Amazing views out to sea. Fantastic pool, as warm as promised. Wifi was very good. Beds comfortable. Owner was responsive.
The two toilets don't have basins in those cloakrooms. You have to walk to the other bathrooms to wash your hands.

Sehr sauber, gute Betten, Pool wird professionell gepflegt, Küche gut ausgerüstet mit allem was man benötigt. Agentur reagiert sofort und stets freundlich! Ruhige Lage mit ausreichend Parkplätzen und toller Aussicht.

Super vacances
Maison très fonctionnelle. Nous avons séjourné 6 jours avec 2 bébés de 1 an et un enfant de 4 ans. Nous avons vraiment profité de la vue ainsi que de la pisicine.
Séjour climatisé ainsi qu'une chambre (la plus chaude).
Nous étions en totalité 9 et la maison s'y prête vraiment.
Séjour reposant et très agréable. La proximité du port de cavalaire est très appréciable.

We had a beautiful stay up in the hills above Cavalaire. Lovely swimming pool, a good equipped holiday house, that offers lots of space and sleeping rooms on 2 levels for larger families or groups. Beautiful view from the terrace. Everything easy to reach.

Superbe villa à Cavalaire pour une séjour inoubliable !
Le logement était magnifique avec une vue sur la mer imprenable. La proximité avec les voisins peut être un peu gênante mais la qualité du logement ainsi que son emplacement sont bien plus que suffisant pour offrir un séjour inoubliable à ses habitants.

parfait équilibre entre ville et nature
très joli maison avec une vue magnifique et une localisation idéale, à 20-25 minutes pied du centre en descendant et 10 minutes de départs de rando en montant ! La région est superbe, Cavalaire offre le confort d'une ville qui n'est pas seulement réservée aux touristes. La maison est très confortable, avec des grandes chambres et de nombreux rangement. Nous y retournerons sans réfléchir si l'occasion se représente et imaginons aisément que c'est l'endroit rêvé l'été !

Ein großzügiges, funktionelles Haus in sehr schöner Lage und mit tollem Panorama - Blick. Mitten in der Natur und dennoch sehr nah zu allen Annehmlichkeiten der Côte d’Azur.

à 2 km du centre ville ... 20 minutes (35 à la remontée) ... aller en ville à pied reste possible mais beaucoup de parking en ville (tarif très honnête du parking à 6 euros la journée sur Cavalaire) ...

Schön gelegenes Ferienhaus
Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist praktisch eingerichtet. Ein schöner Blick über Cavalaire-sur-Mer auf das Meer. Ruhig gelegen und vor allem der beheizte, wirklich warme Pool war im Oktober eine Bereicherung. Das Haus bietet in 5 Schlafzimmern viel Platz. Die Küche ist einfach ausgestattet. Im Ort bekommt man Alles was man braucht. St. Tropez und Hyere sind zügig erreichbar. Der Ort selber ist in den 80er Jahren geprägt worden und daher wenig malerisch. Wir waren gerne hier ! Vielen Dank

Tolle Aussicht
Alles prima, nur in der Küche gab es regelmäßig Probleme mit Ameisen.
Es wäre schön, wenn die Dusche im Untergeschoss eine Aufhängung für den Duschkopf hätte und einen Vorhang o. ä., damit man nicht den ganzen Boden nass spritzt.

Entspannter Familienurlaub
Wir haben mit 8 Erwachsenen, im Alter zwischen 21 und 83, und 3 Hunden, einen traumhaften Urlaub verlebt! Phänomenale Aussicht, großzügiges Haus, toller Pool, wird 2 mal pro Woche gereinigt und Temperaturen um die 28C, was will man Ende September mehr.
Die Betreuung vor Ort war sehr gut, Angelique war sehr zuvorkommend!
Wir haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub verlebt und uns sehr gut erholt. Den nächsten runden Geburtstag werden wir, vielleicht, wieder dort verbringen!

Traumhafter Blick vom Hollyhock House
Zwei wunderbare Wochen (insgesamt 6 Personen) in einem renovierten und sehr sauberen Haus. Überaus freundliche Begrüßung, ggf. rasche Hilfe und unkomplizierter Kontakt durch Angélique. Hervorzuheben ist auch der hohe persönliche Einsatz des Vermieters, der sich bei Bedarf einschaltet.
Der phantastische Blick vom Haus in die Bucht von Cavalaire wird durch die sehr ruhige Lage des Hauses ergänzt.

Holidays at Cavalaire sur mer
We spent two weeks at the house, which is very nice and reflects the description given in the web site: the house is well maintained, the furniture is good, and the kitchen equipment is accurate as well as the croquery, silverware and dishes.
The owner is extremely kind and available in case of need. In general everything went well and it is for sure a recommended location.
Few things may need to be improved as we experienced just a couple of little challenges. We found out one morning that boars ( which live in the surrounding heels and natural context) had crushed the rubbish bins and spread trust all over, which we had to clean ourselves and this was a bit disappointing.
The cleaning of the house was good but not super excellent since we found some bread crumbles behind the toaster.
Also, we would have appreciated to have at our disposal the engine to clean the swimming pool so to do it ourselves on a daily basis and keeo a high level of clean water.
The towels provided for each person is only one as per contract.
Only one bedroom is equipped with air conditioning
Other than that, as said, it is a very reccomened location

Nous avons passé 15 jours de rêve à cavalaire. La maison est parfaite pour 4 familles avec enfant.
Elle est spacieuse, cosy, très bien aménagée, décorée avec goût. La piscine est parfaite la vue magnifique

Great holiday
It’s a delightful villa in a lovely position. Communication with both the owners and manager were good. The heated pool was a real plus as the sea temperature was rather cold. This is one of the cleanest villas we have stayed in over the last 18 years of staying in France. Thank you for a stress free holiday - just what was needed.

Belle maison avec piscine !!!
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour avec des amis,8 adultes, 3 ados et deux enfants.Nous avons profité de la piscine malgré le temps incertain.
Maria, la personne qui nous a accueilli est trés réactive et efficace.
Les propriétaires aussi, il nous manquait juste un vrai barbecue pour 13 personnes.(c'est prévu pour la saison m'a dit Maria).
Je recommande cette location !!!!

Tolles Haus mit sehr schöner Lage und Ausblick auf Meer.
Tolles Haus, schöne Lage, Pool neu und gepflegt. Insgesamt recht leise, da am Ende einer Strasse. Meer etwa 2km entfernt.
Küche ist gut ausgestattet, was für uns als Selbstversorger (4 Erwachsene und 5 Kinder) wichtig war. Auch bei kleineren technischen Problemen haben wir sofort Unterstützung vom Vermieter bekommen.

Aangename villa met fraai zeezicht
Hoewel het huis nogal standaard is ingericht is het verblijf prmia bevallen. Wij waren met 8 volwassenen en 3 kids en dat paste goed. Je kan op het buitenterras met zeezicht eten, terwijl je beneden het zwembad ziet liggen. Je hebt ook veel privacy..De zee is niet ver (10 minuten) maar het is een steile weg..Er waren wat technische problemen maar die waren snel opgelost.

We have enjoiyed our stay very much and we also would like to come back again.

Einfach Perfekt!
Eine Woche haben wir in dieser wunderbaren Villa verbracht. Es war alles perfekt! Ein genial geschnittenes Hauses, der beheizte Pool, der Meerblick, die geschmackliche Einrichtung mit sehr guten Betten und vor allem war es sehr sauber! Wenn wir dürfen, kommen wir nächstes Jahr wieder :-)
