No matter what, there's never a bad day at the beach.

Location on beach, ceiling fans, pool, new thermostat, extra sink at wet bar, elevators that showed location status, lots of towel bars in primary bedroom, hurricane shutters, cleanliness.

Horribly soft spent mattress in primary. Broken ice maker at wet bar. Broken swivel on one of the two chairs. Dark counters and cabinets in jungle motif not beachy except for a few beachy pix.

Just a fantastic place to stay!

Fabulous place! View of the gulf. Large 3 bedroom beautifully furnished. Very spacious. Easy walk to the beach. Parking is good. Pool is large. Not many folks there as our stay began August 15th, the end of high season. Highly recommend.

Had a lovely relaxing trip with our family.

Iocation. Easy from parking to lobby. Beach easy to get to.

Hard to open sliding door to balcony. Instructions on how to use wash/dryer would have helped.

Accommodation was great, and as advertised. Centrally located between pesacola and Alabama shopping centers.

Relaxing and Rejuvenating

I love everything about the master bedroom and the view from there was amazing!! I also really loved the balcony.

I wish there had been better communication about check out instructions and more communication on certain things like where to get more towels (if offered), trash bags, etc…

We enjoyed our stay, but would have enjoyed it more if the beds & furniture had been more comforta

The location was great. We enjoyed the convenience of being on the beach. It wasn’t crowded and was very quiet.

The beds in the two smaller bedrooms were very uncomfortable. All of the furniture in the living room was uncomfortable. The sofa felt like it was covered in plastic. The built-in trash can was broken & wouldn’t pull out of cabinet, making it difficult to put trash in it.

Still love the property but it needs to be kept at its best

The location is great. Pool/poolside is always spacious and pleasant. Beach is the greatest

The fountain in the pool does not work. The elevators remain a disaster at this property—-1 of 2 elevators was out of service the entire week Not enough bracelets were left for our party Parking is also a major problem. Space is limited and spaces are very small

location and less crowded beach makes perfect vacation

location was great. not so crowded on beach

construction that would limit access. only one elevator working. staff was rude at times concerning arm bands even though they just saw you multiple times wearing them.

Great Location, Facility- Not so much

Location was phenomenal

Lots of issues…. Dryer didn’t work. No way to wash & clean clothes/towels all week other than hanging them up all over the place Garbage disposal didn’t work. Had food still in it when we arrived & had to run hot water to kill the terrible smell Finally…. the one elevator (that also broke down couple times) was an absolute nightmare. Entire facility trying to use one elevator for entire week was ridiculous. We waisted so much valuable vacation time waiting on elevator. Took 7 flights of stairs as much as we could with kids & beach stuff. Safe to say, I don’t think we will be back.

It was clean and close to the beach, which are the most important things to our family.

We loved how close it was to the gulf. It was an easy walk along a short boardwalk to get to the beach, and there were convenient faucets and showers for rinsing off.

On the sand at the base of the boardwalk to the condominium, there were discarded beach toys mixed with garbage overflowing from a garbage can and spilling onto the sand the entire week.

We enjoyed our stay, the view was amazing, the beach beautiful and clean. We had a great time.

The location was wonderful! The condo was spacious and clean. The view was beautiful! The I door/ out door pool and jacuzzi were very nice. It was close to restaurants and grocery. Having dishes, utensils all all appliances was very nice.

There was mold on the inside of the washing machine and mini fridge. The mattress in the master bedroom seemed to be worn out, overly soft. The water from the refrigerator ran slow.

Little confusion about renting beach setup. I was told that we had one free setup on beach with rental, but beach personnel were unaware of it since I booked on line.

Not what we hoped.

We paid extra for amenities for example: beach chairs, umbrellas water sports none of which we received. Spent countless time on the phones trying to get our. Daily beach chairs and no luck. We had to pay beach service $ 600.00$+

Great location

The property was walking distance to desired restaurants and bars. Beach access was ideal.

The condo smelled clean and looked clean on the surface but one walk across the floor with bare feet on day one and we had what we refer to in the south as grocery store feet, black feet from dirty floors. We normally would not have used TV’s but we had some rain and discovered not one smart TV. No ability to stream or cast from our phones, the addition of at least a Roku stick would be an improvement. Also, one remote had batteries that worked. We looked through some drawers but found no batteries. We did find clutter.
