Spacious, clean flat. All commodities there. The weather was not as well as expected, so we stayed inside for quite some time. You know those flats that look all glossy and gorgeous on the pictures and turn out quite squalid? This one was better then the pictures. Strongly recommended.

Appartement assez spacieux. Bonne luminosité et proche d'Arcachon. Cependant l'odeur de cigarettes dans les toilettes et salle de bain est dérangeante, il conviendrait d'y remédier pour plus de bien-être dans la location.

Appartement très bien agencé, propre, avec tout le nécessaire (voire plus : tout est pensé pour vous simplifier la vie). Très bonne communication avec le propriétaire. Seul bémol, le voisinage bruyant et l’odeur de cigarette quasi permanente provenant de l’appartement voisin.

Diese Ferienwohnung liegt in der 4. Etage eines großen Wohngebäudekomplexes, entspricht genau den Bildern und ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man zum täglichen Hausgebrauch benötigt, von Waschpulver, Spülmaschinentabs bis hin zu Gewürzen etc. Ausgezeichnetes Wlan, so funktionierte deutsches Fernsehen gut über unser Laptop. Die Nahversorgung ist hervorragend, Supermarkt, Bäckerei, Apotheke, Ärzte, alles in unmittelbarer Nähe hinter dem Wohncarrée. Bei unserer Ankunft hat man uns die Fahrradabstellräume leider nicht gezeigt, mit der Begründung, sie seien immer voll und nicht benutzbar. Dies stimmt nicht. Die Fahrradabstellräume befinden sich auf der Querfront des Gebäudekomplexes in Höhe des letzten Durchgangs bei der Pizzeria. Und wir haben unsere zwei E-Bikes dort gut einstellen können. Die Wohnung liegt an einer lebhaften Durchgangsstraße. Das Zentrum von Arcachon ist schnell erreichbar, wir waren mit den Rädern in 5 Minuten am Strand. Der Service insgesamt verlief freundlich und sehr korrekt. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich.

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine dans cette appartement situé à quelques pas d'un supermarché, d'une boulangerie. Au pieds de l'appartement se trouve un arrêt de bus (dommage qu'à partir de 18H les navettes s'arrêtent). L'appartement en lui même est très bien tenu et fonctionnel, rien ne manque ( vaisselle rangement machine à laver, lave linge, plancha ....). Appartement à recommander.

Die Ferienwohnung ist gut gelegen, man ist mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten im Zentrum und am Stadtstrand. Die Wohnung ist sauber, gepflegt und sehr gut ausgestattet, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Philippe ist definitiv ein guter und seriöser host, den man nur empfehlen kann. Das Einzige, was uns kurz irritiert hat ist die Tatsache, dass der in der Beschreibung genannte Pool nicht zur Wohnung gehört, sondern ein städtisches Schwimmbad ist, welches sich in unmittelbarer Nähe befindet.

Appartement très agréable et très bien équipé.( Vaisselle, bonne literie, lave linge et lave vaisselle) proches des commerces et du marché de la Teste et d'Arcachon. Idéal pour les promenades en vélo. Accueil très sympathique de Virginie. Nous y retournerons sûrement.

Appartement rénové et très fonctionnel et bien équipé pour une famille de 4 à 6 personnes! Propriétaire bienveillant et accueil sympathique. On se sent rapidement à l'aise. Résidence au style architecturale des années 70. Centre-ville un peu éloigné mais prix adapté donc c'est un choix.

Wir haben alles vorgefunden wie beschrieben. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Virginia die uns empfangen hat war sehr, sehr nett und sehr hilfreich wenn wir fragen hatten. Wir fanden die Lage angenehm ruhig und konnten alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß oder mit dem Auto gut erreichen. Wir waren eine Woche vor Ort und sehr zufrieden.

Die Wohnung ist perfekt ausgestattet - es gibt alle Haushalt-Geräte und Zubehör, die man für den Alltag benötigt. Wir haben lediglich deutsche Fernsehsender ein bisschen vermisst. Aber es gibt dafür einen Internet-Anschluss (WiFi), man kann über Smartphone/ Tablet es bei Bedarf nachholen. Die Wohnung ist groß, sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet - wir haben uns in der Wohnung wohl gefühlt. Auch die Lage ist gut, ein Lebensmittelgeschäft (Lidl) und eine Bäckerei sind ganz in der Näher. Die Gegend ist eher ruhig. Wir waren mit dem Auto unterwegs und haben verschiedene Strände in der Umgebung besucht. Bis zum nächsten Strand zur Fuß wäre für mich persönlich allerdings zu weit (ca. 15-20 Min).

Die Wohnung würde ich wärmstens empfehlen. Sie ist modern, sauber top ausgestattet sehr gemütlich mit einem großen sonnigen Balkon. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt, selten findet man so ein schönes Feriendomizil. Die Ausstahting ist gut, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage ist gut, an der Grenze von La Teste de Buch und Arcachon, ca. 15-20 Gehminuten bis zur Arcachon's Promenade, ca. 5 Min. bis zum Austernparadise (Austernfarm)! Die Wohngegend ist ruhig. Die Matrazen sind gut. Ich finde man hätte Bettwäsche und Handtücher den Gästen anbieten können. Ansonsten alles top!

A part l'ascenseur un peu défaillant et la table de la terrasse trop petite.nous avons apprécié l 'appartement de Mr Horrent,.le propriétaire,qui a toujours répondu rapidement à nos questions.. Sylvie , notre réceptioniste est une personne trés accueillante . Nous recommandons cette location.

Appartement situé à 20 minutes à pieds du centre d'Arcachon et 10 bonnes minutes des ostréiculteurs de La Teste de Buch. Idéal pour séjourner à 6 personnes et sillonner la région. L'appartement est doté de volets électriques et d'une tente solaire électrique qui maintiennent une Tº acceptable même par forte chaleur. Appartement hyper équipé et bien rénové. Parking aisé. Prix plus que correct (par comparaison avec les appartements du bord de mer). Nois avons passé un agréabble séjour en ce début juillet 2017. Michel J (60 ans).
