With its spacious, open floor plan, this home was recently remodeled and tastefully furnished with your comfort and relaxation in mind. It's a four bedroom get away conveniently located on a quiet cul-de-sac in Palm Harbor, an upscale residential neighborhood near Clearwater, perfect for executives and families.
Enjoying nearly 365 days of sunshine, this home is an ENTERTAINER'S DREAM with 4 spacious bedrooms, 3 baths, vaulted ceilings and a spacious, open floor plan that spills onto a covered lanai and private pool. It is freshly painted with new tile flooring throughout, decorated exquisitely with the most discerning guests in mind.
You will enjoy the fully equipped GRANITE KITCHEN with "eat in bistro dining", or if you prefer, a formal dining room that opens up to seat 8 comfortably. A barbeque and comfortable patio furniture offer more dining choices.
Walls of sliding glass doors from kitchen, dining room and master suite open to invite you outdoors to relax or entertain in a lushly landscaped tropical retreat with screened lanai and large, sparkling pool. Pool toys are provided and a child protection safety fence is typically installed.

The beds and linens, throughout the house, are brand-new and sooooooo comfortable. There are 2 kings, a queen and 2 Twins. Altogether, 8 people are easily accommodated.
The living area boasts a 60" HDTV with a BluRay DVD-CD player and digital cable package with over 200 channels. The Twin bed room has a small flat screen TV.
There is a laundry room with a washer and dryer, and parking for up to 4 cars.

Special Note: Pool is heated during winter in an attempt to maintain 80-85 degrees, however, pool temps will fluctuate during winter depending on strength and frequency of cold fronts. We do not guarantee any temperature at any time. In winter time, supplemental heating is available for $250.00 per week which involves running the pump and heater for up to 16 hours per day as opposed to the normal 10. We cannot guarantee what temperature will be achieved as it is dependent on the outside temperature. Similarly, pool will often reach over 90 degrees in summer naturally. Guests should consider the forecast in their decision both prior to arrival and during your stay.
Deposit, Payment and Cancellation Policy: A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of $250.00 applied towards the balance is due when a guest wishes to book a property. The balance is due by check 61 days prior to the stay. The entire balance is due if booked within 60 days of arrival. All monies paid to date are non-refundable if reservation is cancelled within 60 days of the stay. NO EXCEPTIONS. For reservations after May 29, 2020, we are not offering credits or refunds due to COVID 19. The COVID 19 situation is a foreseeable event and the risk of travel is known by the traveler at time of booking. We offer at time of booking, and encourage travelers to purchase, travel insurance by CSA Generali which covers trip cancellation subject to the plan description of coverage. There are many other providers whom you can choose to buy from directly. If a guest wishes to pay the balance by credit card a 3% processing fee will be added to the total owed.

Our week spent at Pine Warbler was everything we could have ask for and then some. Very clean, large open floor plan. Large kitchen was well equipped. We loved the back porch and pool area! A quiet neighborhood with a short drive to several beaches. Shopping, groceries and dining options are all in close proximity. We canât wait to return!!!!

The house was immaculately clean, came equipped with everything needed for our stay, and was located in such a peaceful and well kept neighborhood. The beach was a short drive as were some beautiful parks and walking trails. We spent the majority of the time we were at the house on the patio taking advantage of the warm Florida weather.

We had a great time staying at this property. It was a beautiful house in a nice neighborhood. It was central to a lot of the activities we had planned and had good shopping and some great restaurants nearby. The only sad part is we picked the coldest Christmas to come so got to use the pool and patio sparingly which was sad because it was a nice area. When we had a question and contacted the host we were answered promptly. This is a nice place to bring a family !

We had a wonderful stay at this location!! We only had 2 issues that we found but the house layout made up for that! The Cable /internet company had to come & resolve a problem (This wasn't the owner/managers fault. Seems the neighboorhood was having spotty issues too).
The only other issue was the kitchen needed some organization but the appliances were in great working condition.
All other items listed in the property description were exactly as we found them ... accurate. We even met the property manager when he came by to check on the pool & the cable company issue.
The pool was perfect & so clean and we enjoyed our time there when at the house.
The location is perfect as you can head North to Tarpon Springs to eat some amazing Greek food or head to Clearwater Beach for beautiful sandy beaches and some great food choices. Should we be vacationing in that area again, I would try to book here.

