Best breakfast and beach

Best breakfast I've had since arriving in Vietnam. Beautiful grounds. Great AC. The beach was marvelous and worth every penny.

not worth for money.

Meals: breakfast was good. I also ordered in-room dining and it tasted good.

The beds are not comfy. Air conditioning operates quite noisily. Corridor looks gloomy. there are tree tubs (or what ???) but all were empty.

Beach is beautiful, but OMG the AC 😟

The beach is beautiful and the area is quiet which is good for a lazy vocation. Staff is friendly, but as I was there in the peak season for international, everything feels so rush.

The AIR CONDITIONER was a disaster. It made noise and we cant sleep. I was complaint 3 times with the hotel, they send some one to fix and after a while it was back noise - they even told me that’s was becuase the way it worked. I was at the hotel 2 times and both time I had bad luck with the AC. I hope they gonna do something with it. Couldn’t went to sleep easily with the noise.

Кроме завтрака, который включен в проживание, еда дорогая и мало кафе и ресторана на территории отеля. Сейфы и холодильники плохо работают и требуют обновлению соответственно классу отеля. (У нас 2-х комнатный семейный люкс, и в 2-х комнатах плохо работают)

Fantastiskt läge på vacker vit sandstrand och stora poolområden. Frukosten är helt fantastisk

Fantastiskt läge vid en kritvit sandstrand Stora poolområden och vackra trädgårdar Förutom vanliga solstolar så fanns det hängmattor, lounge möbler och sackosäckar att utnyttja. Det va gratis att låna kajak på stranden Frukosten va helt fantastisk med stort utbud och vällagade rätter!

Flera ödebyggnader i området runt hotellet så fanns ingen större utbud av shopping eller resturanger utanför hotellområdet.

Frukost var super bra mycket av allt! Fint strand

Mycket skräp på stranden! Helt galen. Skämmas att folk kan badda mitten av skräpen utan att bryr sig. Så klart är inte hotells fel. Kan tipsa hotellet att bjuda på gäster drick vid att hämtar sopor from havet kanske kan stimulerar att folk reagerar och börja att plocka bort skräp.

Average and probably disappointing overall.

The hotel was new and clean.

The finishes in the hotel was not of a high standard. Feels like it was built with a view of quantity over quality. At this price point; I would not except the door not to lock properly (although maintenance sorted this out quickly); the basin in the bathroom was broken and the water didn’t drain and when the neighbours banged their door shut; the painting above the bed fell off (luckily not on me).

Not as luxurious as it’s represented as! The pool is its crowning glory.

Just choose a basic room, as you will spend all your time by their amazing pool. It’s wonderful- perfect temperature and many tiered swimming levels. (+) Fantastic pool area - best I’ve seen! (+) beautiful beach area (+) unlimited & easy towel access (+) penthouse was very spacious (+) very remote & quiet, would suit someone wishing to relax

Don’t book the Penthouse if you’re after a luxurious and memorable stay! Many reasons, and my point of view is from a western tourist who typically stays in 5 star hotels and appreciates the finer detailed things. The 2 bedroom penthouse was hugely disappointing- especially for the money in Vietnam. (-) room we received was not per the pictures in the booking. So be careful, these pictures are misrepresented. (-) staff have very limited English (-) tv isn’t a smart tv so forget being able to watch YouTube or streaming apps (-) THE worst hotel bed I’ve slept in - needs replacing! (-) for a penthouse, there was not an ounce of luxury about it. (-) Bathtub plug did not work so couldn’t use bathtub (-) shower had a huge leak that meant there was a steam of water running across bathroom floor into the toilet after each shower (-) PowerPoints did not work (-) kettle did not work (was replaced) (-) Balcony doors which have access to a plunge pool do not have a locking mechanism- so if you have a small child think carefully about the safety here (-) Hotel does not provide scheduled shuttle bus services to the night markets (as they claim - need a min of 8 persons for it to run) (-) only bookings direct with hotel qualify for the airport shuttle bus. Bit of a rip off having to fork out another usd $40 for a private car transfer from hotel (-) rooms do not include shampoo or conditioner (-) received only 1 body lotion for a 6 night stay, was never replaced (-) the only thing functional in the kitchen is the fridge & sink (-) no cutlery or cups/plates etc (I have no idea why the hotel shows fully set tables with cutlery wine glasses and plates in their booking.com room photos… as these do not exist) (-) elevator doesn’t require guest card access, literally anyone from the street could arrive at your flimsy door and knock it down - we did not feel secure. (-)No recess in shower to house your face wash/hygeine products. (-) very average Buffett breakfast.

