Great place to stay for a week in Munich

I loved the location, very close to the lots of public transport and shops along with museums, the heating in the place made it nice and cosy, the TV was a nice touch even though I couldn't understand anything except for a word here or there, the rooms were nice and tidy, hot water was available all the time. Overall a great experience

I didn't like that the kitchen was missing an oven or an air or oil fryer to make up for it but that may not be a problem for some

Das letzte Loch im Keller . Keine Rechnung bekommen, zum Glück mit PayPal bezahlt. Rechnung Kamm erst nach dem ich PayPal eingeschaltet habe. NIE WIEDER.

Location is good and the property was reasonably cheaper

None of the windows have rollers or dark shades. So in summer you can't sleep at 9. Microwave was dirty and stinks. Dishwasher was super smelly too. Bath was also stinking of mould. Apart from 1 bed room and main doors, 2 other doors are glass!!! How would one sleep with glass door?? Remember the apartment is in Keller which was good considering the summer heatwave.

Radiators are regulated. So it's getting warm quickly. There is good Wi-Fi. The kitchen has everything you need. The beds are comfortable and do not creak. Quiet place. You can sleep well.

This is a basement. The windows are small under the ceiling. At first, it presses a little. One of the beds - a sofa - is located right in the hallway without windows. The handle of the door to the bathroom is falling off. The door in the shower is skewed. For our child, they gave only a sheet on the sofa, there was no pillow or blanket. Nobody responds to requests.

Good placement, apartment situated on the underground level, close to keller. Reasonable price for the property.

The apartment itself is quite good and clean even if it needs some renovation. Meanwhile we didn't really appreciated the communication with the owner before our arrival. He didn't respond our questions (about Wi-Fi ), but wrote a couple of confusing messages about the number of people staying in the apartment, and did it in Russian. Later he switched to German in a quite arrogant way.

Agreed was a transmission of the access code for the apartment at 4 pm. The access code had to be claimed by phone and came only an hour later. The access code did not work! The subsequent complaint was challenged by the host. If one wished, this could be checked against payment of € 50 and the door to the apartment opened! The too late transmitted code was wrong and the door to the apartment could not be opened, was then opened on site around 10 pm by the host. On the last evening we were still advised to vacate the apartment the next day until 10 o'clock. Miserable and unfriendly service! Hospitality looks different. This accommodation is not recommended.

it was very convenient. it is near the bus stop and groceries. Apart from that, the owner was considerate about the check-in time.

for its value, the place is huge and has amenities. It’s understandable that the place is not modern. However, the place is not that clean. The bed sheets, the pillows and the place doesn’t smell nice and it was so uncomfortable. The WLAN doesn’t also work unfortunately.

The worst apartament.

I can t recomand this apartment. It s a mistake. The supervisour is a teribal persona. He entered in the hause without ringin or calling and saw my girlfriend naked.

good location - close to the metro station, shops nearby (5 min walk) easy to check-in at any time fast response from the owners

towels and sheets are old and smell bad the bathroom needs renovation too expensive for the facilities we got (200 Euros per night) no shower gel or soap we were three people, but were provided with only one big towel, and two small (for face). Because arrived late and had to leave early in the morning decided not to ask for the extra towels.
