Fantastic

Everything exceeded expectations. Apartment decor was stunning. Sea view was amazing. Very spacious apartment. Loved the wrap around balcony. Andrew (host) was very accommodating and always available. Thank you for the complimentary wine on arrival. Had a fantastic time and looking forward to coming again.

Cannot fault anything...only wish we could've stayed longer.

'wow beach stay' beach stay

What an incredible place and such an impeccable property/apartment . Super clean , super well thought through and just little touches that make you feel wow. The view is incredible and so are the facilities and location.

Perfekte Unterkunft

Super Lage, Sehr gute Ausstattung. Andrew war ein sehr aufmerksamer und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber.

Um 7:30 morgens stand Personal vor der Tür und wollte die Wohnung reinigen. Die Auscheckzeit 8 - 9 Uhr erscheint uns insgesamt zu früh. Man ist schließlich im Urlaub.

A holiday to remember with fondness.

The location was ideal - on the beachfront, and close to supermarkets. The flat had all the appliances needed. The sea-views from the balcony were breathtaking. The gardens were immaculate

We spent a very nice moment in Ballito : many thanks to Andrew and Julia !

Apartment very well equipped and located in Ballito with direct and easy access to the beachfront, and close to amenities and King Shaka International airport. During our stay, we've experienced scheduled load sheddings, but a battery system took over, minimizing the effects of these load sheddings. Very attentive and responsive hosts. We really appreciated our stay !

Lovely modern condo with great ocean views.

Clean and modern. Comfortable bed and lovely bathrooms. Large balcony with great ocean view and lots of space with a nice big table and chairs plus loungers. Easy access and under cover parking.

No air conditioning. Cleaners arrived at 8:00am for expected check out which is way too early to be reasonable.

Stunning and spacious apartment. Amazing view and location, with all the comforts of home. We regularly come to Ballito on holiday, and this is one of the best accommodations we have stayed in yet.

Location is very close to the sea and restaurants and the pool was great. The apartment was nice and spacious and well stocked.

Load shedding is a problem because then the lifts do not work and we had to carry everything up the stairs including myself in a moon boot...the children also had to be carried up the stairs..exhausting! 5

Ballito's best!

As you see it in the photos is what you get! A clean, spacious, modern and perfectly located apartment! The balcony area is huge, we spent time watching whales and dolphins in the morning and afternoon. A nice BBQ/Braai area around the pool, which we made use of. Right on the beach, with a great promenade to walk along. Our host was amazing, flexible and very accommodating. We left on the final day and summed it up in one sentence "this is our go to now".

Luverly place

Lovely big bright and airy apartment in a very nice block right by the sea with everything you could need it is a twenty minute walk to the centre of Ballito

There was power sheading on 2 nights we were not warned and so were plunged into darkness at 6PM without any warning and there is no generator in the block. A notice or waring would have been useful as this would not be a problem if we had been prepared