We had a wonderful time staying at this property! It was very clean and maintained. It had everything we needed and more. Would definitely stay again.

The leg was broke & the chair pads for that outdoor furniture were so black & nasty looking, I wouldnât even sit on them. Otherwise, the house is spacious & kitchen has everything you could need. Pool was nice too. There are lots of extras in the closets like fans, which we used, high chair & a few other items for babies if you need them. We loved the area & the beaches!

The house is in a good area and is very spacious. Unfortunately, we discovered upon arrival that it is infested with cockroaches. There were German cockroaches crawling out of the kitchen sink drain, in all of the cabinets, in the dishwasher, and all over the sprawling counter. We purchased several hundred dollars' worth of groceries the day we checked in but did not feel comfortable preparing food in a kitchen where there were cockroaches crawling all around the pots and pans, so most of the food we purchased went to waste. We immediately alerted the property owner of the situation and he came to spray but this did not solve the problem because the infestation was severe and clearly required the services of a professional exterminator. In the cabinet under the kitchen sink, we discovered significant moisture and mold build-up that clearly needs to be addressed. Unfortunately I cannot post pictures here but check Yelp if you would like to see for yourself. I wish we had known about this prior to reserving this home as it completely ruined the experience. We have stayed at many homes in Florida and have never experienced anything like this.

4 Adults + 6 Kids comfortably
We spent most of the week relaxing, cooking and playing games while watching the kids, through the 4x large patio doors of the kitchen, have a blast in the heated for hours and hours each day.
With Costco and whole foods near by and several beaches, parks and fishing spots all within 15-60 minutes, it was a great location to be near everything, but not in the middle of all the noise, traffic and craziness of Spring Break. It was a very nice, quiet and safe neighborhood.
There were pool toys, fishing poles and beach furniture, that were good enough but most of that was in pretty poor condition. I would suggest bringing your own beach chairs, or renting one them at the beach. The gas grill was nice to have and there was a back up propane tank ready to go if needed. There w as also a small cooler in the garage and 4 bicycles, 2 adult and 2 kids.

Tampa Visit with Family
The property is beautiful, located at the end of a cul de sac. If you like to run, the neighborhood is great for it! Lots of room in the house. Plenty of towels and linens for 6 of us (3 adults and 3 teen girls). The pool looked great, but we didn't use it. We did use the BBQ grill, which looked very new. If you rent in the summer, be prepared that you can only move the thermostat down to 73 degrees. There are plenty of overhead fans and other electric fans, to keep air circulating. We had a couple of nice cooler nights, so we were comfortable. The last day/night we were at the property, there was an issue with the plumbing, but Brian was immediately on the job once I notified him. I hope everything got fixed, because it's such a great rental property. One minor item in the screened-in pool area - crab spiders. There were several. I brushed away many webs, but of course they returned every day. That's nature, I guess. ;-) Free wifi, a TV in every room and lots of board games and DVDs. A long stay at the property would be an easy thing to do. Winn Dixie grocery store is 1.5 miles away, and other gas stations and shopping areas are within a 5-10 minute drive.

Loved the house
What a great house! We had a good size crew and there was plenty of room. Big master bathroom came in handy while girls were doing their hair for wedding. The kids loved the pool. I would definitely recommend this house.

We had a great time, the home was nice and spacious and comfortable with the master bedroom being on the other side of the home. We enjoyed it so much we barely left to do outdoor things. The bikes and the pool were a hit with the kids! Very quiet neighborhood.

We enjoyed our trip and the house. It is in a lovely area of town and is quiet.
For the money I think the owners need to update the house. You would also think they would provide a matching set of dishes. The person that we dealt with was Brian and he was extremely nice and helpful. When we had an issue with the TV remotes he came right over and dealt with it. To me this was extremely important to wanting to rent again with this group.
The pool was clean and heated. I loved the fact that the master bedroom was on the opposite side from the other bedrooms.
They had several bicycles for you to use from adult to children. If the weather is bad and you have to stay in they had quite a large collection of DVDs to watch.
All in all the house was nice.

