An amazing property just as advertised; it is really well equipped and comfortable. The views are fantastic and can keep you occupied for hours. The location is brilliant for visiting the town and our family had a wonderful week here.

We very much enjoyed our stay, the view over the harbour is stunning. There were always boats coming and going from ocean racing trimarans to small fishing boats. We also very much enjoyed walks along the coastal path on which the house is located and walks further inland.
The property is located on the other side of the harbour to the old Concarneau town centre. It is reached by taking a small ferry which runs every few minutes and makes it all a bit of an (enjoyable) adventure to go into town for dinner. We purchased the 10 ticket option to make it a bit cheaper.
There are a number of local shops within walking distance including a very friendly bakers serving great bread and cakes. Larger super markets are only a short drive way.
For those like us with an electric car there were car charging point within a few minutes walk. They are of the low KW AC type but they were close enough to the house and ferry to leave the car charging for long periods.
I would very much recommend this property with this view over the harbour the TV next to the window is definitely not required.

Das Haus und die Lage sind einfach phantastisch! Wo wird man schon mit Meeresrauschen in den Schlaf gewiegt... Fast hat man den Eindruck, man befindet sich auf einem Schiff. Wir waren 14 Tage vor Ort und haben jeden Tag genossen. Selbst bei schlechtem Wetter ist man dort gut aufgehoben und man wird nicht müde, den tollen Blick zu genießen. We loved it...

Perfekt ausgestattetes Haus in traumhafter Lage
Das geschmackvoll eingerichtete Haus liegt am Ende einer Sackgasse unmittelbar am Meer mit freiem Blick auf den Hafen von Concarneau. Die Ein- und Ausfahrt von Schiffen aller Art ist ein tägliches Spektakel und kann durch die geschosshohen Fenster vom Sofa aus oder vom Liegestuhl im hübsch gestalteten Garten verfolgt werden.

Une très jolie location avec une vue magnifique sur l’entrée du port de Concarneau. Balades sur le chemin des douaniers au pied de la location.

Très bon accueil
Nous avons eu un très bon contact avec Gaëlle et Gilles. Malgré les restrictions sanitaires mises en place l'avant-veille de notre voyage, ils ont su nous proposer des facilités pour nous permettre de réaliser notre séjour. Celui-ci n'a malheureusement pas pu se faire, sans qu'ils en soient aucunement responsables. Nous gardons un très bon souvenir de ce contact et choisirons à nouveau leur maison pour notre prochain projet en Bretagne. Nous recommandons sans réserve cette location.

Haus an Traumlage
Das Haus ist einfach ein Traum. Begonnen mit der fantastischen Aussicht direkt auf die Hafeneinfahrt von Concarneau mit dem regen Schiffsverkehr über das wirklich sehr modern und doch gemütlich eingerichtete Haus mit viel Platz. Sehr geschätzt haben wir die vielen leeren Kästen in der Küche und Wohnraum, wo wir unsere eigenen Sachen problemlos verstauen konnten.
Das Haus liegt direkt am Zöllnerweg, der uns jeweils zur Fähre in die Ville Close führte. Die ruhige Lage des Hauses war Erholung pur.

Le cadre est vraiment exceptionnel. Le panorama est magnifique par tous les temps, le jardin a été paysagé avec goût. L’équipement haut de gamme de la maison, la rend d’un excellent confort. Une vraiment très bonne adresse à retenir.

Wunderschönes Haus in Traumlage
Es war herrlich! Top ausgestattet, modern und trotzdem gemütlich. Mit dem Meer direkt vor der Nase. Durch ein kleines Gartentor kam man auf den Küstenwanderweg und in Laufnähe zu kleinen Badebuchten. Anlegestelle der Minifähre nach Concarneau in 10 Min Entfernung. Sehr freundliche Besitzer!

