Located in Carnac, in the hamlet of Kerluir, at the end of a quiet dead end, 200 meters from the alignments of Kermario and 2.5 kilometers from the first beaches.
Equipped new, the house will bring you all the necessary comfort for a real holiday!
The large bright living room of 80 m2, has a large fireplace, a large table with extensions, a fully equipped kitchen to nine (dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, pancake maker, raclette, fondue, 2 fridges of which 1 with freezer)
2 private gardens: one at the back of the house, without any vis-à-vis, with a terrace, provision of deckchairs, table, chairs and barbecue; the other garden, located south, is also closed, and has a magnificent view of the fields.
The house has a bathroom, 2 bathrooms (1 on the ground floor and 1 upstairs), 2 toilets and 5 bedrooms (including 1 on the ground floor, independent, with a stove, a TV and a sink)
The carefully decorated rooms are equipped with single beds (which can be pushed together) and double beds. A large room is equipped with 4 bunk beds, ideal for children. Each room has cupboards or storage cabinets. Apart from the bunk beds, the bedding is new.
We provide a baby kit on request: high chair, cot, bath
Sheets and towels on request (12 € per person)
Also available: washing machine, dryer, wi-fi connection, hi-fi system (with blutooth connection)
For children and adults: a very large trampoline in the garden and board games.
Nearby: footpath, bicycles, megaliths of Carnac, equestrian, and of course the large sandy beaches of Carnac, yacht club for sailors, thalassotherapy of Carnac, supermarket (Super U 2 kms)