Great find!
Great house! This was a perfect find for our family with multiple needs. Having the bunk room was so great for my 3 kids which was right next to two additional good sized bedrooms for my wife and I and another couple, if needed. My inlaws were able to join us for the stay and comfortably stay on the opposite side of the house in a wonderful master suite. We took advantage of the pool, outdoor living space, kitchen and two indoor living spaces. A large dining table allowed us to sit as a big family as well. Great overall find... highly recommended.

It was the perfect house
The house was perfect! We stayed there with 7 adults and 5 children (all under 5 years old). The house fit all of us comfortably and gave us enough space for the children. We had a pool party everyday when we got home. The house is perfectly located to go check out multiple beaches, restaurants, and tours. Perfect for a few families
Upon our arrival, our children were in awe... they loved having their own pool to swim in at whatever time they wanted (adult supervised of course). The home was a perfect layout for our families. We had a concern regarding the AC unit during our stay, but the owner responded immediately and had it checked and fixed. Home was tastefully decorated and the kitchen was stocked with many items you would find in your own home, which was very convenient. Pictures were spot on! Perfect for
Our extended family of 9 enjoyed a beautiful stay at this Palm Harbor property. We were in search of a location near Clearwater and other Gulf Coast cities and this rental was perfect. The owners maintain this spacious home beautifully and offer many extras. Beach towels, pool toys, bikes and many other things made our stay resemble home and offered a feeling of ease and comfort. The owners also responded to any requests immediately. We were extremely pleased with our stay.
The location was near Honeymoon Island and passes to the State Park are provided by the owners. We took advantage of visiting numerous times. It is a beautiful beach that even offers a boat ride to a secluded island. We also enjoyed evening sunsets at this beach because with the passes it was free and parking was a breeze.
We also spent some time at Tarpon Springs and Clearwater because neither location was very far from the rental. The rental is tucked in a quiet neighborhood that allows for an evening bike ride and even is visited by the ice cream man. ;) I would highly recommend this rental to anyone seeking a place to stay in Palm Harbor.

Perfection!
This was the perfect vacation home for 8 adults and three children. The house was beautiful and completely equipped. We were only 10 minutes from honeymoon beach, 20 minutes from Clearwater beach, and 30 minutes from treasure island. The house sits on a quiet cul-de-sac in a very nice area. The kids enjoyed the pool everyday and we rode bikes all over the neighborhood. We loved it so much!

Upstate NY Family
Four adults and 2 kids (6 years and 2.5 years) spent a wonderful week in this wonderful house. The house had everything we needed for food preparation, beach going and, best of all, pool time. The washer and dryer were especially helpful with small children. Kids and adults used the perfectly heated pool multiple times a day, morning to night. The layout of the house was ideal for 2 families. In our case, grandparents in the master suite and son and daughter-in-law with grandchildren in the 3 bedroom suite.
The neighborhood is quite and ideal for walking and bike riding. It's also close to shopping and tourist attractions. We especially enjoyed Legoland, Tarpon Springs with the Aquarium, Rusty Bellies restaurant and the Manatees. We also enjoyed exploring downtown Dunedin.
The rental experience was very comfortable. Brian was available by text and responded immediately when we had questions. We would highly recommend this property.

Wonderful stay
We stayed with my parents, my brother and his family (6 adults and 3 kids). There was plenty of room for all of us. We also had plenty of room for other family to come for dinner a few nights as we were all in town for a family wedding. The pool was amazing and enjoyed by the adults and the kids. The house was equipped with everything we needed. We love the beaches that were nearby and it also was only a 20 minute drive or so to Clearwater Beach which is certainly our favorite beach in Tampa Bay!

Ideal VacationHime
This home was home away from home with the added Florida touches. The layout of the house was perfect for family interaction, cooking together indoors and out. The added touches for the children were perfect from pool toys to beach towels. The washer and dryer were an added luxury we really put to use. The location was centrally located and easy access to other activities, malls, shopping eating! Would definitely recommend!
