Only a short walk to the waters edge is this spacious single level four-bedroom air conditioned home that is tucked away in a battle axe position in the quiet streets of Corlette.
Boasting numerous open plan living areas with free wifi and smart tv with Netflix this property certainly has everything you need to make this your ideal next families beach holiday.
The air-conditioned main bedroom is located at one end of the house and has a stunning ensuite with a very relaxing feel and outlook over the garden. The other large three bedrooms are all located at the opposite end of the house with the main bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen with microwave and dishwasher and a separate study area with another TV/ DVD and WII for the kids to have their own space. There is an internal laundry with washing machine and dryer and a double garage with remote control.

This single-level house was excellent for our group of four senior ladies over the Christmas period. It is spacious, has comfortable beds, good bathrooms, and the kitchen has everything an even larger group could possibly require. The living areas provide pleasant views over the garden and to trees beyond and a tiny glimpse of the water. There was an unexpected welcome supply of the basics such as toilet paper, pepper, salt, coffee, tea. Nice to have even though we had brought our own. The air conditioning ensured a comfortable temperature in all the kitchen, living, dining areas and also in the main bedroom. We particularly appreciated use of the double garage which also gave internal access to the house. Its location in Corlette was very quiet yet very convenient for shopping in Salamander Square and as a base for day trips. Would love to return some time to this quality accommodation.

Amazing holiday home for the extended family
A grand home in a beautiful pocket of Port Stephens, ideal for a summer holiday.
The home was massive and comfortably accommodated our family of 8.
It was supplied with everything you would need for a holiday stay and tastefully decorated.

Lovely spacious home
Great house with two bathrooms and plenty of beds. Nice sunny backyard with flowers. Easy walk to Kids playground and waterfront. Spa was lovely. Comfy!

Great stay
We had a lovely stay but would highly recommend that if your allowing children to stay you tether all furniture to the wall as this is dangerous also the oven range hood is broken and need fixing but overall great little house
