About this house rental

Sandy Shoal is a comfortable and spacious air-conditioned beach cottage, with a large outdoor covered entertaining area and BBQ. The driveway has plenty of room to park and clean your boat or jet ski and also park your cars.

The house sleeps eight people and the second and third bedrooms can be closed off to form their own little retreat - where you can walk between the two rooms and have your own separate bathroom. The first two bedrooms have ceiling fans and the main bedroom is adjacent to the main bathroom which makes the flow of the property very easy living.

The living area has a split system air conditioner, large TV and DVD player. The kitchen is very well equipped and provides a dishwasher, as well as being adjacent to the dining room. There is also a well-appointed laundry, which has a front loader washing machine and a large clothes line in the yard - which is great for all the beach towels.

Sandy Shoal is only a 10-minute walk to the local beaches and village of Shoal Bay and is very close to the various Nelson Bay boat ramps.

Bedroom 1 - King Bed + ceiling fan

Bedroom 2 - Queen Bed + ceiling fan and access directly to bedroom 3

Bedroom 3 - Trio bunk (double underneath/ single above) + fold up bed + ensuite and access directly to bedroom 2

Linen: -

This property does not include sheets or towels, please bring your own or contact us to organise the linen hire service. The linen service is priced depending on your length of stay.

Linen Packs consists of 2 flat sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, bathmats, hand towels and tea towels (BYO beach towels). The property provides pillows, blankets, and quilts.

(e) intentionally, recklessly or negligently cause damage to premises, any common property or any other communal facilities within the immediate vicinity of the premises, or any public property in the vicinity of the premises
(f) intentionally, recklessly or negligently damage the personal property of neighbours of the premises or other occupants of a strata or community scheme.

This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.

After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies.

We recently stayed at the house and during the 5 nights the weather was pretty dim. The house was great for our kids (4 & 6yrs old) the linen press was full of games and the coffee table had DVD's. The property is only a short stroll to Shoal Bay beach and Cafe etc but is also a short drive to Fingal Bay if you prefer larger waves and a patrolled beach. We would definitely stay again and recommend to family and friends.

This renovated holiday home is perfect for families with plenty of space inside and out for children to play and adults to relax. Well equipped kitchen,2 living areas with game and toy stocked cupboards, a spacious covered veranda with BBQ and parking for several vehicles within walking distance of the beach.
