About this house rental
The Imperial is a beautiful 8 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms home. The first floor offers an open floor plan with two story entry way , eat-in cherry kitchen with granite countertops, double oven, dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, and seating for 14. Also, on the first floor an open formal dining room living room with floor to ceiling fireplace, 2 queen sleepers, and dining seating for 10,a full bathroom, a king size bedroom , a bunkroom, a laundry room, and mudroom. Walls of windows across front with sixty feet of deck overlooking bay and lake.The second floor has one king bedroom suite and 4 queen bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, one with Jacuzzi. The lower level has one queen bedroom, a half bath, two bars, poker table, pool table, two-tier home theater with power seats, eight person hot tub , and outdoor shower. Outside there is a playground for kids, a permanent dock, a permanent covered power boat hoist, 12x18 building with living and dining area on the bay, fire pit, and much more !

We were a group of 20 female healthcare workers just wanting to get away for a weekend. The house and property were amazing. It was furnished with everything imaginable. Every little detail was considered for a group of our size. The furniture was very comfortable and clean, including all of the outdoor furniture. We made many wonderful memories and recommend this property %100.

Great property for large family of four generations. Well provisioned, spacious and friendly, responsive owner. We have rented Coopers other property, Xanadu, for several previous years but family has expanded so we required more room. This was our first year, but not our last!

This is our second stay at this vacation home. Communication with Brad and his son was always timely. The home is very large and has multiple floors with entertainment at each level. Of course the highlight is the outside living area and the dock and the wonderful bay. Lots of swimming and fishing was enjoyed. We enjoyed several campfires at the fire pit. Large kitchen was able to allow multiple family members cooking at the same time. We truly enjoy this location at home.

Every year we try to get together as an extended family. We have been very fortunate for the last three years to rent Bernie and Brad’s lovely bayside home in Fair Haven. The house is beautiful and comfortable in all ways! There are 8 of us ranging in ages of 15-83. The downstairs area is great with a theater, great comfortable seating, a pool table and so much more. The bedrooms are large and with the most comfortable beds you could ask for. The kitchen is well appointed and very roomy for several people to work in it at a time. The kitchen table easily seats 10 people and there is an additional large dining room. Everything in this house is well thought out and set up for your comfort. The view of the bay is spectacular. There is a big dock where several of our group loved to fish! I can’t say enough about this home and it’s owners. We will definitely be back!

We wanted a house in the eclipse path of total darkness, within driving distance of northern New Jersey and comfortable for fourteen people. This house met our needs. The view across of the bay was beautiful, both morning and night. It had plenty of room for our group of 8 adults and 3 children. The main bedroom has an en suite bathroom, the others do not, but their nearby bathrooms are only a few steps away.
It was a wonderful house for a large group and had lots of features like a deck across the back of the house, outside chairs, dining tables, and a fire pit. There was also inside entertainment and game options, plus playscape for the kids.
The rest of the house had plenty of room for getting the group together for meals while offering room for quiet moments. The furnishings were very nice. Each bedroom had 5 bath towels, several hand towels and wash cloths. The beds were appropriately soft and comfortable. The kitchen area had 2 complete sets of refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and sink. There were plenty of plates, glasses, etc. for a large group.
The owners – Brad & Bernie Cooper -- are exceptionally nice people and always responded quickly to my inquiries. Brad met us at the house when we arrived and walked us through the house to explain how everything worked. Brad & Bernie were very helpful post-visit by finding a forgotten book that they will return to us.
In summary, it was a very roomy and comfortable house in a beautiful spot. Highly recommended!

This is a top tier fantastic property. I have been coming to this house for 8 years. Owner is wonderful to deal with. Views are impressive. House big enough for very large parties. Look at the pictures! I continue to highly recommend this home.

We (8 couples) have stayed at this property now almost 5 times - it's such a great spot, why go anywhere else? Perfect yard for cornhole, a nice walk to a local winery, a well-stocked kitchen to prepare meals, plenty of outdoor space, beds are SO comfortable, a great firepit - it's all here!!! Brad and Bernadette have always been so easy to communicate with. And for some reason, we've always managed to have some really great weather while we've visited. Thanks for a another wonderful weekend!!!!

The house was amazing, the owners were incredible to work with and were super flexible with us. There were plenty of rooms to house our bridal party after our wedding so we could all stay together, between the movie theatre and the hot tub? We never wanted to leave! We hope to make this a yearly trip and highly recommend this property for your fair haven stay! You won't be disappointed!

Family members from 76 to 5 enjoyed Imperial with games and fun. Kayaks were wonderful..even the 5 yr old was out paddling in the protected cove. Bernie and Bradley very attentive. The Kaputa family.

All I can say is wow! Clean ,beautiful, fully equipped. You will want to nothing. Our second time at this beautiful well-maintained property. Everything was wonderful. Great host. Can’t wait til we can book for 2025. What great memories were made this past week. Highly recommend this lovely property.