Sommerurlaub in Concarneau
Wir haben 2 Wochen in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus verbracht. Das Haus ist bestens ausgestattet, übertroffen wird es durch die fantastische Lage und den unglaublichen Blick.
Ein kurzer Fußweg und Fahrt mit der Fähre und man ist in der Altstadt Concarneau.
Noch vor wenigen Wochen hätte ich mir nicht vorstellen können in diesem Jahr den Sommerurlaub (wegen COVID 19) genießen zu können. Aber wir haben es von der ersten bis zur lezten Minute genossen! Vielen Dank

Situation exceptionnelle, vue superbe, sentier côtier au bout d’un jardin fort bien aménagé.
Aménagement intérieur adéquat pour une maison de vacances.
Équipement correct. À prévoir sans doute: un
mixer, une grande casserole pour cuisson d’araignées, homards..... + de quoi procéder à l’entretien quotidien de la maison, nettoyage hotte, vitres douche...
Le bilan est néanmoins positif et nous recommanderons volontiers cette habitation.
Merci pour les bouteilles de vin et de cidre.

Gepflegtes Ferienhaus in wunderschöner Lage
Wir haben zwei Wochen zu zweit in diesem Ferienhaus verbracht. Es ist gut aufgeteilt, geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtet, in Top-Zustand und makellos sauber. Alles ist sehr gut durchdacht und es gibt umfangreiche Informationen für die Mieter. Der Garten mit Sitz- und Liegemöbeln ist sehr schön auf mehreren Ebenen angelegt und ermöglicht so immer wieder neue Perspektiven auf die Bucht von Concarneau , den Hafen und die Stadt. Der Blick aus den großen Fenstern im Wohn- und Essbereich ist spektakulär und spannender als jedes Fernsehprogramm.
Das Viertel ist sehr ruhig. Für das Fahrzeug steht ein geschlossener Parkplatz zur Verfügung, ein kleiner Supermarkt und eine Bäckerei sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, ebenso die kleine Fähre, die ins Zentrum übersetzt, sodass man meist auf das Auto verzichten kann.
Die Kommunikation mit den sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Eigentümern war problemlos.
Wir haben uns ausgesprochen wohl gefühlt und können das Objekt uneingeschränkt empfehlen .

Entspannung im Herbst
Wir haben den Aufenthalt in diesem Traumhaus genossen. In der sehr gut ausgestatteten Küche haben wir täglich gekocht. Bereits beim Frühstück haben wir den Segelschiffen und Fischerbooten zugeschaut. Ein ganz besonderes Erlebnis war es, als wir mit unseren Kindern einen Delfin entdeckt haben, der in der Hafeneinfahrt von Concarneau auf und ab schwamm. Unvergesslich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Kleines Haus mit großer Ausstattung und überragender Lage
Lage:
Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig in einer Sackgasse in einem Wohngebiet in „erster Reihe“ mit fantastischem Blick auf die Glenans Inseln über den Yachthafen bis zur Ville Close.
Die kleine Fähre zur Altstadt ist in etwa 8 Min zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Über den Küstenwanderweg sind kleine Badebuchten in wenigen Min. erreichbar. Um zu den wirklich schönen Strände zu gelangen benötigt man aber einen Pkw (10 Min).
Das Grundstück ist nach Westen ausgerichtet. Morgens bescheint die Sonne Concarneau (herrlicher Blick!) aber nicht das Grundstück. Abends kann aus dem Wohnzimmer, dem Garten und zwei der Schlafzimmer der Sonnenuntergang beobachtet werden.
Im Souterrain befindet sich eine Einliegerwohnung mit separatem Eingang. Der Zuweg führt über den unteren Gartenabschnitt. Man ist also nicht komplett unter sich. Wir haben dies nicht als störend empfunden.
Die Zufahrt erfolgt durch ein elektrisches Rolltor incl. FB. Es stehen für das Haus zwei Stellplätze (hintereinander) zur Verfügung.
Zuschnitt:
Im EG befindet sich der Wohn-/Essbereich mit den sensationellen Panoramafenstern, eine offene Küche und ein mit Glaswand abgetrennter Raum mit einem Ausziehsofa. Daran angeschlossen ist ein Bad mit Dusche sowie ein WC. An die Küche angeschlossen ist ein Hauswirtschaftsraum mit Waschmaschine und Trockner.
Im OG befindet sich ein weiteres Bad mit großer Dusche und WC sowie drei mittelgroße Schlafzimmer. Es gibt keine Moskitonetze an den Fenstern, aber auch keine Moskitos während unseres Aufenthaltes. Kommoden/Schränke und Kleiderstangen sind großzügig bemessen.
Ausstattung:
Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet! Herd, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Spülmaschine, Kaffemaschine mit Filter sowie Nespressomaschine sind genauso vorhanden wie alles mögliche Küchenwerkzeug. Wir haben nichts vermisst! Hier, genauso wie im Essbereich ist reichlich Stauraum für Lebensmittel und eigene Utensilien vorhanden. Die Fenster sind fast komplett mit elektrischen Rolladen ausgestattet. Ein Flachbild-TV fehlt genauso wenig wie Staubsauger und Wischmob. Die Ledercouch-Garnitur ist pflegeleicht und bequem. Im Garten werden ein Grill, zwei Sitzgruppen und vier Liegen bereitgestellt.
Gesamteindruck:
Ein tolles Haus, in dem die moderne und geschmackvolle Ausstattung funktioniert und offenbar gepflegt wird. Die Vermieter reagieren prompt auf Fragen.
Wir haben uns während der 2 Wochen sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt!

