WE ARE WORKING VIGOROUSLY ON REPAIRS, AND WE HOPE TO HAVE THE POOL/HOT TUB BACK IN SERVICE BY THE END OF DECEMBER, 2024.

WE THINK YOU WILL LOVE THE UNIT AND THE BEACH FRONT LOCATION OF THE BUILDING. OUR FEEDBACK HAS BEEN WONDERFUL SO FAR. FEEL FREE TO ASK US ANY QUESTIONS.

The condo is one of the more quiet units in the building as there are no units to either side or below us.

Our unit has been remodeled. It's a 3 bedroom-2 bathroom condominium on Indian Shores Beach and has all the amenities you need for your beautiful beach front vacation. At over 1400 SQ FT, our condo has plenty of room to sleep up to 8 people. We have modernized the finishes and furnishings to give the condo a much more open, lighter, "beachy" feel.

The renovations include all new "wood look" tile throughout, fresh paint, new baseboards, new beds and bedroom furnishings, new walk-in shower, and an updated kitchen with granite counters. The unit has a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, glass-top stove, and all the tools you need for any meal at home.

There are flat screen TVs mounted on the wall in all 3 bedrooms and a 57 in. flat screen in the living room. There is free Wi-Fi available and a telephone with free local calling.

There are 3 bedrooms in this unit, with 1 king in the master, 1 king in the 2nd bedroom, and 2 queens in the 3rd bedroom. Both bathrooms have double sink vanities and brand new LED lighting. The 2nd bathroom has been completely re-done and includes a beautiful walk-in shower.

There is a full size washer and dryer in this unit, and an iron with ironing board.

The amenities of the Sand Dollar resort include a large heated private pool and a 16 person Jacuzzi area (both of which are salt water so there is no chlorine) , 5 charcoal grills, a private fishing pier, free parking for 2 cars /unit, poolside bathrooms, and outdoor showers.

There are many local restaurants nearby, as well as the beautiful John's Pass area just 5 miles down the road. We look forward to you coming to our Indian Shores getaway and taking advantage of the beautiful, white, sandy beaches and the beautiful Florida weather.

Family of 22 spanning ages of 1-76. My husband and myself, 5 children w 4 spouses and 11 grandchildren. We rented 5 condos for the week June 8-15. Sand Dollar complex allowed us the perfect areas to get together. Would highly recommend this complex for family get togethers. The beach was so close, as was the pool, hot tub and volleyball. The pier was a real plus. We used the area under it for chairs and time out of the sun. The kids loved fishing from the pier. We didn’t need a lot of the stuff we packed due to the closeness of everything. Wagon never came out of the car. We brought 5 canopies and only one got used. We will return. Staff was exceptional.

Property was a great location! We enjoyed the condo, pool and ocean. The private pier is a great added bonus. The bird sanctuary down the road which others mentioned created an odor (we did not notice it while on the property) was actually a fun little place to explore. Only thing to note if planning to stay here is the set-up to the condo. The room with the double beds does not close off right at the room. Instead the door is down a hallway which includes two closets and the second bathroom. Not a great set-up for putting kids in this room, but didn’t detract from our overall enjoyment of the stay. The management company for the property was extremely kind and accommodating. The owner was as well the few times we reached out with questions.

Property was just as pictures and described. We have stayed in this building for 20 years and this was the first time in this condo. One of the nicest we have stayed in. Host was easy to communicate with and very helpful with any requests. Management at the building always helpful. Location is our favorite, very quiet and family friendly. Pool and spa are awesome and beach and pier are always a favorite.

We very much enjoyed our week at this Condo. Russ was very responsive to my questions and even allowed us early check in. The staff were very friendly and the check in process was quick and easy. The condo was very clean, spacious and has comfortable beds in all 3 rooms. It was especially great that it was equipped with several beach chairs, umbrellas and 5 large beach towels. We would not hesitate to rent this unit again.

My husband and I stayed at this property with our 5 children (14,12,10,7,4) for 8 nights. We will be back! The condo was even better than the pictures. Had everything I needed to cook. The girls at the desk were very helpful. The beach was amazing. Powder white sand. Dealing with Russ was a gift. Hes amazing. Couldnt have ask for a better trip.

Nice place, the girls in the office were very helpful. Loved that there was a pier. The only complaint is there could've been a few more bath towels stocked, although we could have spent time going down to get some, but we were here to relax.

Our family really enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean, comfortable, well equipped and nicely updated, with easy access to the pool, beach and pier. We particularly enjoyed having beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach towels provided. The hosts were very responsive in our communication and we appreciated the update on the property after hurricane Idalia passed by just prior to our arrival.

My sister and I rented this condo last year. When my family decided to take a vacation together my only thought was lets rent this one again. It is a great size so you do not feel cramped. This was the first stay for the rest of the family, and they had a wonderful time. I like that it is on the beach and has a pool. Even though we had to evacuate for the hurricane, we were excited to be able to go back in a couple of days. It felt like going home. I will continue to book this condo every time I come to Florida.

My family loved this property. It is right on the beach and has a heated pool! There are pool towels and other sand toys you can take to the beach. My only suggestions is to maybe replace the sliding door to the balcony. It’s hard to open from the balcony because there’s no handle. Ceiling fans in bedroom might need updating. It was hard to pull the strings to adjust the fan speed. But these are minor things and we would definitely stay here again!!!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay! There was plenty of room in the condo for my husband, myself, and our four children. I was worried about checking in due to the fact we were getting in very late. But, the late check-in was a breeze and completing our registration the next morning was easy - the ladies at the front desk are delightful and very helpful! The pool and beach were an easy walk down the stairs and we loved exploring the pier and watching the sunset. Thanks for having such a great place for our family to enjoy spring break!

The condo is situated a floor up from the pool and right off of a beautiful beach. We loved playing in the sand and spending time in the comfortable condo. Our family of 6 adults and two baby/toddlers had ample space to hang out in the evening. They even had a travel crib available for use. Tons of play toys and beach chairs, too. Hope we can get back sometime. Thanks for a great stay!

Our unit over all was very nice. It was lacking in cups, and sliverware. It was roomy, and comfortable. The keys were awful, often we would send one of us to go up with the elevator and come back down to open the door. The pool and hot tub were full of sand. Still over all we love our time there.

This is an incredible location and area. An absolutely perfect getaway home for 1 to up to 8 or more guests. Comfortable and very roomy with everything you could want or need. The private pool and private pier with gated beach access are literally your backyard. Anything you need for food, drinks, goods and entertainment is no more than 1-10 miles away. Russ is an excellent host and my family and I had an outstanding experience.
