For a wonderful holiday we offer a heavenly location with a perfect backdrop. Those who love old stonework will appreciate this charming little fisherman's house located snugly in the stunning port of Saint Goustan. Located in a quiet pedestrianised street, for 2 persons. We have hand-picked refined décor, such as a cabinet of curiosities. You can appreciate the unique style. The house boasts a large loft bedroom with a stove (which creates an incredible atmosphere on winter evenings) and bathtub, a kitchen, a living room with a fireplace, and a landscaped terrace serving as an extra dining option - should you prefer. As much in summer as in winter, Manor House will entice and enchant you for a weekend (out of season), or for a week. The house is 50 metres from the port and its shops, restaurants, bars, abundant art galleries, and the pier with access to the fantastic Gulf of Morbihan! You can enjoy the harbour with its special atmosphere, cobblestone streets, and timber framed houses. Thanks to its location, heritage and history, Auray is also one of the newest, sought-after, tourist destinations in Morbihan. Saint Goustan port is a dream come true. Lots of artists have settled here, almost rivalling the famous Pont-Aven.

Good location (close to harbour, restaurants, shops etc.). Very quiet. Very extraordinary furniture, old english and farmhouse style (many books, antiques, paintings etc). Nice small terrace.
After we arrived, Stéphane came to see us and offered his help whenever necessary. It was very friendly and personal.
We loved it very much and hopefully will come back.

Excellent quiet location just feet from the hustle and bustle of the bars and restaurants. Parking difficult so we were reluctant to drive out. Not for the elderly or infirm. Cobwebs everywhere. The bath is a struggle to get out of for a relatively fit person.no information pack as to where things are or how they work.Ok for a couple of nights but not 2 weeks as we did. Only 2 towels and no oven

Lage der Fewo sehr gut. Ruhig im schönen alten Stadtteil gelegen. Die Fewo selbst ist aufgrund der überbordenden Dekogegenstände und Möbel kaum nutzbar. Es fehlen in jedem Raum Ablagemöglichkeiten für die Bedürfnisse des Gastes.
Außerdem sollte in der Beschreibung darauf hingewiesen werden,dass man in der Badewanne nur sitzend Duschen kann.

Tiny, quiet, full of personality and quirky charm, with a plant-filled terrace perfect for morning coffee. The location is very good but I would caution that the steep street to the harbor and the narrow stairs to the bedroom are tricky for older visitors. Readers will wish that the very comfortable king-size was adequately lighted. Note there is no view of the water. Also no stand-up shower.

Calme et gastronomie avec un logement atypique
Lorsqu'on entre dan cette maison, on est d'abord frappé par le style "cabinet de curiosité anglais". Il y a une multitude d'objets que le propriétaire a dû glaner dans des brocantes en Angleterre.
La cuisine est très bien équipée (il y a même 2 cafetières !).
La maison est entourée de voies très étroites, donc très calme jour et nuit. Le port de St Goustan avec ses nombreux restaurants est à 2 mn à pied.
Bref : je conseille à 100% cette location.

L'espace de cinq jours, dans cet écrin so british nous, fiers Gaulois, sommes devenus les sujets de sa Majesté. Exit la perfide Albion pour une réunification réussie des petite et grande Bretagne et pour notre plus grand plaisir ! Cabinet de curiosités, galerie des vanités, pierres de granit, cuir de Chesterfield, coussins et livres, tout a concouru à faire de ce petit nid un refuge hors du temps, un phare aux lumières tamisées prêt à nous recueillir le soir après de longues promenades dans ce superbe pays d'Auray et ce magique golfe du Morbihan. Merci d'avoir accompagné cette parenthèse dans nos vies accélérées. Cela nous rappelle, à chaque fois que l'ouest nous attire, que la Bretagne est une région unique.

Heerlijk gek huisje met alle gemakken..
Zoals in de beschrijving vermeld staat dit huisje barstensvol snuisterijen. Zelfs de laatste dag ontdekten we nog nieuwe dingen. Huisje is klein, maar helemaal compleet. Patio is heerlijk om te zitten omringd door planten. Bed is enorm, met goed matras. Douchen in bad is even wennen, maar dat wisten we vantevoren, gelukkig iedere dag goed gekomen. Prima wifi verbinding en uitstekende verwarming. En dan staat dit huisje ook nog op de perfecte plek, straatje uit en je staat in het haventje met heerlijke restaurants.

