Location and parking convenience. Breakfast and happy hour nice touch.
Tv remote wasn’t in room and staff replaced…but no battery. Had to go fiend to front desk 2 times…but staff very helpful. Also toilet flusher got stuck, but service was fine very promptly. Just a little inconvenient.

The location in historic Lexington with private parking was phenomenal. Room was clean and showers were terrific.
The elevator broke, but there were two of them, and they were actively trying to fix it!

Location is within walking distance of Lexington Opera House and Rupp Arena along with good eats and drinks around the hotel and at the hotel restaurant. Complimentary breakfast had a good selection. Shower in the King suite is awesome and the beds are always comfortable ensuring a good nights rest. This is our third stay and we will definitely return!
No complaints

The rooms are very comfortable.
The breakfast could definitely be better. The bagels were stale. Would have liked yogurt.

The breakfast was adequate. I found the potatoes dried out and mostly inedible. The eggs were good. The location of the hotel is excellent.

Loved the fireplace outside. Great location

Convenience. Staff so friendly. Front desk check in and check out loved the people. Bartenders and breakfast staff were terrific.
Sheets were hot - didn’t breathe. Room didn’t go below 68 degrees so was warm. Blinds should be so cant see in from the street on first floor but lets in light. Room very dark as minimal lighting with blinds closed. Needs more light. Not crazy about the shower jets and rain shower heads.

I am undecided about the new layout for the bar. I guess it is more spacious but the old bar had more character.
I would have preferred fresh baked muffins for breakfast rather than packaged ones.
You used to have fresh water near the vending machines which is great to refill water bottles coming/going from the hotel especially in the heat.

The hotel is located in the downtown, everything is within walking distance. Rooms very recently renovated.
Our room was cleaned irregularly, and not very well. Bathroom design is outright strange and uncomfortable. Mattress quality is not good. Breakfast quality is bad. Surprisingly bad experience at an expensive hotel.

The hotel was easy to find. I liked the fact it had an off-street private parking lot and a reasonable parking fee.
Loved the fact that it is on the Historic Registry - it is well-kept and charming, not your typical cookie-cutter hotel.
Breakfast was very good, as it usually is in the Hilton hotels, I am particularly fond of their oatmeal. The artwork I saw in the corridors and in our room was interesting and to the point in horse country.
Great shower and spacious bathroom, great thirsty towels! Loved the small bucket with shower cap etc.
As I am not a tall person, I had some difficulty getting into the bed, it was just a bit too high for my taste. However, it was very comfortable, with nice linens.
The small bottles of shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and body lotion were appreciated, but in every instance the contents of the bottles were almost impossible to get out. It took a lot of shaking and squeezing to get the required amount of shower gel out. Same with the body lotion.

Loved the location of the hotel. The small patio out front with a working fireplace and the little courtyard out back with the gas fire pit, Adirondack chairs, and swings. Building itself is on a list of historical places.
Also, the shower was fantastic,
The size of the room was quite small, felt very tight. No real room to move about at all.

it’s not far from other businesses around can park n walk and enjoy the area and sights around .
wish it had more parking and little more spacious was hard to find a spot that the other car didn’t park right .

very friendly staff.
need brighter lights in parking lot; we were followed to our car at night by someone asking for money. room size and layout was not as large as image shown at booking. no sitting area. very small room.

This hotel is beautiful & we loved the location. Extremely clean & the staff is so friendly and accommodating. The fire pit area & the deck connected to the bar was very quaint & charming. I highly recommend & I look forward to my next trip to Lexington.
There wasn't anything we didn't like.

Really clean and the faculty are really nice.
The advertised Rainfall shower rooms are not good. It did not have hot water and the pressure was abysmal.

very clean and well located in the city center
the staff would not let us check in before 4:00 pm and it was almost 3:00 PM
front desk staff was not super knowledgeable about local business
definitely not a big deal
