The staff was amazing, the location was close to everything however in a very quiet area, the rooms and facilities were clean and pleasant! Check in was as easy as checking out!

Room were so clean, renovations of rooms were beautiful. It was very peaceful day and night and quiet
Smoke smell in hallway on the smoking level. I get rooms are smoking but it seemed like someone smoked in the hallway. That was… interesting

i love that fact that a certain time the doors are locked and they have to open the door or you have to have your key room card to access the building!! It made me feel very safe..
my blank had a burn on the cover.. how do people smoke and end up burning the property blanket.. i don’t mind people smoking but done burn the blankets!!!

Everything was great, staff and location. We only stayed one night. Left for SC in the morning. Wonderful time!!

The room was clean besides mold on the shower curtains.
It was very noisy and the air conditioner leaked. There was mold on the curtains. The elevator did not work so people constantly walked up and down the stairs. People constantly used the emergency exit door which made a lot of noise when it shut. This happened all day and night. The internet goes out sometimes.

it was a very very very crappy place and falsely advertised. the whole place smelled of cigarettes and smoke. no breakfast was provided (was advertised and promised). bathroom had no locks… I can go on and on
