und geräumiges Objekt direkt am Stand, welches uns einen schönen Urlaub ermöglichte.
Der Strand ist sehr sauber und sogar mit Rettungsschwimmern bewacht, auch gut geeignet für Familien mit Kindern.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié nos vacances en famille dans ce bel appartement toutes conforts dans le calme.
Kasia a été très attentive à nos besoins.
La plage est très appropriée pour les petits enfants - très lente descente en profondeur.
Narbonne plage est un village balnéaire assez sympa mais sans intérêt particulier. Narbonne nous a surpris avec sa charme d’ancienne ville méridionale.

Nous avons tout, mais vraiment tout apprécié de notre séjour à Narbonne Plage. Grâce aussi à l’accueil chaleureux des propriétaires, très sympathiques et attentionnés, à leurs conseils et à leurs informations sur la région. L’appartement est magnifique, aménagé avec beaucoup de goût, et a tout ce qu’il faut. Nous avons passé de longues heures sur la terrasse et profité de la vue directe sur la plage et la mer. Great vacation at Narbonne - Plage
We (a Swiss family with four teenagers) spent 14 wonderful days in this house. Since we needed a lot of internet access due to project work we were very grateful when Kasia and Jean-Luc did everything to get a new router. Their efforts were extraordinary, which is not to be taken for granted. We felt completely taken care of. The top location directly on the beach is perfect, because you can jump into the sea quickly at any time and still don't have to take everything to the beach. Thank you very much for this.

Geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Strandappartement mit herzlicher Vermieterin
Das liebevoll eingerichtete Appartement entspricht exakt der Beschreibung und hat für uns keine Wünsche offen gelassen. Die Ausstattung ist für eine Ferienwohnung weit überdurchschnittlich (Geschirr, Gewürze, Essig&Öl, Spül-/Waschmittel etc.) Wir haben hier eine wunderschöne Woche in der Nachsaison verbrach tund durften jeden Moren mit Blick auf die über dem Meer aufgehende Sonne frühstücken.
In der Hauptsaison könnte der Blick ggf. durch parkende Autos beeinträchtigt sein.
Die Betreuung mit Tipps, Überprüfung von Öffnungszeiten und -tagen in der Nebensaison und Reservierungen war außerordentlich.
The lovingly furnished apartment corresponds exactly to the description and has left nothing to be desired. The equipment is for a holiday apartment far above average (spices, vinegar & oil, detergent washing powder etc. ) We spent a wonderful week here in the off-season and were allowed to breakfast every morning with a view of the sun rising over the sea. In the high season, the view may be impaired by parked cars.
The support with tips, checking opening hours and days in the off-season and reservations was extraordinary.
L'appartement meublé avec amour correspond exactement à la description et n'a rien laissé à désirer. L'équipement est bien au-dessus de la moyenne pour un appartement de vacances (vaisselle, épices, vinaigre&huile, détergent, lessive en poudre, etc. ) Nous avons passé une semaine merveilleuse ici en basse saison et nous avons pu prendre le petit déjeuner tous les matins avec vue sur la mer et le soleil levant.
En haute saison, la vue peut être altérée par les voitures garées.
Le soutien avec les pourboires, la vérification des heures d'ouverture et des jours pendant la basse saison et les réservations a été extraordinaire.

Die Wohnung von Kasia und Jean-Luc bietet genau das, was die Bilder versprechen. Tolle, geschmackvolle Einrichtung, eine großartige Terasse und die perfekte Lage direkt an einem wunderschönen breiten Sandstrand.
Die beiden sind wunderbare Gastgeber und stehen jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Verfügung. Die Restaurantempfehlungen sind einsame Spitze.
Wer einen erholsamen Urlaub am Meer mit netten Gastgebern sucht, der ist hier genau richtig.

Home Away from Home
This is our second year staying here. We love it! It is located on the quieter side of the boardwalk, with about a 5 minute walk to all of the shops. There is a small burger stand located on the beach if you want a quick bite.
The house has all of the amenities you need- even chairs and toys for the beach. The beach is 20 steps from the door, which makes it convenient to go for a quick dip any time of the day. I am also able to watch my kids playing on the beach from the deck of the house.
This house is perfect for a beach destination!

Nous avons séjourné fin juillet dans ce très bel appartement, très fonctionnel, avec une agréable terrasse donnant sur la mer.
La plage est juste en face, la piste cyclable aussi, bref tout pour réussir un séjour en famille !
Le tout avec des propriétaires disponibles et très sympa, une belle rencontre pour nous.

Superschöner Aufenthalt mit Meerblick
Wir haben die zwei Wochen sehr genossen in der sehr geschmackvoll eingerichteten und modern ausgestatteten Wohnung incl. Küche, der schönen großen Terrasse mit tollem Meerblick und nur ein paar Metern zum Strand. Alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Nachts absolut ruhig, da zwischen Haus und Meer nur Anliegerstraße/Fahrradweg. Sehr angenehme und liebenswerte Vermieter, Kasia und Jean-Luc.
Eines der zwei Badezimmer entspricht nicht ganz dem gehobenen Standard des anderen aufgrund der räumlichen Gegebenheiten.
Trotzdem: fünf von fünf Sternen!

Alles perfekt...
Für uns als 5-köpfige Familie eine nahezu perfekte Unterkunft. Sehr bequeme Betten, alles an Equipment vorhanden, was man braucht, sogar Strandutensilien wie Sonnenschirme und Klappliegen. Sehr liebe Gastgeber, Kommunikation auf Englisch problemlos. Das kann man in Frankreich nicht immer erwarten. Der Strand 20m vor der Haustür, die Kinder konnten jederzeit alleine rüber und spielen. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu Fuß bequem erreichbar. Nagelneue Strandpromenade. Wir würden immer gerne wieder herkommen.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in diesem Haus. Der Blick auf das Meer ist phänomenal. Die Vermieter sind sehr sehr freundlich. Das Haus ist sehr sauber. Es fehlt an nichts! Wir werden gerne wiederkommen.
