We stayed for 2 weeks over the summer with our 2 boys aged 9 and 13. The house is in a great location for the beach and for exploring the Côte d’Azur. The panoramic views are exceptional and the house is rustic but has been beautifully styled. I would recommend the house for a family but maybe not for very young children as the spiral staircase is steep and there are lots of steps and sharp drops in the garden and pool area. The host was lovely and resolved any questions we had immediately. The house was very well equipped with everything you could need and we very much enjoyed our stay.

We are a family of 7 and stayed for 2 weeks. We had an amazing time. We drove from the uk so had our cars which meant we could go out exploring, we did Sainte-Maxime, Saint Tropez and Monaco which all took between 25mins to 1hr 30mins. When we didn’t want to drive, we could walk to town or getting a taxis was nice and easy. There is also a boat from town that takes you to Saint Tropez.
The host Sylvie was lovely, nothing was to much trouble. The Villa was a perfect size for us all. We would highly recommend and will definitely be returning.

The host and owner of the villa welcome us very warm and friendly. In a quick walk around she explained us all the details and how to use the equipment. Kids and dogs are very welcome. (btw: our kids liked the pool and the adults the BBQ-station)
The beaches of St. Maxim and even to St. Tropez are very closed and with the car reachable in less than a hour. Supermarkets, Pharmacy and other facilities are around the spot.
Summary: If you would to spend your vacation on the Cote a‘Azur, this villa is highly recommended.

Sehr schönes Haus, etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Gut ausgerüstet, auch die Betten sind gut. Sehr schöner Swimmingpool, zentral gelegen, mit dem Auto ist man in 5-7 Minuten im kleinen Zentrum. Auto unbedingt erforderlich.

Charmantes Haus mit tollem Meerblick
Sylvie ist eine tolle Gastgeberin und das Haus ist gepflegt und sauber. Lediglich die Fensterläden müssten einmal eingestellt werden, die verursachen bei Mistral etwas Lärm. Ansonsten uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert.

A little paradise in the Côte d’Azur
Evoking the charm and romance of an earlier era, this villa is as wonderful as you can imagine from the photos. The views of the sea towards the shoreline are absolutely stunning throughout the property, as if in a dream or a movie, rivalled only by the views of the picturesque valley and houses from the back garden. This house sits on the hillside with only one neighbouring property with no significant overlook, which gives a large degree of privacy while enjoying the large terrace, sparkling swimming pool or playing ping pong under the tree. The house is decorated with taste and stylish elements, the beds comfortable and kitchen well-equipped. The location is perfect only a few minutes by car to multiple beaches to explore , close to touristic towns such as St Maxime and even to St Tropez (traffic isn’t bad during shoulder seasons), access to modern conveniences (carrefour hyper market in St Maxime can be recommended for provisioning). Sure the house is close to a main road but it is relatively quiet and it is is a totally minor point compared to the views, the privacy, the location, the beautiful sunsets/sun rises and accompanying birdsong one will enjoy with family and friends. A place to relax & unwind after the day’s exploration….The host was very understanding and highly responsive and assisted us greatly with our needs, her premier host status is fully justified. We used a translation app to communicate. We felt safe and happy in this place, to be repeated without question. Thank you for hosting us!

Villaen har en fantastisk beliggende og udsigt. Komplet inventar til 8 personer NB. i stueetagen er der 1 toilet uden håndvask, husets 2 toilet er på første sal ved soveværelset, i stueetagen er der 3 soverum, 2 badeværelser uden toiletter, toiletter kan ikke klare papir, som derfor skal lægges i toilet spanden, som man skal tømmes.
Huset er perfekt med en stor egen pool, fin parkering på grunden.

Superbe villa, piscine et vue sur la mer pour passer de fabuleuses vacances
Très jolie villa, très fonctionnelle et très bien équipée.
Toutes les chambres ont une vue splendide sur la mer. Le paysage est magnifique et le fait que la villa soit à quelques pas de la mer vous permettra de profiter de toutes les activités nautiques et des restaurants en bord de mer. Nous avons adoré notre séjour !

Villa proche mer avec piscine
Belle maison, bien placée avec plusieurs espaces jardins et une grande piscine. Possibilité de se rendre à pieds au centre ville et à la mer en marchant un peu en bord de route. Maison bien située pour aller sur de belles plages en voiture ou pour visiter l’arrière pays et faire des randonnées, du canyoning… La maison est propre et l’hôte réactive et arrangeante. Je recommande.

