Come visit this gorgeous 7 bedroom, 7 bath waterfront home in the premier community of Noah’s Landing on the Private side of Lake Anna. Enjoy the exquisite views from every bedroom. Relax in the spacious 2-story great room with lots of seating and a gas fireplace. The gourmet kitchen easily accommodates large groups with two sinks, two ovens, two dishwashers, two microwaves, and two refrigerators. Other highlights include the walk-in pantry and a total of 80 cubic feet of refrigerator/freezer space (three refrigerator/freezers to keep everything cold!). There is a breakfast bar for added seating as well as an octagonal breakfast nook with a panoramic view. For your outdoor enjoyment we have a private beach (natural sand in the water & gentle slope), covered pier with a third screened in porch (two on the house) & huge sun decks, large gas grill, large sand volleyball court, horseshoes, play set, tetherball, foosball, ping pong, waterslides, and half-court basketball area.
Five bedrooms boast a sleep number KING-sized bed. Three Master bedrooms have a private bath and HDTV. There are two entertainment centers and a theatre room with 1080p HD screens ranging from 50” to over 120”, all include surround sound. Recreational areas include the adult great room, children's play room, enclosed outdoor ping pong table, outdoor sand volleyball court, and tetherball area. The children's game room includes three 24' HDTVs with ATARI style multi-game controllers, an air-hockey table, foosball table, board games, books, doll house, kitchen set, and Legos. The lower level game room is perfect for the adults with a wet bar, fireplace, pool table, large HDTV, Blu-ray DVD player, and a large poker/game table.
Weddings/Receptions: We do not cater to weddings or receptions on the property. If you are interested in housing your wedding guests with us, please send an inquiry. We have two houses within .5 miles of each other that can sleep up to 24 people each.

We had an amazing time with a few families for a long summer weekend. This home has everything you need and truly gorgeous views of the lake. The huge screened in porch was an extra bonus. We were planning to rent a boat but decided against it since the ho use had so much to offer. The slide kept our kids entertained as well as the large deck where they caught tons of fish. The rooms and kitchen were spacious. We had a blast and would definitely return.

We had an awesome extended-family weekend at Promise Point! Our favorite thing about this house was that all beds were king size (besides the bunk room where we put the kids), so we all slept so well despite being a large group! Beautiful views and lake swimming, great communication from the Property Manager. We hope to book again! :)

We thoroughly enjoyed this lake home. We had five families come for a reunion and it was a great spot for a large gathering. The house is so well equipped, especially for families. Winter or Summer, there is plenty to do in any season! The location is fantastic and the lake views amazing.

The equipment by the pool was great. We got a lot of use out of the kayaks and paddleboards. The other amenities were great too. Overall highly recommend

Stayed here for a week with family and friends. We had a great time! Jeff was very easy to get a hold of for any questions. The house was great. Amazing location. Very quiet at night. This is our second time renting from them and we can’t wait to go back again!

Stayed at Promise Point for our second time. It's becoming an annual tradition for our family. We had 7 adults and 6 kids and had plenty of room to spread out. We enjoyed getting out on the lake and then unwinding in the theater room. Looking forward to coming back next year!

Promise Point is a great house for a large group looking for a place to get together without being cramped and on top of each other the whole time. We appreciated the separate bedrooms and the large sitting area on the first floor. The owners and property manager respond quickly to messages and are super easy to work with. There's a grocery/convenience store 5 minutes away, which is not always the case around lake anna.

Due to Covid, our family had not been together for a family vacation for quite some time. Because we have a new born in the family, we needed a destination that was close to the Richmond area. We are a family of boaters, wakeboarders, skiers and nature lovers. Discovering Promise Point met all our destination requirements and far exceeded our expectations. The house and property were perfect! Jeff, Amy and Greg were great hosts. It was a wonderful week on the lake!

We have stayed at several properties around Lake Anna but this one takes the cake! The home, the location, the views, the amenities and recreation... it's all second to none. The water slide was a highlight (pictures don't do it justice — we were all going up and down all weekend) as was the enormous screened back porch for dinners. Great communication with the owners leading up to the visit and wonderfully smooth check-in process with the on-site manager. Truly a top-notch rental, highly recommended.

Good times in Bumpass
We stayed here for four days over the weekend and had an excellent time. The house and property were beautiful and in great shape overall. Wonderful Stay At The Point
Promise Point. Too many amenities to do everything, though we tried. Excellent for a multi-week stay in the summer months. Space and activities for toddlers up through seniors. Outstanding location on the lake, many windows created bright interior. Any issues we had were promptly addressed by management. Would come again, with a larger group!

Everything was good except one bathroom in down stairs that was out of service for the whole time because the toilet was blocked by something from the begging, I think that was it, and also it would be a better idea if you guys put the ping-pong table inside the house (like in game roo

We stayed at Promise Point for four days during the Xmas holiday. The property matched exactly the pictures on the website. This property has everything except the food….spacious bedrooms, a kitchen that has everything, child safety equipment and much, much more. If you have a need or question Greg and owners respond quickly. We will definitely visit again!

Perfect for large family gathering!
Promise Point was the perfect home for our extended family getaway. The home allowed everyone to spread out and enjoy the amenities. My favorite part was our preparing the meals in the beautiful kitchen, curling up and watching movies in the theater room, and attempting to make s’mores in the fire pit. I also loved waking up in the morning to the beautiful view of Lake Anna. The sunsets/sunrises were amazing!

Great house and property
Perfect house for a few families to get away for a few days. We loved fishing, swimming, the water slide, tether ball, kayaking, paddle boarding, roasting marshmallows at the fire pit, playground, and the huge yard for football and wiffleball! Inside was clean and spacious. We will go back for sure.

Fun with the Family!
We had a great time at Promise Point. The family, almost everyone of the 31 members, were enjoying the property at various times. The lake was great and we had wonderful meals on the screened in porch each evening while watching the sun set across the lake. Evenings were filled with games and conversations around the fire pit. The house is large enough to let everyone have their own space. The children thoroughly enjoyed the play room and the swings, playhouse and slides when they were not in the water splashing around. We had a wonderful family vacation and we thank the owners and VRBO for making everything so easy.
