Condo offers 9' ceilings, large living area, large kitchen, master bedroom and 3 spacious baths make for a relaxed easy going vacation experience! The gourmet kitchen includes convection oven, large refrigerator with full width freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, Keurig, waffle/sandwich iron, blender, toaster and cutlery. The utility room has full-sized washer and dryer, ironing board and iron. The spacious balcony offers breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean, OC boardwalk and Assateague Island.
One of the biggest issues with the downtown OC boardwalk area is parking! That issue is solved with the private garage! You can park your car and walk to all that you may want to do. All the shops, amusements, bars, restaurants are a short walk away. Within 5 blocks are jet ski rentals, deep sea fishing charter boats, over a dozen restaurants, miniature golf, the amusement pier with rides for all ages, video arcades, ice cream, candy, and tee shirt shops, Thrashers fries and Fisher's Popcorn. Best supermarkets are across the RT 50 bridge but less than 2 miles away. Many of the Ocean City weekend event tents are only 3 blocks away. Concerts, Sun Fest and Spring Fest to name a few. The Air Show, as well as offshore boat races are right in front of the Belmont. Sporting competitions are on the beach in front of the Belmont. We had a wonderful visit at Belmont Towers. The location was very convenient and so nice to have two parking spaces. The configuration of the bedrooms worked well for our family. We loved sitting on our balcony and watching the ocean and the people on the Boardwalk.

Our recent stay at 404 Belmont Towers could not have been more perfect. The location, views, and access to the boardwalk are amazing. The entire booking, communication process, and check-in/check-out process were easy and well detailed. The unit was super clean, was well stocked with all of the essentials, and all of listed amenities were exactly as described. The building itself was clean and all of the guests we encountered in and around the property and pool were polite and professional. We would highly recommend this building to couples, families, or anyone looking to be right in the heart of the Inlet section of OC and directly on the boardwalk.

Accommodations Were Great
The property was very clean and well maintained with modern furnishings. The hosts were very helpful and available to answer questions. I recommend the linen package. The towels and bedding were clean and like new. Everything worked well. Best of all the location is very near to the rides and arcades to keep the children happy.

Paradise in Maryland
My Family and I just returned from spending an amazing week at this property. Typically I get a little homesick while I’m away on vacation, but I did not want to leave OC. The condo was beautiful, and the views are breathtaking. There was enough room for everyone to have their own personal space, and the common areas were spacious enough for everyone to relax. My Family had three children with us. Ages 8, 4 and 2, so staying in the heart of the boardwalk was absolutely perfect. The kids had an absolute blast! All communications from the time we booked, until the time we left, were prompt and everyone we spoke to was always friendly. We would absolutely recommend staying in this little slice of heaven. We will definitely be back next year!

The location was perfect and the building was secure. The only reason I did not give it five star is because the second bedrooms bath tube needs updating, the masters jet tube did not work, and the water/ ice maker did not work. If these things are not important to you all will be well!

A stunning condo in an ideal location
This lovely apartment was perfect for our group of six adults, ages 55+. One member of our group uses a wheelchair. The apartment was easily accessible and the layout was spacious enough for the wheelchair. I only wish one or more of the bathrooms had grab bars near the toilet and tub. Our sleeping accommodations were comfortable, the kitchen was well designed, the shower water was hot. Watching the beach and ocean from the balcony was an experience we'll all remember.

Cleaning
Unit was below the standard I have become to know at the Belmont Towers. The unit was dusty, the air vents were black (covered in dust) mold in bathtub and not very clean. Unit had a couple plumbing fixture issues (main bath toilet handle very loose, bar area fixture not installed). I would not rent this unit again. Still love the Belmont and no issues with Vrbo.

Great place for a reunion
Us four sisters had a great time! Excellent view of the beach, water, boardwalk and amusement park. We thought it would be a bit noisy from the boardwalk at night, but it was actually quite peaceful. We were there in the off season, so maybe that's why. The master bedroom is huge! Huge! Beds were comfy, kitchen had everything we could need. We really liked that we were walking distance from a few restaurants that we frequented. Try The Kitchen for breakfast, The Angler for happy hour and M.R. Ducks for dinner! Or mix it up. Another option for breakfast is Sunshine Cafe.
Lot's of walking up and down the boardwalk, people watching and getting in some steps.
We all recommend this property to rest, relax and just enjoy the location

This condo is in the heart of all the boardwalk action. While there were several cosmetic blemishes, it was on par with any other OC properties we've stayed at before. Very spacious and comfortable and the gated parking garage is a major bonus. Communications with owners was always prompt and attentive.

Perfect for kids
My grandsons loved the quick access to the amusement pier. We didn’t have to drive anywhere we parked and we just stayed for five days on the beach and the boardwalk. Kitchen was stocked with nice utensils and plates. Highly recommend this condo for a family has three bathrooms which is wonderful and three bedrooms. Very spacious. Definitely coming back for Mother’s Day next year

Family & Friends Getaway
This was our first time in Ocean City, MD. We rented a three bedroom/three bathroom condo in Belmont Towers On September 28 - October 1, 2019. We loved the spacious condo and the wonderful restaurants all within walking distance. I highly recommend The Bull on the Beach, Guidos, and Anglers. Fabulous food and drinks!!!We never even took our car out of its parking spot the entire time. We enjoyed walking the entire boardwalk each morning and sitting out on the balcony watching the sunrise each morning, too. Truly the BEST location and we felt very much at home here. I would recommend this rental property to all.

Belmont Towers 404..loved the location..getting to and from the garage to room took awhile to figure out..we had assigned parking on 1st level but there was no 1 on elevator at room level..room was very nice..kitchen very well equipped..beds were comfortable..my only complaint was the smell..musty or like a dirty old mop...bought candles to help

Great off season location. Lovely condo, well decorated, comfortable furnishings. Kitchen has nice dishes and glassware. Pots and pans are a little worn if you like to cook. We have stayed in this unit two times now and would go back anytime. Owners are great to deal with. I had a problem getting in the unit at first and called the owner. He was wonderful, offered to come over to help in minutes. He was able to walk me thru the process over the phone so did not need to come over but no hesitation on his part to come over if needed. One of my favorite things was sitting on the deck and smelling Fishers popcorn down below! It was heaven!