Sehr schönes Haus mit 4 Schlafzimmern, wovon eines ein Dreibettzimmer ist. Das Einzelbett darin ist nur für ein Kind geeignet.Eines der drei Schlafzimmer im Untergeschoß ist sehr klein und mit einem festverglastem Fenster ausgestattet.Bei geschlossener Türe sehr warm.Küche gut ausgestattet mit genügend Geschirr und Gläsern .Tolle Sicht aufs Meer!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt
Buchung und Betreuung vor Ort verliefen sehr unkompliziert.
Das Haus ist für 6-7 Personen optimal ausgestattet. Das 4. Zimmer hat leider kein zu öffnendes Fenster und ist daher nur beschränkt nutzbar. Unser Kind hat es jedoch nicht gestört.
Der Pool war super, Garten und Balkon genial.
Das einzige Manko: Der viele Verkehr Richtung St. Tropez.

Insgesamt schön
Wir haben unseren Sommerurlaub mit Familie (alle Ü18, 6 Personen) dort verbracht und hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt. Das Inserat entspricht optisch der Realität, die Zimmeraufteilung lässt sich anhand der Bilder nicht ganz so leicht erfassung. Im unteren Stockwerk (ebenerdig zum Pool) befinden sich insgesamt drei Schlafzimmer, zwei liegen direkt hintereinander weg und sind durch einen Verbindungstür getrennt. Diese beiden Zimmer haben große Flügeltüren zur Terrasse und somit einen direkten Zugang zum Pool. Das dritte Zimmer ist eine "kleine Kammer" ohne Fenster zum öffnen,Für diese drei Schlafzimmer stehen zwei Bäder und eine separate Toilette zur Verfügung.
Im oberen Bereich befindet sich ein weiteres Schlafzimmer mit Badezimmer sowie einen Küche (sehr gut ausgestattet) und ein großzügiges Wohnzimmer mit einem tollen Blick aufs Meer.
Der Pool ist schön groß, leider war er nicht immer ganz sauber und wir mussten aktiv die Reinigung erbitten.
Insgesamt hatten wir einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Die Besitzerin und die Housekeeperin sind beide sehr nett.

Maison agréable, super piscine et très belle vue. Attention de nombreux sangliers dans le jardin le soir et la nuit. La maison est en bord de route dans un virage c’est bruyant et difficile de se remettre sur la route. Nous avons malgré tout passé de bonnes vacances

Een prachtig huis met groot zwembad. Volledig ingerichte keuken, zeer sfeervolle woonkamer en terras. Diverse terrassen met volop privacy. Wij hebben hier genoten en komen zeker terug.

Stayed in Les Issembres in July 2019
We are a group of 8 adults who thoroughly enjoyed staying in the villa. The villa is modern and fully equipped. We liked the location and it was only a short walk to the beach, we are all active people so the hill back up was not a problem but could be for small children. Lovely area with lots to do.
We liked that the living area was upstairs as it allowed us to sit on the balcony for mealtimes and enjoy the fantastic views. There is plenty of outside space for people to have both quiet and social time.
We would only have a couple of comments to make which we think would make this villa even better and that is a shower by the pool and an extra toilet. We did manage but 8 adults and 2 toilets was a bit challenging thankfully we are all very good friends.
Sylvie is excellent and very helpful, I left a jacket and jumper there which was returned immediately. We would thoroughly recommend staying here.

Ett fint hus. Bekvämt inuti med fin inredning. När värmen kom upp över 30 grader saknade vi dock aircondition.

