Not a good place for the money……

Nothing really!

The whole experience was bad. The only elevator was out of order, who knows for since when. We had to carry our stuff up to the 2nd level. Our room was not clean properly. There was not a shower curtain, after a quick shower every where gets wet! Blackout curtains were fixed and we didn’t have a dark room for a comfy sleep. The phone was not functional either. Above all the guy at the reception this morning was so rude! He asked how was our experience and after I told him about all the above, he even did not say “I’m sorry” ! Not a simple apology. Location was not good either.

Won't be staying here again!!

Only things we liked was the indoor heated pool was nice and we were the only ones in there so we had it to ourselves, and the breakfast was great and there was a lot to choose from.

The beds were stiff, the shower handle was broke so you couldn't adjust it to the temp you wanted, the elevator worked the day we checked in but then was broken again the next morning after having been "fixed" the day before.so whoever "fixed " it was an idiot..so we had to walk up and down 3 flights of stairs with 2 kids and luggage. Also there was someone blasting music on their TV from 3 am to 6 am which caused us to get no sleep. Is there no quiet hour?! The fridge also didn't work and some of the lamps didn't either. Also the parking lot was covered in ice and I about fell every time. Horrible it wasn't treated!! I will pay more to stay somewhere nicer next time!!

It was dirty and there were bugs of some sort we did not see bed bugs but some other bugs crawling on the floor room just didn't feel clean at all. Half of the lights and outlets in our room were not working

Okay stay, staff was great, room could use updating.

Beds were comfortable, breakfast was great, shower had excellent water pressure, staff was very friendly and helpful, room was cleaned and towels replenished.

Elevator, gap around the door, very little light, pool was over chlorinated, lobby was hot, pillows were half size, AC was difficult to regulate, no fan in the bathroom.

The breakfast was ok and the price was ok.

The first room we were given was dirty had past people underwear still on the floor and no sheets on bed.. Then the front lady gave us another room and someone was already in that room. We apologizes as closing z The door. Then when we finally got a room an hour later my autistic son was having a melt down. Not an overall good experience.

when we arrived, we were assigned a room that was not cleaned, but the desk clerk gave us a new room. The toilet was not cleaned but other than that everything was good.

it was disappointing and stressful.

the front desk was rude as soon as we walked in. her name was Shakia or something of that nature. we stayed her for the indoor pool. the pool was closed until 5 pm because they tray it at 8 am. But the pool hours said 9am-10pm. we had plans for my daughters birthday that evening so we were not able to let the little kids swim, which we had planned to do during the day. I suggest they treat the pool after 10 pm so that guests can enjoy the luxury of it during the day. we did end up checking out and Getty’s room at Home2suites whic was much better!

Pros and cons...

Lobby was nice and clean.. Easy parking.

I didn't like that they knocked on my door asking if I had saw a gun. Then insisted I had reported a leaking shower. And wanted to come in while room was occupied to fix it and I hadn't reported it.

Great for kids

We take our grands there for short vacations. They love the swimming pool, and we all love the free breakfast that has a wide selection of food.

The chairs in the pool area could be better.

The fitness center was closed through out our whole stay. The pool was also closed during the day for something.

overall it was okay, but I was not happy at all with the lack of communication about the closed amenities.

I liked the location to the airport and it wasn’t too far from downtown either.

I didn’t like that the pool and fitness room were both closed and they did not disclose that. People were very loud at night. There was a bug in my bathroom. There was duct tape on the floor in my room covering something?

Exceptional

Customer service was wonderful. Ms. Gloria was extremely nice and patient. The food was good, fresh and hot. And housekeeping was helpful.

The prices were too high for the size of the rooms and especially considering the hotel needs more updates and renovations
