We returned to stay at this lovely apartment for a second time - we love the location, the apartment itself, the amenities, and the ease of communication with the owner. In particular the apartment was very suitable for a family of adults who desire separate bedrooms and bathrooms. It has everything you need. The wifi was strong and consistent. The location is good both for ambience (lovely views of the stream and forest) and ski in and out access. We hope to stay again!

The apartment address we were given by Jean-Luc was not the address we stayed at. The apartment was just a bit further up the road. On arrival the apartment was cold. On speaking to Jean-Luc the apartment was not used the week before and the heating was turn off. For me the heating should have been turned on a few days before we arrived so it was warm. We had a good tour of the apartment and boot room but there is no information guide to the appliances or a guide to restaurants, bakery or supermarket. The boot room gave very mixed results, some days the boots were warm other days they were damp. The ski in ski out is a little miss leading. You can ski out but from what we found the only run back to the apartment was via Santons a red run off the Rocher De Bellevarde lift station. The "breakfast available" was miss leading. There is no breakfast service you buy it from the local supermarket around a 10 min walk down and 20 back. No bus service before 08:30. The big issue for us was the bedroom set up and toilets. We were a group of 8 people mixed ages, male and female. We chose the apartment as it had a wide choice of beds. This is not the case. Its either a double bed or 2 twin beds. This description is completely misleading and simply wrong. The toilets are a little misleading as well. There are toilets linked to each bedroom but there is not toilets in each bedroom and additional toilets. i would challenge sleeps 12. In summary, not sold as seen

Stay here if you want a person meddling in your stay You cannot use the sauna as nothing else works in the property, lights, heater power dishwasher, washing machine tv. The property doenst have enough power to serve the entire place, half the powerpoints dont work One of the rooms is above anotehr in a loft area which has no privacy, the rooms down stairs are extremely tight so nowhere to store your suitacases Showers are bathtubs with hoses so you cant stand up and shower, the one stand up shower is tiny Owner Jean Luc attended multiple times whilst we were out for the day, he unplugged all putlets in the walls, We recieved multiple messages to stop using power and lights as its expensive, 1 light was left on and he attended everyday to check and turned everything off every day at the powerpoint, It is disturbing when you have been out all day and someone has gone through your house 6pm he walked in to our property whilst we were playing cards, no privacy at all to tell us to stop using power and lights He wanted to charge us for 1 towel which wasnt used in the property when that person spent a week in hospital due to a skiing accident A great stay ruined by a terrible host

Jean-Luc was very helpful and welcoming, he gave us a tour of the apartment, boot room and bin room. Made sure we knew our way down to the nearest ski lift and restaurants. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. Jean-Luc even came back the next day with a case of beer for us.

A lovely apartment that worked very well for our family group of 11 (ages 3 to 80). Space is used very effectively and we were comfortable for the two weeks we were there. The location is away from the centre, but buses/walking is easy and being in a more quiet location with beautiful views suited us very well. Jean-Luc was pleasant and easy to work with. Would definitely stay again.

The complex is utilitarian, and the apartment somewhat cramped. Price/quality balance totally overdone, given our lifelong experience in renting in Zermatt, Crans Montana, Verbier, Chamonix, Saas Fee, Whistler, Jackson’s Hole, etc. Cleaning services seem difficult to manage locally, given the state of the apartment and one shower was moldy and smelly. No handbook available as regards equipment or services in the village. As regards cooking the owners seem to rely on the freezers and the microwave. However, Jean-Luc Sitter was a very kind and hospitable host, regularly checking in to bring wood or to help.
