The home's central location makes it easy to explore the area. Head south to see Mote Marine and to check out the shops and restaurants on St. Armands Circle. Head on a bit further, and you are part of the Sarasota scene. Venture north , and cross the bridge to have a look at Anna Maria Island, Bradenton, and more. Pool heat is available for $25.00 per day. 1 week minimum. You are vacationing in a residential area where homes are in close proximity to each other. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. A violation of the city's noise control ordinance shall subject the violator to the issuance of a notice of violation or citation.
