I've stayed here twice now. While an older facility, it is well maintained, clean and comfortable. I love the extra firm mattresses! A great place to lay down your head and within an easy walking distance of downtown restaurants and entertainment.

The only negative is that it is directly on the road and thus subjected to any loud traffic noise.

The Hotel is at walking distance from the center of Manitou Springs. The room is well equipped and very clean. The owner is absolutely kind and helpful. Very good value.

The location was very spacious with two large beds for the low price and was very comfortable. It was also in an accessible area near a lot of what manitou springs had to offer. The owner went above and beyond by calling me when I left a personal blanket in the room and allowing me to come back hours later to pick it up. Excellent!

Well run motel and extremely comfortable.

The room was large and the beds were big with extremely comfortable mattresses. The manager contacted us as we were delayed and only arrived after 11 pm. He arranged to leave the room open and gave us the wifi password. He was friendly and helpful.

We had a very tiny parking place, I think due to the popularity of this motel. The breakfast was adequate, but can be improved a little by adding more variety.

We stayed in room 224, absolutely loved how spacious and clean the room was. Check in was easy, staff is super friendly. Close to where all the fun is but isn't loud or crowded. This is definitely our new place to stay when in town.

Location was nice and close to DT Manitou Springs. Decently clean room, staff was nice.

Hot tub was closed. Motel is close to, and facing the road so all the cars, trucks, and motorcycles were really loud all night. Had some loud neighbors too unfortunately but that’s not the Motels fault.

The staff or owners were absolutely amazing.

Will definitely stay there again when we come back.

The owner was super sweet, great view, quiet and breakfast was great.

Smaller shower in the room we stayed in, but other than that it's a great place.
