Wonderful stay! Great location. Will return

Property was well equipped having everything we needed for our stay. Binoculars supplied were great for helping us watch the whales.
10.0 / 10.0
The location was perfect for our needs. It was central to everywhere we had business.
The proper manager Amy was very accommodating and addressed all our needs and concerns the best she could in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend working with her to find vacation rentals.
The unit fit 6 and that would be the max I would recommend fitting in there. It was too windy that trip to swim in the pool and there wasn’t much Sandy beach in that area but it was still a beautiful view. We BBQ’d some steaks on the poolside grill and watched the sunset. The property was well kept and clean. Parking was a little tight but manageable.
Overall I would recommend this place. It is affordable and central.

The place was more run down than the photos but all amenities were present in the accommodation. Wish the outdoor shared pool was heated - it was too cold to use

View of the water and breeze. Parking lot is in the shade in the morning when you prepare for the day and the entire condo is in the shade early afternoon due to sun setting behind mountains. Early morning sunrise over the mountains was a great way to start each morning

Everything Was Accurate & Perfect
This beautiful condo was clean, well-maintained, well-stocked., with cute decor. It pretty much had everything we needed for our very first trip to Hawaii - truly great! Wonderful communication from property manager. Centrally located. Enjoyed seeing Sea Turtles out front and watching the surfers as well. Having AC for us was great - it was pretty humid during our visit. For any first timers...the MaaLaea General Store is a very short walk for some basics first day. Great sandwiches. Safeway closeby in Kihei. We had great dinners at Cafe O'Lei at the Mill House, The Maui Brewing Company, and Lahaina Fish Co. Enjoyed a sunset cruise (2 hours, drinks and appetizers) with Trilogy Excursions, short morning hike at Iao Valley State Park (to see the Needle), 4-hour bottom fishing with Aloha Blue Charters, drove to top of Haleakala Crater, and went to a cool vodka tasting/tour at Hawaii Sea Spirits Organic Farm and Distillery with lunch after at their cafe (beautiful). Rented snorkeling equipment from Boss Frog and snorkeled in shallow waters off Kaanapali Beach (face to face with sea turtles!). We had such a great trip :) Three minor suggestions: (1) Needed a pen in the unit (I forgot mine) specifically to complete the parking forms (2) First night supply of coffee would have been helpful and (3) more detailed instructions for operation of AC (ex: the timer). I would book this property again for sure!

Great location, poor property management
Plan on cutting your last night in town short to do laundry and cleaning. At the price they charge, I shouldn’t have to do laundry. The unit was well stocked but only had three spoons, I could go on but I won’t. It’s clear the owners are skimping on property management and expecting visitors to carry half the weight. Beautiful location, beautiful unit, poor management.

Great Location Needs Upkeep
We love this general location overlooking Maalea Bay and harbor, but be aware that the condo is right over the entrance to the pool and office. There was a sea turtle living right off the seawall just 50 feet away. The condo itself was comfortable, but lacking in consistent upkeep. The air conditioning was not working in the back bedroom and didn't get fixed during our stay. The smallish refrigerator leaked water on the floor that we had to clean up to avoid falls. And the smoke alarm failed by beeping at us, so we had to disable it. The most annoying problem is that the large blinds at the lanai don't close, really impeding privacy with the lanai right over the pool and BBQ area. The blinds in the bedroom close, but are not light blocking. This is a particular problem because there ate two bright patio security lights just outside the lanai. We can only recommend this place if the owners attend to maintenance and upkeep issues. We did get a small refund, but not enough to account for the above issues.

Overall, fantastic place to spend time near the Maaleaa ocean. Well stocked kitchen, amazing ocean views. Nice amenities (floats, boogie boards, snorkel kits, etc. all included).
We thoroughly enjoyed staying here and would highly recommend it.

A beautiful beach front. Nice clean and quiet. This place was nothing short of just beautiful and exactly as described. We took the bus to get around because Uber and Lyft don’t run on a regular

Great place!!!
We stayed her for 7 nights in early July
And loved it so much we looked into buying a place in the area. The views were spectacular, with nice ocean breaks, clear water and tons of turtles. The condo manager does an excel thin of keeping it clean. Every morning he was cleaning the pool a d grill area. Inside the u it has everything you need, plenty of space and was very clean. I highly reccomend!!!

Beautiful home
Loved that this came with up seasoning, plates, cups, laundry soap, dish soap, and a sponge, even Tupperware!
Everything inside was beautiful and comfortable! Love the jewels in the tile and view of ocean from balcony. AC worked perfect. And access to beach was easy! The sign in book was so cute, binoculars, sand chairs, umbrellas, umbrellas, and even extra blankets and a blow up bed. I’m impressed. You’ll definitely need a car to access other areas of Maui.

