If you are looking for a nice quiet restful break this is the place for you. Small but everything you need, quiet with very nice friendly neighbours. Clean and neat and just a stones throw from the beach. Would have no hesitation on a return visit. Highly recommend.

We didnt realise how small the bungalow was going to be. Perhaps we should have checked out floor plan before we booked. Lovely clean neighbourhood. Friendly and chatty residential neighbours. Excellent near by beach and sea ideal for family bathing.

These units appear to be designed for single people, but two people can certainly get by. The little kitchen is quite usable, and the bathroom/shower is nice. The bedroom is very small, such that it's difficult to get around the bed. But overall it's in a nice quiet location, with the beach very close by, and a pub and general store a short walk away.

Perfect location for the Goodwood Festival Of Speed and a lovely area with the beach just a few minutes away. Parking for our SUV would have been a challenge if it had not been for the lovely neighbour that let us use her parking space too.

A very nice base for a week's holiday exploring the local beaches and West Sussex. A quiet, clean, cosy bungalow with all you really need. South-facing sheltered lawn/patio area is a big plus when it's sunny. We had a great time!

The cottage had everything we needed to have a lovely stay. Parking is very tight, so anyone with a large car might have trouble. Fortunately on speaking with a neighbour we discovered she didn't have a car and was willing to let us use her space as well. She is a lovely lady but does prefer visitors to ask permission and not presume. Marilyn, the owner, was really helpful with any questions and very quick to respond.

I couldn't fault this small bungalow. It was perfect for me and my partner we had the best time here and have some beautiful memories. We will hopefully be staying again. We only had an issue finding the place but it We figured it out.

Peaceful stay in a lovely location

Perfect for a short break, only a few minutes walk to beautiful Elmer beach and coast walks. Compact chalet with all you need with a very good size fridge and freezer. Effective heaters and great shower. Outside space is south facing so great to sit out for meals or just enjoying the fresh air and sunshine which we had plenty of. Just have to be aware that neighbours on either side are doing the same so no privacy outside. The chalet is terraced and in a complex. On the whole very quiet. Would stay again.

Great place to stay if you’re out all day & evening. Very friendly neighbours. Within 5 mins walk of beach & for the more adventurous walkers just an hour’s stroll to Climping’s cafe and 2 hours to Littlehampton west beach cafe. Short drive to Arundel & Fishbourne for those interested in history. Straight forward pub grub at The Elmer & The Beresford pubs (10 & 20 minute walks respectively); plenty of classier food places in Littlehampton (we went to 47 Mussel Row) and in places around Chichester Harbour such as the Crown & Anchor (Apuldram) & The Ship (Itchenor)

We had a lovely relaxing break at the bungalow, which is small but perfectly formed. It had everything we needed including a great outdoor sun spot. Close to the beach and a good location for exploring.
