Would Recommend.

Staff. Pool. Location.

Shower leaks substantially creating a slippery bathroom floor. Bathroom had no ventilation. Room had no mirrors outside of bathroom, which were foggy after a shower for a decent length of time. The pool could have more recliners, especially for weekends. Breakfast was great, however with its limited selection it becomes repetitive after a few days.

Excellent experience, will definitely come back here next time.

The location was perfect, just couple minutes walk from the MRT station (ORCHARD), you can easily get to anywhere in the city (that including shopping mall, food court, china town, restaurant, etc). Cant not beat the location, it super convenient and eliminate the need for taxi)

A superb stay at orchard!

location is 5 minutes walking to ion orchard mall which is the beginning of the famous orchard shopping street. the orchart mrt exit 12 is right outside. very convenient. we booked a one bedroom deluxe unit but were upgraded to an apartment with a large balcony - it was amazing. AC cools really well. apartment is very nicely appointed with all the amenities needed. lots of storage area. Nespresso machine works well and they refill coffee capsules everyday. i really liked those complementary hot chocolate sachets. tastes very good! there is a separate filtered drinking water tap so yoy never have to worry about buying water bottles. it is a unique addition and highly appreciated. housekeeping is great - makes bed nicely everyday. breakfast was included in our price but we were late waking up everyday - so we didn't attend. gym has sauna and steam room separate for men and women but nobody used it. the swimming pool is massive and the pool area is enjoyable. the property is very modern and well maintained. overall we had a pleasant stay wirh no issues. it is highly recommended.

only issue is toilet has no bidget/hand shower to clean. some may find it uncomfortable. everything else was just amazing.

Will stay here again

Having stayed at different properties over the years of travel to SG, this is now my go-to place. Excellent in every way. Staff super friendly and helpful, great WiFi, excellent location - a few meters to MRT and the ION-Orchard link.

Hospitable, comfortable and will be back

We loved the pool and jacuzzi, the lovely staff, the rooms were so clean and comfortable. Nothing was an issue at Fraser Residence. Location was a very short walk to the MRT, and ION Orchard. Relaxed environment

Great apartments with a couple of flaws

Room was excellent with great facilities. Good value for room size. Pool was excellent as well. Staff helpful. Best hotel bed I have ever slept on.

Breakfast was terrible. After 2nd day we gave up on the breakfast so if you can get room cheaper without Breakfast then go for it. Children spent all their time playing in adult spa pool and were very annoying. Pool rules not enforced. When on my own it was great and then the kids turned up.....

The breakfast was basic but prepared with warmth like you are at home. No waste. Good swimming pool for long swims Darren the OPS manager really stood out. Thanks from the bottom of our heart Darren for going the extra mile. The cleaning lady was also wonderful

Good stay: couple of things needed attention to get a Great Stay in my opinion.

Breakfast area and staff are excellent in terms of selection and helpfulness. Same excellent service goes for the room cleaner each day 😀

The lighting in the bathroom was very poor in terms of number of lights and the brightness of the existing lights. Also in my opinion the mattress in our bedroom has seen better days...

Very nice place for business trip and short vacation in Spore

The room is spacious, clean and completed with living room, pantry - and what I like the most is the laundry and dryer machine - also the nice balcony. The staffs are very fiendly, responsive and helpful. I feel very comfortable and secure in this property.

They could've have provide more variety for breakfast, instead of serving same small pastries everyday & very limited fruits.

Location - A quick walk to the TEL/NSL MRT lines and a bus stop. Very close to ION Orchard and Orchard Road Room - Spacious and was equipped with everything we needed. If not, delivered promptly to our room upon request (eg baby chair) Breakfast - Simple yet very adequate, breakfast staff were very friendly. There were some very good options for our infant too Facilities - Pools and gym were excellent. We liked the fact there were 3 different pools to choose from

A very MINOR inconvenience but the closest lift to our room was unavailable for majority of our stay. Helped us get those extra steps in ;)

This is a beautiful hotel, loved the pools and spas after a day of sightseeing, breakfast was lovely, very close to Orchard train station to get around.