A lovely place to stay
We all agreed that we would be happy to return to stay at this house. We consisted of six adults (x3 couples) and three children aged 3 5 and 8years old.
Initially, wifi did not work but a reboot of the router fixed that. There is a good size TV with a decoder that seems to be focused toward German guests channel wise.
The kitchen is well equipped and has just about everything important. There is a challenge involved with finding things but they are generally there. There is a fridge/freezer upstairs and downstairs. Do not buy olive oil or balsamic as previous guests have left plenty! Buy new fire starters if planning a BBQ.
There is a SPAR supermarche only 1km away which seems well stocked and is easier to get to than Carrefour in Sainte Maxime which is a good 20-minute drive away (avoid Lidl as not well stocked in our opinion). Carrefour would be best for the big shop.
Mosquitos are around but few and far between. We erected nets over the beds but possibly did not need, but who wants to itch? The senior citizens were allocated the bedroom without an opening window, and had no problem keeping cool with the fan (one in each bedroom). Everyone said they slept well on the beds provided.
We were disappointed that there was very little toilet paper in the bathroom on arrival. Also even though we were told there was a pool alarm there was no way to make it work. The pool itself is very nice and a good size and depth. The gardens are superb as is the terrace and lovely long table and 8 chairs.
The house is in a very quiet location and it is great to go for a run in the mornings along the seafront, then a swim in the clear seawater. Did we like staying here, yes we did!

Wonderful characteristic property in a beautiful location.
It has been a pleasure to stay at Villa Rousse. We have had the most fantastic two weeks enjoying our time at the villa and exploring the surrounding area. Superb restaurants and beaches. The entire family have loved this holiday. The villa is well equipped and the pool is fabulous. We could not have wished for anything better. Definitely recommend. Thank you Sylvie

Super!
Mooi en gezellig huis met een geweldig uitzicht en een groot zwembad. Er zijn verschillende leuke zit mogelijkheden rond het huis en het ligt op korte afstand van het strand. Wij hebben samen met een paar vrienden en onze hond een super gezellige week in deze villa gehad. Een echte aanrader!

Traumhaftes Ferienhaus
Das Haus ist ideal geschnitten um mit Freunden oder mehreren Familienmitgliedern entspannte Ferien zu verbringen, ohne sich auf der Pelle zu sitzen. Das gut geschnittene Haus mit jeder Menge Kunstelementen, die alle stimmig dekoriert sind und dem Haus eine Flair von Clean Chic mit Ethno-Einflüssen geben, ist sauber und sehr gemütlich. Balkon, Terrassen im oberen und unteren Garten sind sehr gepflegt. Der Pool ist ziemlich groß und tief, so dass man nicht nur Plantschen kann.
Die Lage ist verkehrsgünstig und wegen der Hanglage uneinsehbar. Schöner Blick aufs Meer.
Küche sehr sauber, wunderschönes Geschirr. Die Vermieterin hat einen durchgängig sehr guten Geschmack.
Wir haben tolle Ferien verbracht und durften unsere Hunde mitnehmen. Natürlich haben wir regelmäßig selber gesaugt, geputzt und Hinterlassenschaften entfernt, damit wir als Hundebesitzer einen guten Eindruck hinterlassen um weiterhin in so schönen Häusern Ferien mit Hund machen zu können.
Ausreichende Sonnenliegen mit Auflagen und sehr schöne Sitzgelegenheiten überall auf dem Grundstück vorhanden.
Bei Hitze fehlt es auf dem Grundstück an Schatten. Wir haben uns ein Segel gekauft und auf einer Terrasse im Garten befestigt.
Schirm vorhanden, derzeit nur im abgeknickten Zustand zu nutzen da defekt. Große Jalousie auf dem Balkon, die sehr nützlich für den Esstisch ist.
Einen Hinweis möchten wir für Hundebesitzer hinterlegen: Der Zaun weist Löcher auf, so dass insbesondere Jagdhunde abhauen können. Es gibt in der Gegend naturgemäß viele Wildschweine. Wir haben die Löcher im Zaun täglich kontrolliert und gegebenfalls gestopft, damit kein Tier rein oder raus kann.
Die Ferien waren insgesamt super. Die Gegend ist einfach immer wieder ein Traum.

In die Jahre gekommenes schickes Haus
Haus, Aussicht und Lage sind eigentlich super. Es ist recht sauber, aber die Bäder müssten dringend renoviert werden und die Funktionalität der Küche ist nicht optimal ( Ofen, Dunstabzugshaube), dennoch vergisst man alle kleinen Mängel, wenn man den tollen Ausblick auf der Terrasse genießt.

Fantastische vakantiewoning voor 8 personen.
Heerlijke woning van alle gemakken voorzien. Rustig gelegen met schitterend uitzicht op de Middellandse Zee. Mooi diep zwembad en grote tuin met veel zitjes, kies maar uit, zon, schaduw, heerlijke stoelen en ligbedden. Aanrader.
