It was horrible but major thanks to the front desk clerk (Mallorie/Melody) and the book Ms Liz for making my stay a

If it wasn’t for Mallorie (shift 3-11pm) my stay would of been horrible. I booked for 2 nights and I was told by the 7-3pm front desk clerk that I had to request a room clean up by 8 in order for housekeeping to straighten my room up and change my sheets. I’ve never had to do that. Mallorie helped me get my room cleaned and gave me fresh sheets. The breakfast was horrible. Everything was gluten free. And it wasn’t a microwave too warm your instant grits or oatmeal. Ms Liz (the cook) apologized for the inconvenience but explained that it was her boss request to not put certain things out. Check it was 11. I always thought check out was at 12. I will never and I do mean never book with them again. It’s garbage and I wasn’t pleased with anything. And the shower suck. You can’t even close it so it’s Easter going everywhere. I don’t recommend it at all

I did not stay because my room was given away.

nothing when I got there they said that I didn’t have reservations through booking. The staff stated that because I booked through a third party that’s why the confirmation number did not come up. I stated to the staff I always book through booking.com and has never had any problems. Especially when I’m going out of town booking has not failed me yet! I think they gave my room away because it was through booking.com and I did make it til like 7pm.

Nothing, look like a drug traffic!

This TOWNEPLACE did not meet my expectations.

Location to shopping and events was good. The front desk staff was very nice.

We stayed on the 3rd floor. The smell was bad all weekend. Garbage in the hall by nearly every room was gross. The sounds from the interstate was very loud. I recently stayed in a TOWNEPLACE in Oxford,MS and it was fantastic. This one in Southaven was below par.

You should do better!

Coffee was good. Breakfast was nothing special.

There were dirty linens piled in the hall when we arrived. Two rooms had bags if trash outside the door. The shower had other guests’ hair on the walls and on the shampoo bottle. The mattress was old and worn out in the middle making it fold up on either side of us. I chose this place because of cleanliness reviews. It’s one of the most expensive inns in the area, but was sub par in every way.

The lobby felt clean. The main desk attendant was nice.

The room did not feel clean. The couch had dirt/stains on it. They did not have any pillows for our kids to use for the sleeper sofa. We had requested a pack n play and extra blankets when booking and neither of those were in the room.

Safe, clean, and convenient to dining options and the airport.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel is in a good location close to lots of dining options and we felt quite safe. It is also a short distance to the airport.

Good but not Great

The staff was accommodating and professional. The rooms were clean.

The constant smell of Marijuana both inside and outside. My husband and I could smell Marijuana smoke from inside our room coming from another on one occasion . We would regularly come outside near the patio area to guests smoking not only cigarettes, buy Marijuana too. We have small children, so this was very concerning. The location of the patio is right outside the main lobby door so it was unavoidable. While the rooms were clean, we felt the overall space could use some work. Furniture was pretty worn.

There was no cover for the sleeper sofa Not enough towels for the bathroom When you travel uselly you come in and shower Getting up to leave and go you take another shower. Picture online showed room larger was small for the price lots of everyday people hanging around not comfortable 😑
