This architect's villa of 130m2, recent, is located on a vast garden of 3000 m2, closed and raised, in a residential area.
Completely floored, furnished with contemporary furniture, the house consists of a bright and spacious lounge overlooking the terrace with large windows, a fully equipped kitchen open to the living room, 3 bedrooms: 2 bedrooms overlooking the garden, each with a double bed, one has a solarium with views of the nearby vineyards, and 1 loft bedroom with two single beds (note: this room is in the attic, max height 1.50m, ideal for children or young teenagers), a bathroom with double sink and shower and bath, and one toilet.
You can dine in the shade of chestnut trees or on the sunny terrace, relax by the pool or enjoy a good Cassis wine in the lounge under the trees.

Veronique, our host, was very friendly and helpful. Great communications. Wonderful property, didn’t want to leave, 10 mins walk from Cassis which was stunning. Lovely pool and seating areas outside.

Wonderful property. House and garden kept is great condition. Quiet but yet just a short walk to the beach. The third bedroom really is for small kids. Veronique (owner) was really helpful and had some great restaurant tips. Highly recommended.

10 minutes walk into town and beach. No need for a car. Very responsive owner, helped with all our requests and queries. Couldn’t have asked for a better holiday!

A perfect holiday in every way. Communication was excellent throughout. The villa is stunning and provided such a relaxing environment for our two week vacation. Only a 10 minute walk to the beautiful beach and port in Cassis so easy to get to but nice and quiet being that sort walk away from the centre . Would would recommend the villa highly and Veronique and Ludovic were fantastic throughout.

The property and house is a jewel in Cassis. We couldn't have imagined anything more perfect. The owners Veronique and Ludovic were so kind, helpful and knowledgeable. We were two couples ( ourselves and son and daughter-in-law and a granddaughter who is 3. First, Veronique gave us toys for our granddaughter that helped for the entire week. The owner's parents live next door and they supplied us with tomatoes and peppers from the garden-- so wonderful. The house itself is very comfortable-- air conditioning works well. The yard and pool and view from the house is a dream come true. Its about a 15 minute walk into town. My granddaughter and I went every morning for our daily baguette and croissants.. Afternoons spent at the beach or viewing the Calanques. Id come here again in a minute--- a perfect week in all ways-- the house, the owners, the town. Thank you so much.

This house is a magnificent paradise set against a dramatic backdrop of sea, sky and coastal mountain cliffs. The house, yard and pool are stylish and beautiful and the owners are native to the area and extremely friendly and welcoming. There are several beaches in walking distance and others a short drive away. The town is fantastic.. in short you could not ask for a better vacation location!

(En français en dessous) My wife and I spent a week in this home with our two kids and my mother, and loved the modern home, spacious outdoor patio for dining and relaxing, and beautiful pool area and yard. Our kids loved the pool and outdoor ping pong. The garden is relaxing. My wife picked figs from the fig tree and cooked them as appetizers. Town is a 10 minute walk (which is a good thing—there really isn’t any parking in town). And there’s even a vineyard next door. The description and photos are accurate. Be sure to note that the kids’ bedroom has low ceilings—too low for us adults to stand (but okay for the kids). Also, as described, there is a second home in this “clos” (walled garden) so the property is shared with the owners in the other house. But the layout of the grounds is such that the houses are mostly separated and private—the patio and yard open away from the other house and the landscaping keeps them mostly separated. In any case, the owners were very friendly and nice (and tolerant of my rusty French). We would rent this house again in a heartbeat. Ma femme et moi avons passé une semaine dans cette maison avec nos deux enfants et ma mère, et avons bien aimé la maison moderne, le grand patio idéal pour se relâcher ou prendre le diner, et le jardin et belle piscine. Les enfants aimaient le ping-pong aussi. Ma femme profitait du figuier pour nous faire une entrée. Le vieux port et à 10 minutes à pied (très importante ; il n’y a pas beaucoup de parking en ville) et il y a même un vignoble a côté. La description et les photos représentent la maison avec précision. Noter que la chambre pour enfants a un plafond bas—trop bas pour nous les adultes, mais pas de problème pour les enfants. Aussi, comme indiqué, il y a une deuxième maison dans le clos (où habitent les propriétaires). Mais le jardin est tel que les deux maisons sont bien séparé, le patio donne à un sens opposé de l’autre maison, et de toute façon les propriétaires étaient très sympas et accueillant. On louerait cette maison de nouveau sans hésitation.
