The staff was beyond help and very professional. They cater to your every need.

The breakfast bar was pretty well stocked and clean. Room was large and had a good fridge and microwave with a sink. Local area had plenty of dining and shopping venues, many within walking distance. Stayed on the top floor and it was very quiet at night which was wonderful. We didn't use the indoor pool, but it looked well maintained. Parking was plentiful. Housekeeping staff and breakfast staff were very pleasant.
I was put off by the front desk gentleman who basically didn't see me standing directly in front of him for an awkward amount of time because he was texting on his cell phone. Literally had to announce myself, and he continued his text before checking me in. Totally unprofessional but hey, the pandemic really hit customer service hard, and who doesn't want to text on the job right? Thats the only reason I rated my stay a 7.
Hotels trying to fix the ugly bedspread problem by wrapping a duvet is a great idea but when it comes apart and there are stains from a previous guest and huge greasy marks on the wood headboard from previous guests, it makes the skin crawl. Glad I always bring my own blanket and a big container of Lysol wipes. In fairness I didn't see the huge greasy marks until the morning sun lit them up so maybe the housekeeper missed them, only touched them for one night so the nice hot shower was a plus. Coffee maker didn't work, think it was missing a part, but there was a coffee maker in the lobby 24/7.

Nothing!
The front desk attendant was extremely rude and the lobby was filthy. I decided not to stay. They still charged my account for four nights even though I never checked in. I will be filing a grievance with the better business bureau.

Arrived early, but desk person was able to direct me to the
Auburn/Cord/Deusenberg Museum, which is what I came to