Top quality hotel at beautiful beach.

Detta är ett hotell med en hög kvalitetsnivå. Rummen var stora och fina med sköna sängar. Hotellområdet var rent och fräscht och frukostbuffén fantastisk. Har aldrig sett något liknande tidigare. Personalen var mycket trevlig och hjälpsam. Hotellet ligger vid en jättefin strand.

Man får vara medveten om att det är ett ganska stort hotellkomplex så söker man något mindre och personligt så är det nog inte rätt ställe.

Хороший пляж, с плавным заходом. Для детей идеально. Рядом с отелем много хороших ресторанов, супермаркет.

Персонал не дружелюбный. Совсем не говорит на английском, приходилось пользоваться переводчиком. Завтраки ужасны, пожалели что заранее их оплатили. Сходили 1 раз. Шезлонги всегда все заняты, сотрудники не следят за теми, кто ушел. Территорию хорошо бы почисть, много мусора. Вай-фай работает ужасно, лучше его бы не было тогда. Так как это квест не для слабонервных.

Just One thing was good and that was bed. Nothing more.

the hotel corresponds to three stars, the rooms are outdated, the staff was not helpful at all, the hotel is overcrowded with people, you can't even find a place for breakfast without someone helping you, the prices in the hotel are expensive, if I compare it with other hotels in Vietnam, so here it was really the worst, the hotel was the most expensive and the worst experience I've ever had. don't be fooled by the photos, you can't lie on a sunbed on the beach, everything is occupied, all the sunbeds at the pool are covered, there are really more children than normal, the staff was not pleasant, they don't speak English at all. if you want to go for a walk on the beach, on the right side, the staff will start yelling at you that it is a place reserved for the marriot hotel. terrible approach, I would never go back there. save your money and go to another hotel, I wouldn't mind if I paid half the price for that hotel. he is not talking about the fact that the children go to the toilet in the flowers and the pool. I witnessed it myself.

Територія готелю дуже гарна, також для дітей є класна дитяча кімната, де навіть можна лишити самих дітей старше 4 роки, няні там пречудові. Доволі хороший сніданок. На території пляжу можна брати іграшки для дітей.

З порогу тобі починають щось продавати. Персонал привітний, але постійно факапить. Ніби для дітей є багато всього, але на візку скрізь не проїхати, в номері не має навіть мікрохвильовки, холодильник працює дуже погано, вся їжа псувалась за ніч. Найбільше мене обурило, це ціни на їжу в ресторані, що мінімум завищені в 3 рази і враховуючи розташування готелю, альтернатив багато не має.

Was a great way to start our trip .

The place was amazing - everything was a highlight of our trip .

Two people from our two families fell very I’ll with food poisoning from the hotel breakfast . We suspect it was smoked catfish - however the breakfast was so large and diverse we had to try everything so we couldn’t narrow it down . We didn’t complain to the hotel and no one else got sick from our group of eight. The only other draw back was the location in the south is very underwhelming compared to the north of the island . If that hotel was in the north of the island I would want to stay again - everything else was on a epic scale .

I made a mistake in my booking date, staff were very accommodating and helped with rebooking without no show fees. Beach is super clean and kayak is free.. You can get Instagram perfect pictures in the beach and pool.. Gym and spa are also nice.

Great variety of food for breakfast. We enjoyed our stay there, the pools and the beach were perfect. As a hotel guest, you could rent a kayak and paddle board for free, so we certainly took advantage of it. The staff was very nice and always ready to help. The room was comfy and spacious.

Disappointing

The breakfast is great with variety of food. We love the food.

We booked a penthouse with 2 bedrooms and a kitchen so we can cook some local seafood or a simple meal for family. Unfortunately, the kitchen is only used for decoration. We can’t cook. Nothing was provided for the kitchen. No plates, no forks, no spoons. No glass for water. The resort should disclose all information upfront so we know what to expect. This is very disappointing. The view is awesome, we love the spacious room with comfortable beds. Unfortunately if the kitchen issues is still there we want come back. We will have to pick another resort closeby.
