A semi covered wooden terrace and lit for your evenings. It is equipped with a gate for the safety of children, a table, 6 chairs, a remote umbrella and a drying rack.

Finally, a gas barbecue 3 fires is at your disposal with its accessories (gas and accessories provided).
Water, gas and electricity are included. The gas boiler is new, no manipulation to be done!

Fully equipped kitchen with gas hob, fridge / freezer, combined microwave / oven, toaster, blender, kettle, multifunction grill (panini, croque monsieur, etc ...), complete kitchen set for 6 people (plates, glasses, cutlery, bowls, coffee cups, frying pans, pot, casseroles, dishes, skimmer, drainer, etc ...), filter coffee maker with thermos and Senseo, vacuum cleaner and all the necessary cleaning.
Washing machine and dishwasher.
Most: Upon arrival, you will find all the basic necessities to avoid the races in emergency! (sugar, ground coffee and pods, filters, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, tea, toilet paper, paper towel, aluminum and parchment paper, washing up liquid and cleaning products, sponge, etc ...).

The 3 bedrooms are equipped with blackout blinds, pillows, blankets and duvets. Mattress protector on each bedding and disposable pads will be provided upon your arrival.

Everything for the beach at your disposal: beach games, baby dome, 2 beach mattresses, parasol and air pump. Pétanque balls adult and children. Outdoor games, darts and ping pong rackets.
