The property was as described. Very roomy and nice to have 3 bathrooms. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking some meals. We found the apartment furniture comfortable. Plenty of restaurants and shopping right out your door.
The weekend we were there it was very hot so we had to keep the windows open. That would have been fine but it had a lot of street noise up until 10 or 11. Then noisy early morning. Nice to be in town and close to everything just be aware of the noise if you open the windows.
It was a little confusing finding the separate location to get the keys for the parking garage. Then you have to find the garage and then walk to the apartment. The apartment could also use a little TLC.
Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Check in was problematic. First off very hard to find the apartment. Then the code they gave us was incorrect so we had to make a phone call and wait for someone to let us in and give us the correct code.
Elevator was nice. Apartment was really huge!
Now for the drawbacks:
I hope this isn’t too confusing…
One bedroom (BR to your left after entering) had a full bathroom with a tub with a handheld shower only if you were sitting in the tub. No closets. One BR had no full bathroom only a sink and shower but you couldn’t put the handheld sprayer in its holder because it was installed upside down so you had to continually hold it while showering. The 3rd bedroom had no bathroom at all; the shower and sink in the hallway. The apt. had 3 toilets altogether but only 1 en-suite in the first room to your left after entering and one in the hallway the 3rd adjacent to the laundry room!
This apartment is on a very busy corner with noise almost all night long. It would've been nice to have air conditioning so we could've shut the windows and slept better. Some family members kept complaining about the cleanliness too!

Ideally located to explore Colmar and the wider area.
A clean, spacious apartment as shown in the photos. Just 4 of us stayed but it can easily accommodate more.
Comfortable with plenty of seating and a well equipped kitchen enabling us to eat in as well as enjoy some of the many restaurants. An excellent boulangerie close by meant we could enjoy fresh croissants for breakfast and sample frequently the patisseries on offer.
Being able to book a secure parking space, not too far from the apartment, was a bonus.

This apartment is well located in Colmar. We had a car and used also rented a parking spot from the agent. Absolutely plenty of room, quiet, easy to walk around Colmar. Also very easy to tour parts of Germany and the Alsatian wine route. A very fun trip.

Great access to all opportunities in Colmar and easy access to transportation around the region. The apartment was clean, easy to live in and fit all seven of us with ease!

L´appartement GRIMM était en parfaite condition pour nous recevoir confortablement à Colmar.

La ubicación es inmejorable, la limpieza exquisita, el apartamento es comodísimo, calentito, perfectamente insonorizado, la camas muy cómodas. En general todo es perfecto y además se esmeran en solucionar cualquier incidencia. Nuestro tostador no funcionaba e inmediatamente nos trajeron otro.
Nos dejaron cápsulas de café, bolsas de basura, pastillas de lavadora y lavavajillas, jabón de manos....en fin, cuidado al detalle.

Los tapones de los grifos de cocina y lavabos no funcionan bien, se podrían repasar.
Alguna percha en los baños cercana a la ducha vendría bien y también enchufes en los baños.

The apartment is beautifully appointed with a fun mix of old and new furnishings. I'm a hesitant VRBO/AirBnB user, especially in foreign countries where language barriers would make resolving an issue difficult, but rest assured that this location is perfect, the apartment is exactly as described, and the owners are reachable and responsive. Within a one minute walk (i.e. steps away from the entrance) there is a Casino grocery store, a cheese shop, a boulangerie, and an ATM. Also within steps: an Yves Rocher cosmetic store, a Sephora, a bookstore, and countless shops and restaurants. You could hear a bit of street noise at night with the windows open but we found this charming, the point of renting a flat is to "live" in the town! Colmar is absolute heaven, like something out of a story book! Which is kind of is: we were told it served as the inspiration behind Disney's Beauty and the Beast. The owners left us a lovely bottle of wine and had a book filled with tips on places to eat and things to do, which we largely followed to the T! The covered markets are worth a stop, the tarte flambes (local pizza) were just beyond. Macarons at Gilg blew our minds, which really could be said for every thing we saw, ate, drank, and experienced in lovely Colmar. One tip: the apartment is an easy walk from the train station but worth it to spend a minute with a map because the cobblestone streets are so narrow we assumed many were just walkways and got a bit twisted while lugging our rolling suitcases! It was part of the fun, especially after we sorted out that the tasteful maps posted all over town double as free wifi spots. Just go!
