Tutto ordine e pulizia. Ottimo hotel consigliato
Colazione un po’ scarsa

Location was great. Staff was incredibly nice and helpful..
AC was really annoying to control and was either too cold and way to warm. Walls are thin enough where you can hear the neighbors pulling up their curtains. Wifi didn't work and had to hotspot for my computer. TV felt outdated.

Room was clean and comfortable.
No breakfast, no bar, rooftop not open, no concierge to assist with nearby restaurants or transportation. No fact sheet in rooms about hotel such as where the hotel gym is located. Stains on sofas in lobby.

Quarto confortável , banheiro ótimo
Hotel não oferecer café da manhã

The location was excellent. Staff were friendly.
No one mentioned that the restaurant would not be open or the rooftop would be closed for renovations. The fire alarm in our room kept flashing white light and when I mentioned it to front desk, they said they would look into it. Never heard back and the matter wasn't resolved.

Comfortable, clean room but overpriced for what you get.
The facilities weren't that extensive. You can get more at a similar price point at other hotels in Boston.

The hotel itself is new and comfortable. The restaurant was closed and they had apples and coffee in the morning - there wasn’t much immediately walkable so I had to use door dash. The front desk staff was variable - checkout staff was totally indifferent when it was raining out and I was looking for an ATm.

No hairdryer in room
No kettle in room for hot water.. just coffee machine

The room was nice, good shower and bed.
The restaurant was out of use, no prior warning, no apology on arrival. We were staying for the marathon, we asked if any provision could be make for making toast and porridge - told a hard no, even though there is a kitchen full of equipment. Staff not friendly, short and almost rude.

The spacious room, the beds were very comfortable.
The restaurant was closed for renovations, would never have booked this hotel had I known this as I was visiting Boston for the first time to run the marathon. It is really false advertizing. There was t anyone at the front desk when I arrived at 1:30am in the morning resulting in me being locked out for about 10 minutes. Pretty scary for a woman on her own. The desk clerk eventually showed up. One of the staff “Steph an” was extremely unfriendly, to a point where it made me feel uncomfortable. Other front desk staff were relatively polite. The first morning I ordered room service before I knew the restaurant was closed. They partnered with a restaurant down the street to provide this service. My breakfast came in a styrofoam box with plastic cutlery, two cold pancakes, when I ordered bacon, eggs and pancakes. Apparently they mixed up the order.

everything was very good, I would recommend it and I would come back again.
The only bad thing was the empty fridge at least give us 1 bottle of water XD

comfortable and quiet, conveniently located across street from subway stop
not much to do within walking distance

I liked the scenery and valet
I did not like the small room. I was hoping for a larger room and was underwhelmed upon entering. The restaurant was under renovation so we decided to eat out instead.

Wonderful location! Right by a red line stop and about a 15 minutes walk into the Seaport. The bed was also comfy! Also we got a room that looked out over the train depot and that was fun and funky.
Just your standard hotel, nothing special but also a really good deal and location! Would definitely stay again!

Wi-Fi was bad. Room was small. No parking. No spa or pool. Nothing to really do. Rooftop bar closed. Bar downstairs had awful service.

The staff was very friendly, attentive, and helpful. I liked the location the property was to my destinations in the city. I also liked the room, the view, and the restaurant in the lobby.
I did not like that I was not able to attend the rooftop bar. It was raining when I went and was closed, but that was out of the control of the hotel.

Great location to the Trains and restaurants
The roof top restaurant highlighted as an offering east open even when weather was permitting as of today not meet the owners best interests it seems. Restaurants on site run separately. Need space in rooms to allocate luggage for traveler’s. This has been said by everyone..

The room was spacious and clean. Very happy with my stay.
The light switches and lights in the room 816 did not work. None of them.

Emplacement, hôtel récent, confortable, bien dans l’ensemble
Le bar restaurant du rez-de-chaussée n’est ouvert que par intermittence, c’est dommage car il est neuf, spacieux et donc en sous exploitation.

Not having a kettle to make tea.

Clean, lots of pillows and very comfortable beds. Great view.
The only real complaint I have is that you have to schedule housekeeping which I just kept forgetting g to do but that’s a positive for some people

Comfortable and clean rooms
Easy access to town and sights due to close proximity of T stop
Breakfast would be a nice addition
Very limited menu in the restaurant for dinner

Rooftop Bar has an amazing view. The room was clean and comfortable especially the shower.
Front desk staff in the morning was rude and wouldn't accommodate our request. We wanted to stay one extra night and he replied that they had no rooms available and fully booked. However when I went online rooms were available. Also wanted a late check out and was told I can only have an extra 30 minutes because they were fully booked. His demeanor could have been more professional and polite.

Good location
Several charges onto my card that were not communicated to me & miscommunication about valet parking, that resulted in me having to pay even more. The room was not fully clean & the blankets were very thin.

Absolutely nothing.
The staff and manager that could care less. There is a reason why this “boutique” style hotel is cheap.