Superbe
Nous avons passé une semaine inoubliable dans la maison de Gaëlle et Gilles. Rien ne manque pour passer d'agréables vacances, côté équipement. La literie est très confortable. Le cadre est incroyable, on ne se lasse pas de la vue sur la mer et l'embouchure du port. La terrasse est agréable le soir pour l'apéritif et plus tard le coucher du soleil. Le quartier est calme et très bien placé pour rayonner dans la région, faire les courses, aller à la plage.
Nous reviendrons très certainement.

w-u-n-d-e-r-b-a-r
Wir haben das gesamte Haus (mit Appartement) für ein größeres Familientreffen genutzt. Da war genügend Platz für alle, wir haben in der sehr gut ausgestatteten Küche zusammen gekocht (...und ein paar scharfe Messer da gelassen :-) ), im Wohnzimmer die Aussicht genossen und gespielt, kleine und große Ausflüge in die Umgebung gemacht und hatten einfach eine sehr schöne Zeit zusammen. Das Haus ist wirklich sehr gut eingerichtet mit allem, was man brauchen könnte; die Lage ist einfach toll.
Wer ein paar ruhige, entspannte Tage gemeinsam verbringen will (im Appartement halt auch zu zweit :-) ) hat hier alles was man sich wünschen kann.

Nous sommes très heureux avoir eu la possibilité de passer (malheureusement seulement!) une semaine dans cette maison incroyable. Des hôtes très charmants, une maison propre et moderne, en même temps cozy. Il y a tous ce qu'il faut sur place. Et... une vue imprenable et hors concurrence! Très bon séjour et bel emplacement
Nous avons passé une très agréable semaine à la Toussaint bénéficiant d’une Meteo clémente. La maison est très agréable avec une vue exceptionnelle.

Exceptionnel
Pas de mauvaise surprise à notre arrivée, les photos reflètent très bien la maison.
On se sent vite à l'aise quand on arrive dans la maison, elle est très bien équipée, bien agencée et il y a de l'espace.
Quand à la position de la maison, bord de mer. Exceptionnel !
Le propriétaire est très disponible, répond très vite aux mails, messages ou appels et est très accueillant et sympathique (d'ailleurs, merci pour les spécialités bretonnes lors de notre arrivé).
Si nous reprogrammons des vacances à Concarneau, nous relouerons cette maison les yeux fermés.
