In each room you have cupboards and wooden hangers.
Many dishes and cutlery are at your disposal and the veranda is equipped with a table which can receive 20 people;
An air conditioned fitness room with machine, dumbbells, treadmill is at your disposal.
A 4800 m2 garden features a secure counter-current swimming pool with numerous facilities that will allow you to relax sheltered from outside eyes only disturbed by the sounds of nature.
This building well insulated by external walls of 90cm does not require an air conditioning unit and keeps a very pleasant freshness even during hot weather.
Normal size openings prevent sun and heat flooding.
The presence of large trees on the terrace makes it possible to have lunch outside sheltered from the great sun and in the evening protects from humidity.
We have managed to reconcile the qualities of an old house oriented so as to be protected from high winds and the standards of modern comfort.
