This is our third time staying at the lovey-dovey. It is such a nice retreat to get away to. We usually like to just hang out at the cabin. It’s quiet and private and a good getaway from the busyness of life. Always love our time there, and can’t wait to go back next year.

We had a wonderful outing . Thank you 😊!!!!!

Nice secluded getaway. If you just want to hunker down & enjoy some peace & quiet in the woods, then it was great. There is really no yard, but the cabin was cute & cozy. We slept very well & really enjoyed it.
There's a coffee maker, but you need to bring your own coffee. 😕

This was exactly what we were looking for and we feel blessed that we were able to get it at such short notice. Our original booking with someone else was a disaster and so happy we found this place. It saved our 48th wedding anniversary!

Great first time experience for me renting from a VRBO property. My partner recommended this service to me. I will definitely try VBRO and this property again.

Great, relaxing getaway
This cabin was exactly what we were looking for. Location removed enough to access the Pisgah National Forest, but close enough to enjoy Asheville. Setting is comfortable and tranquil, so that we felt our time was well spent sitting on the porch, reading and drinking coffee, and cooking some meals here. The kitchen is well-stocked and in great condition. My only complaints are (1) the hiking trail pictured and described on the sheet in the cabin was so overgrown that it wasn't passable and (2) the bed sags a bit in the center. Neither big enough of a problem to cast any sort of pall over our stay. We'd definitely come back.

My husband refused to stay, it’s a park model RV set up in a trailer park on large lots. He wasn’t feeling well when we arrived in Asheville and when we arrived at the location it was horrible. Rough gravel road to the house which had a tiny driveway with potholes. You pull up to a park model RV hanging on a hill side with plywood sides on the porch. Neither of us were impressed and drove 3 hrs home after leaving a beautiful VRBO in Boone. I was so upset I emailed the owners with no response. They made easy money on this reservation because we walked in and inspected the premises and decided to leave. I politely turned the lights off and the music but never received a response to my email. There are much nicer places to stay, I wished I had done more research before booking this one.

we had a great visit, did Biltmore one day, headed out to Bryson City for a day, and did some hiking at Mt. Mitchell, loved the cabin, hot tub was awesome, even though there are other cabins around you, u cant see them cause the forest is so dense, only the roof of the one below us, I recommend getting some new pillows, and being able to change the station on the TV in the bedroom without having to go in the living room to do so, overall, it was great to get away, WIFI is weak but thats ok, we didnt want to be bothered, we will be back, thanks for a great getaway,

Great Place in Asheville Mountains
very nice cabin that wasn't too far from airport or downtown. The drive was beautiful. The hot tub was working and was very nice after a long day of hikes and walking around downtown.

Perfect Seclusion
We thoroughly enjoyed this little cabin nested into the foothills of the Pisgah National Forrest. It was so quaint and inviting. It was the perfect little retreat for me and my husband to unwind and get away from the busyness of the world around us!

This was a truly wonderful escape!!!
This is the PERFECT place to escape with someone special! The cabin was well equipped and very cozy. We enjoyed excursions to Asheville as well as staying in to take advantage of the grill and hot tub.
Highly, highly recommended!!

Perfect romantic getaway. Highly recommend.
We enjoyed our stay tremendously. Cabins of Asheville was not hard to find or get to. We felt like we were alone even though we knew other cabins were close by. Our favorite part was the hot tub. The cabin was clean and inviting. We would highly recommend this place.

Nice and Clean. Great views. We had a great time.
Nice and Clean, great views, we had a great time.

Nice mountain-side retreat
Driving up to the cabin was an uh-oh moment with the place looking like a shack. But then going inside it was neat, clean and charming. While unloading the car we realized that the exterior wood siding was left to weather instead of being painted or stained. It's just their "look" and not at all a problem.
The owners helped up out by providing a hair dryer which is not normally included. Just one example of their courtesy.
The nearest grocery store is on hwy 19 coming to the cabin, about 15 minutes away. Plenty of great things to do in the area, mostly hiking for us.
The main recommendation is to add a dish rack to the double basin kitchen sink, so we don't have to use the dish washer for small loads. Nice to have the washer and dryer also.

Perfect weekend trip!
My boyfriend and I had a nice, relaxing weekend staying in the Lovey Dovey cabin. It is only about 20 minutes from downtown Asheville, but it is far enough away that you have privacy and some peace and quiet. It was a great way to celebrate my birthday! Hope to go back someday soon!

Quiet comfy cool
My husband and I stayed here on our honeymoon, and we loved it. Very cozy and secluded.

Loved the cabin, loved the location. Everything was there that we needed!
We loved the Lovey Dovey cabin! Great location. It was easy enough to get to Asheville and surrounding areas, but still secluded enough to feel like you are away from everything. Everything we needed was in the cabin. I might just ask for a warmer blanket and better Wi-Fi. But really everything was perfect. Thank you

Cozy and sweet!
We went for a short weekend away and loved every minute! Perfect little getaway for the two of us. We hope to be back soon! Pretty sure the hot tub and porch are calling our names.

Very cute and very relaxing
My husband and I, and our two dogs, visited this cabin in the fall for a little weekend getaway. The cabin was so cozy and comfortable! It was also very clean and had great amenities. We especially enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub after a day of hiking and being able to cook some of our own meals instead of driving into the hustle and bustle of Asheville for dinner.
4.8
CLEAN AND RELAXING
We had a wonderful stay at Lovey Dovey cabin. Upon arrival, everything was perfectly clean, the hot tub was already running with the porch freshly swept, and soft music was playing as we entered the home. Small and cozy, with everything you need for a peaceful retreat. Kitchen was well stocked. Cabin is in a great location, close to Asheville and Sky Top Orchards, both of which we loved. Thanks for a great couple of days!

Private Getaway
It was just as advertised. A small quaint cabin in a private setting. Everything was clean and well maintained. We loved using the hot tub every night. It was convenient to Asheville, NC where we drove to go visit the Biltmore House and we did some ziplines at Navitat.
The only mark against the place would be that the wifi is extremely weak and isn't really useable but when you are trying to get away for the weekend in the mountains, disconnecting from technology is not always a bad thing.
Overall we loved our stay. We would definitely come back.
