Very beautiful holiday house in a typical Apulian style, entirely reformed in 2016 and located amid thousand-years old olive trees. The domain has 3, 5 hectares of ancient olive trees, almond trees, and fruit trees (lemon trees, orange trees, fig trees, grenadiers, walnut trees, prickly pears, quince trees, and persimmon trees). There are 4 double bedrooms with private shower rooms and one part of the house is reserved for children (a big play room, a bedroom with 3 beds, an alcove with beds, and a shower room with a washing machine). There is an indoor kitchen (refrigerator, oven, extractor hood, and dishwasher) and an outdoor kitchen (sink, gas cooker, and barbecue). There are also two fireplaces. A big magnificent swimming pool of 14 x 6 m is located just over 50 m from the house, amid the olive trees (please note, that the swimming pool is not secured). The house gives both family and friends a very happy holiday.

this Villa did work for our family very well and we had a lovely holiday.
A few minor points however - we did find it too hot in the bedrooms at night and wished we had Air cond. The layout was good although the property manager failed to show us the attached bedroom which we only found on the 2nd day - by chance as it is hard to spot.
Struggled with a big group and no ice maker/freezer in the kitchen only in the store room by the pool where additional fridge is which was for wine etc. No space in the small kitchen fridge. A house of this size needs proper freezer/ice making/fridge in the kitchen.
Whilst lots of seating - all chairs were quite uncomfortable and there were no seat pads. Bins too small for such a big group and not emptied daily as we were told so it was tricky trying to recycle properly.
Maria was amazing and we really enjoyed her cooking.
Great location for Ostuni and the airport. Pool was good - but I am not sure it got the attention from the pool cleaners it needed. All shower heads were blocked and need attention. We all hated the white shingle laid all around the house which covers you in white dust and walks everywhere in the house. Shame there was no proper terrace to sit on for drinks in the evening - however none of the above stopped us having the most wonderful week in this very relaxed house - just a few small tweaks and we would definately love to come back.

A special property just outside of Ostuni perfect for a large family or group. The outdoor pool and seating area was perfect. We did miss the absence of the ping pong table and would have loved air-conditioning in the upstairs bedroom as it gets very hot in summer. Booking online and check-in process with Maria-Lucia was great.

Our family, ten people in all, really enjoyed our stay. The pool and the grounds are lovely. The house is great with plenty of room for all. Just outside Ostuni- a perfect location. We would all love to go back someday.

Great location and the town of Ostuni is beautiful. Lots to see and do around the area. Maria cooked several fantastic dishes for the nine of us. She even had the grandkids help her with making pasta. Definitely recommend this home.

The property is even more amazing than the pictures. The ambience is not captured in pictures. Everything is very well kept. Arnauld was great at communication and providing information prior to our arrival. The cherry on top is Maria Lucia, property coordinator/ chef. She went above and beyond to prepare memorable meals and organized all needed for a birthday dinner we were celebrating. She brings great energy and warmth to the house and made us feel welcomed and at home. I am already thinking about coming back to this beautiful area and house in future.

We stayed here a week with family of 14 (grandparents, kids, grandkids). The house had a great layout for a group our size: the grandparents got their own, separate room with own entrance, the adult bedrooms were nicely spread around the house and each with own bathroom and entry outside, and the children shared a bathroom, one bedroom and the two alcoves plus a lounge area just for them.
We also really enjoyed the beautiful kitchen and spacious dining area outside, as well as the pool area, which had lots of deck chairs with cushions, a fridge, and lots of olive trees around.
This really is a beautiful house with white, simplistic decor.
Around, lots of nice little beaches are within short driving distance, also lovely villages to visit. 10min drive to nearest supermarket. I would definitely recommend this house for a group of family or friends. Thank you Arnaud for letting us stay here!

This Villa - a beautifully curated space considering a family or group of friends looking for a quiet time, laying in the sun at the pool, dinners under olive trees and quiet nights looking at the stars.
The proximity to Ostuni is wonderful for if you want to go into town.
We also visited some beaches which was a short drive.
We would love to return next year again.

We loved our stay. Fab location just out of ostuni so easy nights up in the village but long days (and evenings) at the property with lots of privacy & a great pool. Would recommend!

We loved this beautiful state of the art home and it's amazing pool, outdoor tables, ping pong and grill. Situated between Ostuni and Carovigno in a beautiful oasis of olive trees, we were able to drive to surrounding cities and beaches or relax by the pool. Slept 8 of us comfortably and looked even better than the pictures. Would love to return one day soon!

