Relaxing, beautifully appointed, comfortable luxurious place to stay in beautiful Valencia !

The photos don’t do this apartment perfect justice as it was lovelier in reality ! Fantastic views, super comfy beds, great facilities ( but maybe need washing machine instructions in English for visitors to use easier ) but great to be able to wash things while travelling. Really good showers Our hostess Bou was so helpful !!💐 .. only thing was no lift and we were on 4th floor but worth the climb til that part of renovations done Certainly recommend as also handy to Tourist spots- shopping & trains Thanks Sue New Zealand

The stairs were a bit difficult with cases etc but we understand that’s being remedied soonish …

Locatie is top, vriendelijke eigenaars maar jammer dat we 1 slaapkamer niet konden gebruiken en er niets is gecompenseer

Locatie: leuke wijk en prima afstand ten opzichte van de andere wijken. Ruime appartementen.

1 slaapkamer stonk enorm naar sigaretten (van vorige bezoeker, terwijl er toch echt een non-smoking regel is)daar viel niet in te slapen, ondanks extra schoonmaakbeurt (zelfs gordijnen werden gereinigd) van de eigenaar bleef het enorm stinken. Erg jammer want nu hadden we 1 slaapkamer minder, terwijl we juist voor een 3 kamer appartement hadden gekozen (werd ook niet gecompenseerd). Hele verblijf hebben we die kamer gesloten gehouden. Er wordt vooraf een ‘taxiservice’ aangeboden vanaf het vliegveld, kosten €35 (een eenvoudige taxi, niets fancy’s). Op terugweg hebben we het zelf geregeld, om de hoek vh appartement taxi op straat aanhouden: kosten €18, scheelt nogal dus. ….

Perfect location , verry Nice appartement, top host who is ready for you to provide tips and tops in the city . Very friendly people with high service level. Nice rooftop terrace you can use.

I can not think of anythiing. Maybe one tip for people who are not so fit , the appartement has no elevator !

Everything! Apartments are clean, nice and cozy decoration. Natural light through windows. Beds were really comfy for me. In overall the apartments are very well maintained and nice. The host was super helpful. We really enjoyed our stay. Thanks to the staff! (:

Noise. Unfortunately you can heard from other floors. People walking up stairs or downstairs. And some guest don’t respect the hours of silence.

Struttura molto pulita e in una posizione ottimale nonostante si un po’ fuori dal centro. I proprietari sono stati molto gentili e disponibili a soddisfare ogni nostra richiesta e ad aiutarci per ogni cosa. L’appartamento era molto grande d pulito.

Fabulous stay!

Excellent location, we were able to walk all over the city and to the beach etc. excellent restaurants nearby and our hosts gave recommendations and offered to make bookings. Great facilities, we were provided with travel cot, high chair and pushchair (on request). Had a comprehensive overview in person of the accommodation on arrival. They booked our taxi transfers and were really responsive from booking to departure. Comfortable beds, spacious accommodation although one bedroom is quite tight (to be expected in a city). Beautiful balconies in two bedrooms plus living area. Plenty of plates/ glasses/ cutlery/ cooking equipment etc. The accommodation was on the second floor (no lifts) but we were told about this on booking, just something to bear in mind.

Buena ubicación, perfecto para una escapada en grupo.

Muy buena ubicación cerca de la estación de tren, apartamento con todo lo necesario, camas cómodas, menaje de cocina y 2 cuartos de baño, adecuado para 6 personas, preciosa reforma.

La cocina es pequeña y no hay ascensor.

Beautiful stay in a charming part of town. Great home base for our quick visit to Valencia.

The location. Having space to relax and to also enjoy a meal. Loved the fixtures and home decor. As well as appreciated the small balcony and the rooftop terrace! Loved having two bathrooms! The parking in/near the building was a great bonus. The local host was amazing. So communicative and helpful. Loved being welcomed by the wine and given the tour of the space and all the recommendations and help prior and during our stay! So helpful and made our short time in Valencia enjoyable

A little disappointed there was no elevator, but that was overcome by the well appointed apartment. The hot water didn’t really work that consistently. For one shower, yes, for all of us to shower not so much.

Perfect location, great and responsive staff. Everything we needed and more.

Beautiful neighborhood, convenient to everything, lovely architecture. Loved the rooftop deck. Had everything we needed except an elevator, when toting our bags!

I wish it had an elevator for navigating our luggage but loved it anyway and did not mind the steps.

Fantastic, would definitely stay again & recommend to friends & family.

Fantastic location for exploring Valencia. The hosts were amazing, really helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The apartment was a perfect size & having too bathrooms was great.

A very minor point which did not take away from our stay at all - Not every bedroom had a bedside light and a table lamp in the living room would have been useful.

Excellent host and location.

The location and property was great! Everything is within walking distance, and the neighborhood is clean and safe. The property managers and cleaning staff are wonderful, and respond quickly to any questions or concerns.

Unfortunately there isn't an elevator at this property. So there is quite a few stairs you will have to climb, if your room is higher up in the building. Management did say they would be getting an elevator in the near future.

The anouncement of Booking.com is not correct

The location

With reference to the photography showed on booking.com, we were convinced to have rented an apartment on the top of the building, with a wonderfull view around. Surprise ! Our apart was on the ground floor !

Wonderful people, great location,

Brilliant location, clean rooms and fantastic/ accommodating staff. Was a really good balcony area for us to all meet as a group prior.

Slightly annoying there is not a 24/7 front desk. But that is consistent with whenever booking a villa / private accommodation over a hotel. So not much of an issue at all.

3 nights in Valencia in ideal location.

Superb location near plenty of fantastic restaurants and bars. Large bedrooms, large lounging/sitting area. WiFi connection, air-conditioning and checking in and out.

It was very noisy one of the nights due to a group of young men messing in the stairway and ringing doorbells. But this is not a reflection on Goya, as there is a strict 10pm -8am quiet restrictions.

A stunning apartment in a beautiful location. Highly recommended!

Even before we arrived, the communication and information provided was superb, being given a list of places to visit with directions from the apartment and best places to eat. We were met on arrival to drop off our bags and were lucky enough to be let straight into our apartment. And what an apartment! Full of character, beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean plus a wonderful view (the roof terrace was fantastic too).

Unfortunately, the guests above our apartment were very noisy well into the early hours on the second night but that’s no fault of the accommodation providers - just inconsiderate from the guests involved. There were clear signs in the apartment requesting guests be considerate with noise from 10pm-8am.

Facilities were fantastic. Everything you needed was there Staff were exceptionally attentive and hands on. They were all for making sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable

Cozy and comfortable

The apartment was at a great location close to supermarket and restaurants. The apartment was clean and we had some tea and coffee provided for us. The hosts were wonderful and kept on touch with me on WhatsApp

The mirrors in the property and bathroom were too high. For a short person like me, I had a difficult time putting my makeup.

We’ll be back!!

The location is excellent. Staff are wonderful and very friendly. All amenities are available in the apartment. We were 3 couples and we found there was loads of room for us all. The roof terrace is a beautiful place to relax with a glass of wine in the evening.
