About this house rental
This Provencal Mas with pool in the Luberon measures 120m2. It will seduce you by its authenticity. It has been entirely renovated using local products.
It includes:
GROUND LEVEL:
Main living room (37m²) with salon space, TV, DVD,WIFI, fireplace and dining area. You will be charmed by its French-style ceilings which give a unique and pleasant atmosphere.
Kitchen (12m2) with cooktop (2 gas burners and 2 induction burners), stove, American refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, filter coffee machine and Senseo coffee machine.
A utility room (5m²) with washing machine.
SECOND FLOOR:
A bedroom (12m²) with a double bed 160 with a straircase which goes down to an exterior patio.
A bedroom (9m²) with a double bed 140.
A bedroom (12m²) with 2 single beds 90 (access through the 2nd bedroom)
A bathroom (6m²) with 2 sinks, angle bathtub and shower.
A separate toilet.
Security deposit: 500€; Maximum number accommodated for sleeping: 6 people
End of stay cleaning fee €160
Baby equipment on request (baby cot and high chair)
House linen included (sheets, bath towels, table cloths and kitchen towels). You must bring your pool towels.
Electricity according to low season consumption (from the 3rd week of September to the 2nd week of June inclusive).
Pets are not allowed. Extra fee : 35€/animal
Tourist tax: The price is 5% of the price of the night (night) per occupant (with a maximum of 2.30 €). This rate is then increased by 10% in respect of the additional departmental tax.