Would definitely rent again. I go Maui to a great job.

We will be back
I really enjoyed our stay here in Maui, our location here at Lauloa #204 was also very enjoyable. There are a couple of thing in the condo that could be a little better, but nothing that is really worth mentioning.
Loved watching the whales breech from our outdoor patio area, location to the rest of the island from here is really good.
Overall, I loved our stay here and plan to return!!

Central location with beautiful views
This was a great spot for us to stay while on Maui - centrally located, well kept property, with a beautiful view of Maalaea Harbor. We caught whales breaching in the morning during our breakfast!

Stayed Feb 9-15, 2020
Overall our stay was good. The only communication we had with staff was to ask about printing our boarding passes. Location was ok, not a lot to do within walking distance but we had a car so that was not an issue for us. The only downside to the unit, is the door on the front bedroom by the patio. It is thin and when there are 4 people staying, the door did not provide much privacy for early risers wanting to sit on the patio.
Otherwise everything was good. It was peaceful, great watching the whales, beach was good. It was nice having everything we needed for the condo and the beach. I would stay here again if we are ever back in Maui. Oh, Beach Bums and Tante Fish Market are good eating spots.

Excellent location. Property was in perfect shape. Sunrise and whale watching from condo.
Easy communication with the property management team. Easy check-in/check-out. The property was as described online. I’d definitely stay here again. All around two thumbs up!

Whale soup
The crew of our whale watching ride described the level of activity as “whale soup”. We saw the same level of activity in Maalaea Bay from the condo lanai. Perfect condo location and lay out. Perfect location for whale watching. We will definitely return next year.

Comfortable Place. Great Central Location.
The condo was comfortable and well maintained. Great view of the ocean on a relaxing deck. Beds were nice. Communication with the owners if needed was fast. The location of the condo was great because it was between Lahaina and Kihei which we visited often. There is a nice aquarium and mini golf within walking distance. We would certainly stay here again.
On a side note if you do a tour around the island pay to have someone drive you! Don't take your rental... :) In Lahaina there is great shopping. We also did a submarine and separate whale watching tour. In Kihei are some great beaches, snorkeling and kayaking.
Have fun in Maui!

Property is very very beautiful, neat and clean. Owner shares information well before your arrival. Once you enter into your condo, it's just serene. You can't ask for more beautiful view. Totally recommended. Aloha!! Enjoy your stay.

review unit 204
Loved everything except lighting outside unit at night not the greatest. difficult to put in code in door to unlock at night. Maintenance left note on door water shut off during part of day in our unit, unit on 3rd floor just above and unit on first floor just below. I'm not sure if it was more than one day. We just made sure we were gone that time the next couple days. Note was left on door for 3 days.
Swimming pool closed for 2 days, then note said we could use another locations pool for couple of days.
Amy was wonderful to work with. I had turned off the a/c one day we were gone and unit was very warm. Called Amy because I was having trouble turning a/c back on. realized what i was doing wrong and worked great after that.
Overall we loved the unit. View was fabulous. Everything well stocked. I would highly recommend your unit to any of my friends.
Thank you for everything.

Perfect location
We could not have been happier with our stay. The condo is wonderful, it had everything we needed. Location was perfect, centrally located to all of Maui. Close to grocery stores, Costco, minutes from airport, 15min drive in either direction to any major town. Beach was a short walk down the road (3mins), we visited every morning. Harbor is a short walk as well, in case booking an excursion. (Aqua Adventures snorkel tour was amazing, highly recommend that company)
The view was amazing, and watching the sea turtles from the lanai everyday was a treat.
The condo and entire grounds were very clean, kept up and landscaped.
We met Pedro the cat, he was happy to greet us everyday, made sure to give him plenty of attention and treats
Highly recommend this property, you wont be disappointed
We will be coming back again, and this will be our first choice!

Excellent condo with a great location. The condo has everything you need and more. Offering the cooler, beach chairs. Umbrella, etc. we’re added benefits. I would definitely come back and stay here again!! The turtles everyday at the sea walk were amazing. We even got in and swam alongside them! Great place and they take exceptional car of the grounds. The maintenance staff was wonderful!!

Beautiful and comfortable
We loved our short stay here! So comfortable for a family of four. We were so impressed with amenities offered - more than at any VRBO we've stayed at. From beach amenities (great towels, chairs, umbrella, cooler, etc.) to kitchen items (such a well stocked kitchen!), this was a fabulous place to stay. Quiet location.

Great location, great property!
Having been to Maui twice now, this by far was a great find. All amenities need were there. The location was perfect and central to areas we wanted to visit. Parking wasn’t an issue, ever and the residents were accommodating, even Pedro the cat. We were able to snorkel in a matter of moments and swim with the turtles, right out of our backyard.
