Spend your Sun Valley vacation in comfort at this conveniently located property. Offering access to resort amenities, as well as a furnished deck and a fireplace in the condo itself, this is a perfect little getaway for an adventurous group of friends.
Just a mile west are the wonderful facilities for Sun Valley Resort. Bring the provided passes to enjoy amenities like pools. Throughout the area, you can go biking, running, hiking, fishing, boating, swimming, and horseback riding. In winter, choose from Sun Valley, Dollar Mountain, or Bald Mountain for Nordic and downhill skiing, snowboarding, tubing, and snow angel-making.
When the sun is out, gather on the furnished deck with a gas grill that's great for cooking up a fresh trout. Head inside to watch the game on the den TV, or head up to the living and dining area for conversation while you stream music on your phone. Flick on the gas fireplace if you just spent the day skiing, and share stories over hot toddies you fixed in the well-appointed kitchen.
Start off your day with a smoothie or a freshly ground cup of joe, thanks to the blender and coffee grinder in the kitchen. With a dishwasher and plenty of storage space, you won't be shy in stocking up on food and cooking away. Gather around the table for a post-dinner game of poker or an old-fashioned parlor game.
Upstairs is where you'll find the quiet sleeping accommodations, including a master bedroom with a queen-size bed and a guest room with two twin beds. All of the beds have brand new memory foam mattresses as of July 2020, and there's a new queen sleeper sofa in the den as well. A total of six will sleep well here. A full bathroom upstairs and a shower on the lower floor will help you get ready faster.
You'll even have a private washer and dryer for freshening up your vacation gear, and WiFi for your convenience as well.
When you want to explore a different part of the area, head over neighboring Ketchum where you'll find breweries, the Ketchum Arts Festival in July, as well as galleries and jewelry shops. Visit the Ore Wagon Museum or, if you're traveling with children, go to the Rainmaker Splash Park.

The outdoor area was quiet and lovely. The home itself was well furnished and had a very cozy yet modern feel. I would definitely stay there again.

Condo is dated but the beds are good.

Comfortable unit. We really enjoyed ourselves.

We liked that it was in the Sun Valley core and had the SV Amenities Pass. It was large enough for the 6 adults we had.
I don't think a sofa bed should be counted as a bed. It was as uncomfortable as most. The other beds had very hard memory foam that only seemed to remember the large indentation of previous sleepers. None of us slept well.

Great location for access to SV Inn amenities

My family stayed briefly to ski. Location was close to town and ski areas. We enjoyed the condo and ability to watch movies.
Just a couple of logistical hiccups. There were no clear directions as to where to park. We were also sent the wrong code for the lockboxes, fortunately Vacasa was able to help quickly over the phone!

The townhouse is old but cozy. The space and layout worked well for our family of 6. It was easy to get ahold of management.

Dated, yes, but clean and comfortable. Everything worked. Beds were great.

This is our third time in this unit - we love the space and layout. Works great for our family of four. Could use a pass through on supplies/utensil's and a good cleaning in the kitchen. But, all in all, a good stay.
Love the pool pass and convenience. The bonus room is so nice to have. Sometimes we don't all need to be together.

Wonderful Stay Located Close to Sun Valley Lodge and Ketchum
Lots of space and super clean. This space was perfect for 5 adults on a week long ski trip.

Great Place
The place was clean and as expected. Very close to the Sun Valley base area.

It looks more bright and modern on the photos than in reality
Great location: short drive to Sun Valley Lodge and to Dollar mountain. The place itself was hard to find among other condos in the complex. It's very dark inside, not like on the photos. Each room upstairs has only one source of light - bedside table lamp. The appliances in the shower need to be updated: it's hard to control hot water and it runs out quickly. Almost all plates and cups have cracks and look old. I would not recommend this place to my friends especially for the price that it's listed.

This property was perfect for our weekend getaway. It would be for a longer stay as well. Plenty of room, location was perfect!
I would stay here again!

Overpriced
Believe there was an error in the entry of rate when confirmation sent. Talked to several people at vacasa to no avail. Would not have chosen at that price. Rented 2 other better properties for $150 & $200 less.

Cozy hideaway!
Loved that this home had a den for the kids to watch tv/play video games/homeschool. It's very clean and spacious, nice fire, amazing location. Beds were comfortable.

Not as advertised

We had so much fun! This was a great rental! We will come again!

