Not what we expected, but restful.

Convenient location. The front desk gave us an apartment after we discovered a mildew/damp/wet smell in the room we were in. The smell was horrendous, but the resolve of the situation was grateful.

When we first got there, room 309 was our smell and as soon as we opened the door there was a mildew/damp/wet smell. We had reservations for dinner so we were hoping the smell would be gone when we came back but the smell was still there. The coffee was terrible, and the eggs were a little burnt/crispy.

My visit was a pleasant home away from home.

Manageable stay and a decent breakfast. Comfortable beds.

Outdated decor. It smelled like smoke in the halls on the 3rd floor.

A convenient, comfortable place to stay with kind and caring staff

It was so great to have a pool. That's what tipped the scale and made me choose this hotel. Having a large room will fridge and microwave was great and a warm breakfast and fresh coffee was really appreciated too. The staff were all incredibly kind and helpful, especially Rosalie (breakfast staff), the housekeepers, and the man on the front desk on Saturday Aug 19 morning.. And the woman on Monday morning I think

Pool could have longer hours. Gym could've been better. Access to a newspaper would've been nice

Staff were very helpful and made check in very pleasant , room was very clean and lots of towels & Fresh linen . Coffee and tea making facilities in the room . Snack & ice machine available .

Just one little complaint , the air conditioning made a noise all night like a tap dripping , even though it was unplugged.

Great value for a very nice hotel.

It's a very short driving distance from Westchester Medical Center. We had a family member being treated at that facility and came from over 2 hours away, so it was a welcome relief having a nice hotel so close by.

Hidden gem in hawthorne

The courteous greeting from the manager, the pool was very clean, the service was great, there was a lot to choose from at breakfast, the room was clean, the bed was very comfy, Applebee's was next door so we walked over there, my three kids and I were very happy, and will definitely come again.

I think the breakfast was pretty good—I very much enjoyed the waffle station and fresh fruit. And the hotel was in a quiet location an easy lyft away from town—you did need to take a cab to almost anywhere from there though, and there wasn’t a lot in the little mall the hotel was in.

The staff were all very friendly and the room was well cleaned, but I do think it’s weird that there wasn’t a proper duvet cover for the bed? The duvet was just sandwiched between two flat sheets, and so kept coming out at night (which felt a little unsanitary).
