It will accommodate up to six guests comfortably in the 1,300 square feet of living space, making it an ideal space for a family or a group of close friends looking for an amazing mountain/Bavarian experience.

Perfect location in Leavenworth. Spacious condo, nice view from deck, easy walk to river trails or to shops/restaurants. Had a wonderful family trip, with a variety of personalities all able to find things to do, and this being our relaxing home base.

Five 40 something women getting away from Texas, husbands and kids! This place was perfect. The location, safety and cleanliness was perfection! The host was incredibly thoughtful and made sure we were clear on check-in instructions. This place would be great for a small family as well. Highly recommended.

We brought my parents and 18-month-old for a nice fall getaway. The condo was very spacious and beautiful, and the location was absolutely perfect - within walking distance to all of our favorite places. The gas fireplace was a nice cozy touch, and the patio had beautiful views. Hope to be back soon!

Steve was an amazing host. He called me a few days prior to check in to give us tips for Leavenworth and information on check in. It was the first time in Leavenworth for most of us so his binder with recommendations was a hit! The place was beautiful and felt like a mountain resort. We hope to return next year!

This condo is in a great spot in Leavenworth. It's close to everything in town. The condo was clean and spacious and had comfortable beds and furniture. There are also a lot of extras that you dont always get, like spices, foil, and cleaning supplies. We usually try to bring our own so it was a pleasant surprise to see there were some amenities that you would have at home.

Perfect for doing anything downtown. Quiet part of downtown but walking distance to everything. Nice and clean condo. The only complaint I had was the confusion we had with the elevator code. Would definitely stay again.

The condo is in great shape. The location is right in the middle of Leavenworth, so it is the perfect location. We had a minor question, and Steve got back to us quickly. We would definitely stay here again.

This property is perfectly located downtown with an amazing mountain view. The place was clean, comfortable, and had all the items needed for a long weekend stay. I was particularly fond of the building security and ease of access for the guests. We slept great, ate good, and had a wonderful time in Leavenworth.

We loved this condo. It was in the perfect location in downtown Leavenworth. Once we arrived, we parked our car in the dedicated spot in the covered parking garage and walked the rest of the time. The condo is beautifully decorated, easy to get into, and had everything we needed. This is the place to stay when visiting Leavenworth!

When we checked in we were pleasantly surprised how much roomier it was than the photos showed. The decor & furnishings were beautiful. The place was spotless. The beds were comfy! Can't beat the location, just a few mintues walk from all of the Leavenworth festivities. Communication with the owner was easy & and replies to any questions were prompt. I only wish we had more time to spend there. Definitely a must stay again!

Absolute comfort. The outdoor Balcony was so lovely and had the most beautiful views. The house was super nice and there were nice little touches like shampoo, conditioner and soap in the showers. We definitely plan to come back!

If you’re looking for a place to stay that you can walk all of Leavenworth AND easily get down to the river for water activities, this is the place to stay.
The unit is WELL secured with access codes for exterior and parking lot doors. There were four adults and two children staying in the unit. With the loft area the size was perfect for everyone. We ate breakfast in the unit and there was everything needed for cooking. It was a super easy walk to Front Street for dinner and shopping. I loved sitting on the large balcony enjoying my cup of coffee each morning.
If you’re looking for an easy dinner and beer, Brewett Get the La Dulce pizza you won’t regret it!
Steven was great at communicating with us. He called the morning of to ensure we had everything we needed to get to the unit and then called us again right before to let us know the cleaning crew was finishing the cleaning.
Highly recommend staying here.

I love staying in this building, it's the perfect location for tubing and exploring downtown. This was my first time in this unit, and I enjoyed being on the top floor. I'd definitely stay here again!

The condo was absolutely perfect; clean, well-stocked, comfortable. It's on the top floor with a gorgeous view of the mountains. I've stayed in Leavenworth quite a bit and it was a treat to have secure parking and be steps away from downtown and the waterfront.

We had such a wonderful time staying here. The property is right there in the middle of Leavenworth! It was well decorated, sparkling clean, had a lot of beds, the living room isn’t too big but ample for a family or two. The deck was well furnished and great view of the riverfront park and mountains. The owner/manager called me the day of to go over the details (yes, emailed before too) and was super responsive for the only question we had. We’d definitely look for this place when we go next!
