"Ideal location for Summer or Winter Adventures! Walk to Main Street’s shopping and dining, Lift 8 and the Gondola, Telluride Town Park. Ski in from Bear Creek Trail, or hike to Bear Creek Falls. When we say our Riverside apartment is our “home away from home”, we really mean it! We’ve been coming to Telluride with our children since 2009 and we wanted a place to call our own... somewhere to relax and unwind after a hard days skiing, biking, or hiking.
That’s why after purchasing the apartment in 2011, we completely renovated it, adding the creature comforts we like to come home to - luxurious leather sofas you can sink into, beds with Sealy Tempur-Pedic Mattresses, fully-equipped modern kitchen and bathrooms, high-speed internet and wi-fi, and internet-ready TV.
Riverside is in the perfect location for enjoying everything Telluride has to offer. We’re just a block and a half from the Gondola and some of the best skiing in Colorado, along with being just a short walk to Telluride’s main bars, restaurants and shops. Town Park - the venue for Telluride’s amazing music festivals - is a mere stroll along the riverbank, and the Bear Creek Falls hiking trails starts virtually outside our door.
Telluride really is a town for all seasons, which is why we love it and keep coming back - and don’t get us started on the incredible scenery and some of the friendliest people you’ll meet anywhere! Very clean, well appointed that is walkable to a lift and the gondola. Quiet location that is perfect for resting after a day on the slopes. Updated kitchen with a spacious porch. Comfortable beds and little touches, like robes and towels for the nearby hot tub.

Super location within easy walking distance to all thing Telluride in-town. Also a very short walk to the main ski gondola, ski equipment shop, grocery store, liquor/wine store and all in-town restaurants. Unit was well-maintained and had all the amenities we needed or desired, e.g. fireplace, washer-dryer, nice kitchen, steam shower, nice dining table, good supplies and kitchen hardware/flatware. Management company was very responsive and helpful. Easy check-in/out.

Property is clean. Comfortable beds and furniture. Nice towels and linens. We didn't cook, but kitchen was well stocked.
Location is perfect - close to the gondola. Restaurants just a couple blocks away. Being nestled in near the stream kept noise to a minimum.
Communication with management was responsive.

Everything was as advertised and we could not have been happier with our stay. Read the reviews and property description and trust that you will have the same experience. That’s really all there is to say. The only issue we had was the ski in trail is not well marked and we never were able to ski in to the condos. That’s not the property owner’s fault though.

Wow! Large wants were covered, roominess, cleanliness, close to everything. But what was surprising were the small unexpected things, many plug-ins for iPads,phones etc, warm robes, nice lotion, Starbucks coffee, basic food spices with a wonderful kitchen. We plan to rent again!

We had a wonderful stay at Riverside. The condo was thoughtfully equipped with many extras. We really appreciated the fully equipped kitchen as well as the humidifiers and wireless chargers for our devices. The little things made us love it even more. It was very clean and spacious. The kitchen was beautifully appointed and the living room was incredibly spacious. The bedrooms are super comfortable, and the bathrooms were top notch as well. Truly a 10/10 stay (and I'm a picky travel agent).

We had a great time at Riverside C03. First of all - location. It is a 5 minute walk to the gondola and a 2 minute walk to the first of many restaurants in downtown Telluride. Apparently you can actually ski down to the condo parking lot but we were unable to locate the trail off of the Mineshaft run. It is for the adventurous! The condo itself is great. Everything is updated. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need to cook a big meal. The bedrooms and living spaces have a luxurious feel and the media set up was easy to use. Parking is great too. I have a big truck and I could manuever around easily. We would go back again. Thanks!

My daughter and I have been coming to TBG for 8 years now and we love to hike the Bear Creek trail up to the waterfall in the mornings before the concert. The location of this property is right at the base of the trail and a short walk to the Box Canyon for the concert. Perfect location and very comfortable!