If you are going to be in the St Gaston area (which we highly recommend) do not miss Stephan's "Manor House". It is one of the most unique, charming and cozy lodging that we have ever stayed in...everywhere you turn in this house there is something to explore.Like we mentionrd to Stephan we couldn't make up our mimds whether it was an old English home, art museum or a classy library. Physically the house is perfect for two people...and it has a lovely balcony where one can enjoy meals. The kitchen is smallish but we had plenty of room to prepare oyster and mussel
dinners. The bed is comfortable and the Bath is a lot of fun. There are two fireplaces, one in the living room and the other in the upstairs cozy bedroom....PERFECT!!!!!! Don't miss this charming and unique home....PS also it's a 2 minute walk to the quay and all the seaside restaurants.

Nous avons été heureux de découvrir cette location cosy au charme anglais, insolite et singulier, en plein coeur de Saint-Goustan. Une maison attachante et idéalement placée
Nous avons passé un excellent week-end de la Pentecôte ! L'atmosphère de la maison est dépaysante mais on y est vraiment bien - à l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur - et il est facile de partir en expédition dans le Golfe du Morbihan depuis Saint-Goustan !

Si vous fuyez les locations de vacances qui ressemblent à un showroom d'une grand enseigne de mobilier, arrêtez-vous sur cette annonce. Un cabinet de curiosité aussi dépaysant que généreux dans un village/port pittoresque aux portes d'Auray où on trouve tous les commerces de qualité souhaités. Ajoutez à cela la proximité magique du Golfe du Morbihan et vous avez tous les ingrédients pour un super séjour. Petit bémol : des tables un petit peu encombrées pour poser ses propres livres et objets... mais on fait de la place en s'appropriant les lieux !

A découvrir absolument ! Quel enchantement que ce charmant gite digne d'un cabinet de curiosités. Tout a été chiné avec gout et humour. A peine arrivé on s'y sent bien. Tout confort. Cuisine très bien équipée. Literie parfaite et petit jardin pour le repas. Il est parfaitement situé à quelques pas du port et des restaurants. Nous le recommandons et y reviendrons ! Petite maison au calme, tout confort situe dans une petite ruelle de St Goustan très pittoresque. Maison musée tel un cabinet de curiosité ou mille et un objet en font tout son charme et sa curiosité.
Ambiance anglo-saxonne, angelots, gargouilles et éclairage intimiste lui confèrent une âme toute particulière que je vous invite à découvrir. Tout comme Auray et ses alentours (l'île au moines, la Trinité sur Mer, la presqu'île de Rhuys, Quiberon...) paysages encore sauvages et pleins de beauté.

Parfaite localisation dans la ville également : il suffit de descendre la rue très pentue pour être sur le charmant port de Saint Goustan.
Il y a tout ce qu’il faut dans la maison, tout à fait conforme au descriptif et aux photos, et même une machine à capsules Nespresso, ce qui n’était pas signalé.
La maison regorge d’objets chinés, au point qu’après une semaine nous ne sommes pas sûres de les avoir tous vus...

Wir haben zwei wunderbare und erholsame Wochen in dieser besondere Ferienwohnung verbracht. Das "Manor House" ist eine Mischung aus Museum, Antiqitätenladen und Trödelmarkt und liegt mitten in Port St Goustan in eines der vielen Gässchen. Das kleine Haus ist optimal für zwei Personen, es hat eine kleine, funktionierende Küche, eine gemütliche Gartenterrasse, ein kleines Wohnzimmer und ein gemütliches Schlafzimmer mit Badewanne und abgetrennte Toilette. Auch die Lage ist super, 50 m bis zum gemütlichen Hafen mit den vielen aber doch oft überfüllten Restaurants und Creperien und auch Auray ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und behilfsam und auch die Kommunikation mit Mr. Perez war sehr gut. Wir waren alles in allem mit dieser Ferienwöhnung sehr zufrieden.
