Brilliant apartment..great location, fantastic facilites, very clean, great service from contacts..

This was a truly exceptional place to stay.. The location was perfect. Right by the main square area where all the shopping restaurants and bars are easily accessed - just go down any of the side streets and main street. We found our way around easily. Buses are frequent - to get to the beach and football stadium. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean and it literally had everything we needed and more!! Great showers/bath. Great space for the 3 of us.. comfortably furnished. Kitchen was superbly laid out - good sized fridge, dishwasher (we didn't need to use that) plenty of crockery etc. Exceptionally clean and presented. I cannot recommend this apartment more highly. If you are going to Cagliari then stay here. Finally Luca our contact was just brilliant. A special mention goes to him and the team. Apartment was easy to access, exceptionally clean and well presented as I have already said. In addition Luca provided great information to help with our stay. He also arranged taxi's to pick us up and drop us back to the airport.. thank you Luca.. More than 5 *'s for you :-)

Exceptional

The property was as good as the photos. Check in was very easy and the hosts were very accommodating. The location is fabulous. A really nice touch was the recommendations made in a booklet at the accommodation - every comment of where to eat and visit was spot on and tremendously helpful.

Fantastic location with great facilities. Good toys for kids. A good base for starting to explore Cagliari and around.

The main staircase leading to the flat is very slippery. My husband and I both fell and unfortunately I dislocated my shoulder.

Great apartment for short people

Pros: 1) Excellent location 2) Very clean 3) The host was very friendly. 4) Coffee was much appreciated.

Cons: 1) The listing does not mention the fact that half of the unit has a very low ceiling. The upstairs bedroom and bathroom are only acceptable for people less than 5'6" (168 cm). Anyone taller will have to duck the entire time. I am 6'2" (188 cm), and the upstairs (especially the bathroom) was very uncomfortable and difficult to use. 2) Because of the location, the apartment is very noisy at night.

The localization was perfect (in the middle of Old Town, close to Piazza Yenne and railway station). A flat was well equiped. The contact with host Gabriele was very easy (via Whatsapp) and his tips were very useful. Thank you Gabriele.

Nice stay

We were traveling with a child and were very enthusiastic about the size and openness of the apartment. The only thing you have to consider when you travel by car is that you cannot park at the apartment. One of the parking lots nearby (350m) is not far away and also not expensive, but you have to climb a really big staircase with your luggage. Unfortunately that was cumbersome. To get to the apartment you have to carry your luggage to the second floor because there is no elevator. We do not recommend taking a lot of luggage with you. The apartment is located right at the beginning of the pedestrian zone. You can really reach everything very easily from there. Supermarket is on the opposite street and there are many restaurants and bars in the immediate vicinity. Even if it is very lively in the evening and sometimes louder, you will not be disturbed while sleeping because the master bedroom is in the back of the apartment. The apartment offers a lot of extras, washing machine, umbrella, sunhats and much more. The apartment was very clean as well. The contact to our host via whatsapp was flawless, even if we didn't see him, he was always available and helped us immediately. We would come again anytime. our child (4 years) really liked the apartment as well!

Magical place in the heart of Cagliari

We loved everything about this place! Super central with a view over piazza Yenne. The beds were great, high ceilings, beautifully decorated. I definitely recommend this place for a stay in Cagliari. Self checking was very practical and the host was available by text at anytime.

Central location, lovely hosts, fabulous apartment

10* for location. Right in the centre where all the shops and bars are - but not noisy in the evenings. Apartment was super clean, homely and full of all amenities needed. We were kindly left recommendations and guides to support our trip. I couldn't find any washing up powder to wash our clothes and the hosts kindly left us soon very promptly. We loved our stay!

Nothing to complain about - was fantastic!

Central location, great guide to things to do, very responsive hosts.

It was quite cold and although air con was supposed to work as a heater too it didn’t seem to work.