Splendida location
Abbiamo soggiornato in 10, ma la location può ospitare comodamente fino a 14 persone. Abbiamo piacevolmente vissuto la casa, la splendida piscina e tutti gli spazi esterni . Minimal negli arredi, ma sapientemente realizzata. Se posso dare un suggerimento, per l'esperienza del nostro soggiorno, bisognerebbe pensare ad un frigo più grande nella casa. Unica pecca .... una settimana è troppo poco, vola via velocemente in un contesto così bello e rilassante.

Un petit paradis
Nous avons passé une merveilleuse semaine. La maison est parfaite, propre et agencée avec beaucoup de goût dans un style épuré. La piscine est splendide également. Le lieu est très calme (quand pas de travaux alentours :-) et propice au repos. Nous avons également profité des conseils et délicieux plats de Maria Lucia qui est charmante. Merci beaucoup à Arnauld et Caroline pour leur accueil et leur écoute. Nous reviendrons certainement !

This property was amazing! I could not have found a better space for my family of 9 to visit and stay comfortably for 2 weeks. And as advertised the property does accommodate more guests. Een sprookje !
We hebben met 10 personen 1 week in dit geweldige huis verbleven. Zowel de eigenaar dhr. de Battice als Maria-Lucia hebben ons zeer uitgebreid geinformeerd. Het huis is precies zo als op de vele foto's. In het huis ligt een fotoboek waarin de grote verbouwing precies te volgen is. De 2 bouw-specialisten in onze groep konden alles van A tot Z nalezen dankzij de vastgelegde verbouwingsfoto's. Het resultaat is prachtig! Wat een voorrecht om zoiets moois te mogen bezitten. In iedere kamer en slaapkamer is alles aanwezig. Goede bedden dus iedereen heeft hier uitstekend geslapen. Ook de tuin is adembenemend en er zijn veel plekken om heerlijk te kunnen zitten en te eten. In de avonduren waren deze mooie plekken sfeervol verlicht.
Een perfecte uitvalsbasis voor het bezoeken van de vele leuke dorpjes en plekjes in de nabije omgeving. Met weemoed hebben we na 1 week afscheid genomen van deze bijzondere plek. Geen vaarwel maar zeker tot ziens.

Un coin de Paradis
Très belle maison perdue au milieu des oliviers.
La piscine est magnifique, nous y avons passé beaucoup de temps pour profiter du soleil et bouquiner à l'ombre d'un olivier.
L'espace repas sous la tonnelle est charmant et aéré.
La maison est sobre, esprit Trulli, et décorée avec goût.
Chacun a son espace et sa salle de bain ce qui permet une cohabitation heureuse.
Accueil attentif dans une maison impeccable. M. de Battice, le propriétaire est très disponible et une personne sur place s'occupe de vous transmettre toutes les informations pour le séjour.
Nous avons passé deux semaines et le ménage intermédiaire prévu dans le contrat a été parfaitement réalisé par Mme Maria Lucia.
La maison est idéalement située entre Carovigno et Ostuni, la campagne environnante est belle et typique.
Accès facile pour visiter les principaux villages de la région qui est fréquentée par un tourisme très italien.
Nous étions 9 personnes, en famille, entre 21 et 86 ans, nous avons tous été enchantés par notre séjour.
Merci de nous avoir fait partager votre petit coin de paradis.

Proprietà vasta e molto curata. Pace e tranquillità vicini comunque ad Ostuni
La casa è meravigliosa, molto curata. Non manca nulla in cucina e nelle stanze. Il giardino è immenso e ci sono più tavoli dove poter pranzare, cenare, o vivere la piscina. Abbiamo avuto un piccolo inconveniente con la piscina ed il proprietario è intervenuto prontamente limitando al minimo il disagio e risolvendo in un giorno il problema. Maria Lucia che ci ha accolto è stata molto disponibile e ci ha dato ogni dettaglio. Rimasti felici e soddisfatti sia i bambini che i ragazzi che noi adulti :-)

Schitterend smaakvol en ruim huis
De spierwitte gerestaureerde villa ligt middenin een olijfgaard. Een prachtig zwembad en fijne buitenkeuken. Het interieur is heel eenvoudig in wit en grijs waardoor de nadruk ligt op de structuur van het huis. De stad Ostuni dichtbij en ook enkele simpele kust plaatsjes. Een heerlijke plek voor een (grote) familie vakantie!

10 jours de pur bonheur entre amis
Nous avons passé 10 jours merveilleux entre amis, et ceci en grande partie grace au cadre superber qu'offre cette maison.
Nous ne manquions de rien, et chacun y a trouvé ce qu'il désirait pour ses vacances. Il est évidemment nécessaire d'avoir une voiture vu l'emplacement de la maison et le peu de transport publiques. Cela étant dit, une fois arrivé à la gare, il est également possible et assez facile de voyager dans cette si belle région des pouilles.
Encore merci au propriétaire pour cette accueille, nous en sommes tous ressortis comblés.