Nice
Overall a great condo to rent with family, the three separate bedrooms allows for lots of space and sleeping options. The condo was fairly cold, especially the third downstairs bedroom so we kept the door shut. Baseboards make for a bit of safety issue with young kids. Some of the baseboard covers were broken or falling off. Larger bedroom upstairs had a strange smell. Lots of little things, but overall a great place to stay, very clean upon arrival and so convenient and close to everything. Would consider staying there again.

Great location!
We were very happy that some of the items that had been mentioned in previous reviews had been remedied. This is a very comfortable condo with close proximity to the SV Lodge. We enjoyed using the hot tub and soaking pool at the Lodge. We would stay here again!

Don't stay here!
This unit was totally misrepresented and was very disappointing in general. Dirty torn carpets. Cabinet face missing screws and falling off cabinet front screen door was torn, blinds would not close sleeper sofa was badly worn and unusable as a bed. Master bedroom had old uncomfortable mattress in a tiny room. Heat would not turn off making it very uncomfortable. Too many things to list. I'm requesting a refund we were thoroughly disappointed!

Cozy, well equipped condo
Cute condo had everything we needed for a weekend ski trip. Great to have passes to resort pools and fitness center. Small but functional kitchen. We cooked meals for our family of 5 without a problem.

Cozy condo with full access to Sun Valley
Not a huge place but there was plenty of room for our family of 5. Having 2 bathrooms worked well for our 3 teen girls. Kitchen was dated but totally functional and well stocked for cooking. Having full access to the Sun Valley geothermal (ultra-heated) pools and fitness area was a major perk. Very close to the village, lodge and inn. As others have mentioned, the condo is not a modern space but that didn’t bother us a bit. Great place to enjoy an active and rustic weekend in the mountains.

Great Location
We loved our stay at this condo. Very close to the resort and just a quick drive into Ketchum. The place was very clean and had everything needed.

Not super updated but comfy and cozy
This condo is not the most updated on the block but is comfy and cozy and clean. Great living room with a fireplace. The kitchen is small but everything you need is there. Our coffee pot was cracked and we had a new one within hours on a holiday. The third room with a pull out served as a great space to keep luggage and winter jackets with great coat hooks. Location is ideal with access to the lodge amenities. We would stay again.

Great place to stay for a few nights!
Close to Sun Valley Center.
Some of the blinds didn't work.
There were 3 wine glasses in the cupboard and one was cracked so we threw it away.
We did not break it.
Stairs are kinda funny - just hold on to the railing.
It isn't perfect, but it is cozy.
We would stay here again and recommend to others.

Cozy Cottage Perfect for Families
Very much enjoyed our stay. When we visit Sun Valley we usually stay on the resort property. We loved the New Villager area. Still very close to the resort, but much more quiet. Fantastic amenities; the washer and dryer in the unit were top of the line and essential for our visit. Not many other upgrades, but we liked the esthetic and found it very cozy for our family. The deck with table and chairs were perfect for dining al fresco. We liked the floor level bathroom. Made it very easy to get our kids cleaned up after a busy day in the mountains. Highly recommend and hope to return.

Beautiful space for easy summer living
We love the complex and the house. The space was great for us and my two young kids enjoyed the landscaped gardens, ponds and streams. The location made for easy access to the lodge, where we went to swim. One issue: The mattress on the pull-out bed is the worst I've ever slept on. My boyfriend and I slept on the ground in a sleeping bags without pads a few days before sleeping on that mattress, and it was WAY harder on us than the ground. The springs are poking through so aggressively that we both had bruised ribs. We're both slender people, which didn't help, but we're also used to happily roughing it and this was...rough. Overall, we had a great stay. Thank you!

Does not comfortably sleep 6
This condo was advertised as sleeping 6, but this included sleeping for 2 on an extremely thin mattress on a pullout couch (pillows on the floor would have better). The condo is set up to comfortably sleep 4. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay. The grounds are lovely and the condo had everything we needed

Everything was great. Really met our needs for the weekend. Very quiet location near Sun Valley and near the downtown

Nice Cind for the Price
Everything was great, enjoyed the lodge pool. Two negatives- the washer spin cycle did not work and one burner on the stove was broken.

Good value needs updates.
This unit is a good value for the price. Loved that we could use the lodge pool, we used it every night. Great location - short 10 minute walk to the lodge or short drive. We had great spring skiing conditions. The only issue was the washer spin cycle was broken and one burner on the old stove did not work.
