This place was great for a trip to visit our kids. We loved being in the “country”, but only about 10 minutes from campus. We also loved being able to fish in the pond. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you.

This is a wonderful and quiet retreat for stays in Aggieland! The owner is very quick to respond and was very helpful with directions and a super late arrival!

The farmhouse was the perfect stay for my family and I. Super close to A&M, but quiet and peaceful and off the main drag. Very clean and the owners were quick to respond to any questions I had. Would definitely stay again.

Booking to departure was all with ease. We loved this house. It was very clean and comfortable. Our second night we cooked dinner, sat out under the stars and visited around the fire pit. We had a very pleasant stay and will definitely come back to this location.

Perfect place "in the country" but close to amenities! Perfect set up for for us; grandparents, adult children and grandkids. Room for the kids to run around. Would definitely stay again! Beautiful property.

Great place and just as advertised. Far enough out of College Station for a quiet retreat while close enough for activities at Aggieland. Beautiful property and house is in pristine condition. Wish we could have stayed longer so looking forward to next time!

We really enjoyed the location and our weekend!

It was as advertised. The only downside was not being able to lower the temperature. Other than that, we will book again the next time we come to College Station.

Great place to stay, if you want a quiet country getaway, that is super clean. Very close to the expo, if you have an event going on.

I absolutely loved this place! Its VERY clean and spacious and tucked away from everyone. We watched deer from the porch and enjoyed a quiet weekend. The only slight drawback is that there isn't an indoor living area. However, I would not let this stop me from staying there again. We spent a lot of time outside by the fire pit! I've already booked a return trip.

We really enjoyed staying here for an Aggie football weekend. Very clean and great amenities.
Pros:
- Only 4 miles from Kyle Field with easy access to South College Station.
- All amenities were provided which made for an easy stay.
- Quiet and secluded...if you are looking for a relaxing few days away from the chaos of game day this is the spot.
- Good sized rooms. My wife and I stayed in the room with the double beds with our 20 and 12 year old and felt like we had plenty of space. My in laws loved their room.
- Nice touches around the place including bbq pit, fire pit, and outdoor seating.
Cons:
Not many, just some things to consider:
- Two bedrooms with bathrooms and a kitchen. No living room. Didn't impact us since we weren't there much but if you are looking for a couch and tv to relax you may want to stay elsewhere.
- No central heat/AC but does have "window" style units in each room mounted high. Louder than central AC and the air flow doesn't make it to the restroom area. We definitely noticed a difference when utilizing the sink areas or restrooms. But for the main areas they cooled down quickly.
Overall a great stay. We will definitely be back for another fall football weekend!