We had a great stay at the Cooper’s house. The kids loved “staying in a mansion,” jumping off the dock, hanging out in the movie room, and making s’mores. The teens loved the hot tub, fishing, doing puzzles on the big dining room table, and kayaking, Thea adults loved the lakefront property, sunrises from the bay and sunsets on the lake, comfy beds, and the close proximity to state parks, festivals, and wineries. A huge win for the whole family!!!

This property is gorgeous. Located in a very quiet village. There is not much around which is what we were looking for…..days full of lounging on the Bay! The Coopers were amazing hosts and would definitely consider this a vacation spot in the future.

This is our second stay at this property. We use it as a yearly family reunion time. We love this house and all the great amenities! Everyone has their own space. The bedrooms are well decorated and it has wonderful beds and comfy mattresses. We love it so much, we have already booked our stay for next year.

This is the second year in a row we have stayed at this property, and we love it! It's perfect for our large family of 12 adults and three kids - everyone gets their own space while there is plenty of shared space for games and meals. The owners are very friendly, super helpful, and very quick to address any issues. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to do big meals, plenty of outdoor space to hang by the fire or the lake, hot tub is perfect for 6 adults, home theater is awesome after a long day. Very clean upon arrival, super comfortable beds and sheets, beautiful spot right on the water. We'll continue to book our annual trip here as it's just a perfect fit!

Our extended family, ages 13-82 try to get away each year as a family. This year we rented Brad and Bernie’s beautiful “oasis”. The house was open, inviting and beautifully decorated. All amenities that you might want and need were there. The game/theater area on lower level was a big hit for all! All nine of us loved our bedrooms with extremely comfortable beds. Several of our group enjoyed going out on the dock to fish in between raindrops. The kitchen has wonderful appliances and the floor plan allows for several people to be in the kitchen at once and not be in each other’s way. We had some questions and Brad was right there to answer our questions and to attend to the concerns. Thanks Bernie and Brad for sharing your Fair Haven home with our family!

We rented this property for our daughters wedding for two nights for ourselves, bridesmaids, family and even the bride & groom stayed on their wedding night. It was conveniently minutes down the road from the venue. Extremely clean, organized and easy. Highly recommend!

This property worked out very well for us. There were enough bedrooms for each family. Two kayaks were available with the house and were well used. We also rented 2 paddle boards to use. We had a comfortable and fun fire in the fire ring every night and spent much time sitting on the deck, using the awnings when necessary. The owner was staying down the street and was very responsive to our phone calls.
All together, a vry nice vacation home in a beautiful location.

What a beautiful house that is perfect and accommodating for a large group. We stayed with a group of 12 adults and 6 kids and it was perfect. Owners are very accessible and easy to communicate with. We are already planning our return!

I enjoyed the weekend with my family an friends. The house is huge and can accommodate 16 people confortable. 5 bedrooms (with queen or king bed) in the 2nd floor, 2 bedrooms (1 king and other bunk beds) in the first floor, and 1 queen bedroom in the basement. Has entertainment areas inside and outside of the house. We enjoy the house in winter but definitely should be much better in summer enjoying the outside of the home too! Totally recommended, and the communication with the owner was very good.

There were 15 family members gathered for a family wedding weekend. The house suited our needs very well. The double oven and two refrigerators were a much needed amenity ! The game room was a great hangout.

We rented this house after our submarine reunion was canceled. 4 couples plus 1 , met for the week . Everyone had a bedroom , there were enough bathrooms so no one was waiting . Beautiful view .
Plenty to do is the Oswego area.
The only bad things, fishing trip was canceled due to rain and winds . ( which had nothing to do with the rental ) and one of our buddies could not make it due to being ill . ( so we missed seeing him )
I recommend renting you won’t be disappointed.

Being that there aren't many hotel options in the area, my husband and I rented this house with our bridal party for the weekend of our wedding at the local winery. It was so much fun and very convenient, as the winery/wedding venue is only a few minutes down the road.
Upon arrival the owners greeted us and gave a quick tour and answered any questions we had. The house was very clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The hot tub and pool table were big hits for our group! Highly recommend!

Our group, ages 9-87, thoroughly enjoyed our time at this beautiful home. Time around the table sharing a meal, fishing, boating, kayaking, making s'mores at the fire pit, watching a movie in the home theater, soaking in the hot tub, playing games, having coffee or cocktails while relaxing with the GORGEOUS view and then sleeping in the comfortable beds in every bedroom. We hope to go back in the future. The owners were great to work with and everything was accurate on the vrbo site.

The house was better than we could have expected. The kitchen was fully equipped and all the necessities were provided. The location was quiet and access to the bay was easy for the member of our party with a fishing boat. Everyone in out party of 15 was impressed with this property.

We arrived with13 family members, from 3 states, ages 5 - 79. There was plenty of space inside and out. The kitchen was perfect for the # of cooks we had. Seating areas in kitchen fit us perfectly. View was spectacular. Many hours spent on deck and dock from sunrises to sunsets. Many fish were caught from dock and from our boat on bay. Great location of bedrooms and the necessary number of bathrooms-no waiting! Brad was quick to respond to any questions. Much laughter around the firepit. Lots of memories made this week as we celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary.
