Property is somewhat “aged”. Might suggest that wall outlets be updated with the newer ones that include usb ports. Room had a phone but not operational that I could tell. But then again, the younger generation wouldn’t have any idea how to use them. 🤣

Took pets

This motel was horrible. Booked non-smoking and room smelt like cigarettes. Only a selected rooms you could have animals in. Explained room smell and she explained because room that backed up was smoking. Then once we got back to the motel started running water and handle fell off.

The bed had bed bugs

Everyone treat's me like family and I feel like I matter.. I've been homeless for over a year and since I've been staying here everyone including other residents try to help me and look out for me, check on me because I'm disabled and that really means a lot.. the staff ,owner and worker's celebrated my birthday with me and My very own family didn't come to see me and lives in town . Totally Priceless.. to me😍😍💖💖💖

The rates fluctuating up and down, no breakfast for the price of stay.. taxes on weekly rates are ridiculous and can't pay a deposit for extended stay then the rest by the next couple of days after booking reservations. Have to pay all at once and they used to work with me and I had senior rate.. I've been here almost 6 months.. this is home..

The location was good. But the hotel was under major renovations. The room shown on Booking.com looked NOTHING like the room I first checked in to. The room was filthy. There was a layer of caked on dust on the light switch. Hello? COVID? Have they ever been wiped down? The light over the vanity didn’t work and the bathroom was supposed to be handicap accessible. It was not. After I complained, they moved me to a “newer” part of the motel. BUT, the door to the bathroom was falling apart. The toilet rocked and it smelled like sewage in the bathroom. Water pressure was weak. There was a hole in the wall in the bathroom and the phone in the room did not work. I forgot shampoo, conditioner and a razor. In most hotel/motels, these items are complimentary. I was charged $0.50 per item. The razor was useless and the conditioner bottle was 3/4 of the way empty. Said “Paul Mitchel” conditioner…as a user of those products, the conditioner was NOT what it said on the bottle. The staff was nice. But that doesn’t make up for paying for one thing and getting way less than you paid for. I DO NOT recommend wasting your money here. I would have paid more to be comfortable at several of the surrounding motels then stay here. I blame Booking.com as well because the pictures of what I paid for specifically were misleading.

They keep the location as clean as they can. It's an extremely big job keeping rooms and grounds clean for a place this size. They can't walk around and pick up every single disrespectful guests cigarette butts. But the hallways are vacuumed daily. The trash is all taken out daily. No over flowing community trash is piled up. Rooms are cleaned daily with fresh sheets and towels.

The bed is a little hard. But the pillows make it better. Microwaves in the room would be good. Also if the fridge had a minifreezer.

The owner. I tried to explain that I was a domestic violence victim and my spouse abandoned me there with nothing. I had to stay on the concrete pic nic table all day and all night and they wouldn't even allow me to sit in a chair. I was in alot of pain and he wouldn't even listen.

There were NO breakfasts offered!

The phones in the rooms were NOT working at all so I couldn’t receive or make phone calls! This was not told to me when I got the room and the night clerk said the phones have been down for quite awhile.
