About this cottage rental
House in a picturesque peninsula near a small harbor and beach, with its fishermen's houses, the local organic market on Friday, its bird sanctuary 2 km away.
Close to Vannes, medieval town with its gardens, ramparts, half-timbered houses, historic festivals, jazz festival in August, its marina in the heart of the city, its lively market on Wednesday and Saturday
In the area: Auray and Saint-Goustan, Arradon, the Rhuys Peninsula, Port-Crouesty, Port-Navalo, the castle of Suscinio, Lorient and its interceltic festival
detached house (annexed to the house of the owner) of 60 m2, including a room with a small kitchen fully equipped, a large bay window overlooking the terrace and garden.
a bathroom with towel and shower radiator; separate toilet with washbasin, a corridor.
Upstairs is reached by a wooden staircase: a first attic room with Velux at the top of the stairs with a double bed and another one place: suitable for children (2)

Location très agréable, calme et bien placée
La propriétaire est très attentionnée, sympathique et bienveillante. Son accueil souriant fait du bien après une longue route pour y parvenir.
La location est très lumineuse, gaie, agrémentée d'un petit jardin très bien fleuri, à 2 pas des sentiers du Golfe du Morbihan.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette location aménagée avec gout et au calme! Idéal pour visiter le golfe et a quelques minutes de voiture de Vannes. Accueil sympathique de la propriétaire. Super séjour

Séjour parfait
Le gîte est idéalement situé au cœur du golf du Morbihan, l environnement est très calme et la mer est à 200m. Les chemins côtiers sont donc accessibles à pied. Le gîte est parfait, et fonctionnel comme sur les photos. La propriétaire nous a accueillis chaleureusement et notre communication en amont a toujours été très rapide. Je recommande pour un couple ou une famille de 4 personnes.

Gîte très bien situé et très fonctionnel
Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable dans ce gîte. Très bon accueil, tout ce qu'il faut dans le gîte, une terrasse qui permet de profiter du soleil à midi et en fin de journée, et plein de sentiers côtiers très proches.

Bon emplacement, propre, suffisamment spacieux pour 5 mais très petite salle de douche. Confort correct hormis le canapé pas terrible pour une soirée télé.

Très bon séjour à Séné
Maison très agréable, bien équipée et lumineuse. Emplacement proche de la mer, idéal pour se balader à pied ou visiter les îles du Golf. Proche Vannes (à peine 15 mn en voiture), belle ville et grand marché. Propriétaire très sympathique, merci pour son accueil et ses conseils pour visiter la région.

Gîte très bien entretenu , propre et confortable. La propriétaire très accueillante .
Les sentiers côtiers à proximité nous ont permis de faire de belles balades à pied ou à vélo . Nous en gardons un très bon souvenir et y retournerons.

Des vacances très agréables et reposantes !
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans le gîte de Madame André qui nous a accueillis avec beaucoup de gentillesse et qui a tout fait pour que nos vacances soient réussies.
L'appartement est très fonctionnel pour une famille, l'environnement est calme. L'espace extérieur est très agréable et le gîte est bien situé pour faire des promenades et aller à la plage. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir !

Ein Häuschen klein und fein
Wir verbrachten eine wunderschöne Woche im Häuschen von Mme André. Das Haus ist individuell eingerichtet und liebevoll dekoriert, man spürt, dass Mme André selbst Freude an schönen und besonderen Dingen und der Kunst hat. Wir wurden bereits im Vorfeld unserer Reise auf's angenehmste von Mme André betreut, da es auf Grund der Corona-Pandemie doch einige Unsicherheit gab. Sie hat uns per E-Mail stets auf dem Laufenden gehalten und uns alle Optionen offen gehalten. Wir wurden herzlich willkommen geheißen und mit Informationen und kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten (z.B. mit gateau breton am Sonntag Morgen) verwöhnt. Das Haus liegt ruhig und war für uns ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für zahlreiche Unternehmungen, aber auch zum wandern auf dem GR 34 direkt vom Haus aus durch die bezaubernde Landschaft des Golfs zu verschiedenen Gezeiten-Ständen. Herzlichen Dank an Mme André!

Accueil et présentation du gite parfaits. Propreté et équipements ok. Grande disponibilité de la propriétaire . Environnement très calme et discret. Petit bémol: la difficulté de l'approche avec une voiture de taille moyenne, vu l'étroitesse de l'accès.

Gîte propre et bien équipé correspondant parfaitement à la description et aux photos. Aucun problème avec le réseau internet.
Environnement calme et agréable. Bourg proche (commerces et animations), nombreuses pistes cyclables et sentiers piétonniers.
Gîte bien situé, à quelques kilomètres de la belle ville de Vannes. Nombreuses excursions et visites possibles à proximité.
Propriétaire très accueillante (cidre et petits gâteaux de bienvenue !) et de bon conseil.

Excellent séjour à la découverte du Golfe du Morbihan
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Séné. Le gîte est très bien situé, au calme, mais à 5 minutes des sentiers côtiers reliant les plages, proche du bourg et de Vannes. Il offre toutes les commodités nécessaires dans un très joli cadre. L'accueil et la disponibilité de Madame André ont grandement contribué à la réussite de notre séjour.

Havre de paix
La propriétaire nous a réserver un excellent accueil avec un petit cadeau de bienvenue et beaucoup de conseil de visite de la région.
Le gite et ses équipements sont conformes à la description et est situé à 15mn du centre ville de Vannes.
La mer est toute proche ainsi que le GR34 pour randonner. De nombreux chemins d'exploitation ouvert à la circulation des vélos permettent l'exploration de la région en toute sécurité. En bref nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances et sous le soleil.
Nous vous conseillons cette location.

A beautiful, eclectic and cosy home in an ideal location.
If you're looking for the ideal retreat close to walking and cycling trails, then this is the place. We spent 3 glorious days and nights at Luce's house. It's well located in a quiet area just minutes from the sea.
Luce was charming and very welcoming and helpful. The apartment has everything you could possibly need.
We would recommend a walk along the sea trail to Port Anna.
We just loved our stay and would highly recommend this location to any potential guest.
