La vista, se alcanza a ver las pirámides del sol y la luna. Así como el despegue de globos aerostáticos.

We liked the location. We chose it because it's close to the pyramids (Gate No. 4), just about 10 minutes walk or less. The location is also near the center of the town where we got our lunch/dinner. The hotel has a restaurant but we usually eat earlier than the restaurant opening for breakfast and dinner. So, we did not try the restaurant.
The rooftop of the hotel is the highlight of the entire hotel. We liked it a lot - it has chairs and tables if you want to hangout with friends with a bottle of beer, you can easily do that. From the rooftop, you can see the pyramids of Sol and Luna. We got up in the morning around 6:30am and went to the rooftop just watching hot balloons flying towards the pyramids. There're many, probably over 30 flying in the sky. Some flew over our roof. It's just beautiful. We're happy to pay a little bit more than some other hotels in that area just for the view and for watching hot balloons flying.
The hotel is situated in a quiet corner away from the railways and trains. If we're backpackers and walk a lot, at least 5-6 hours a day. If you don't want to or can't walk too much, the hotel owners (I forgot to mention it's a lovely family business), Victoria and her husband can offer you a ride for a small fee. Both of them are super nice and Victoria speaks some English, that helps a lot.
The hotel has many types of rooms - from a suite without view (no windows), a suite with a beautiful view, to an apartment with multiple rooms and kitchen for 10+ people. Our room has a small window in the bathroom and can't see the pyramids, and it's on the second floor. We liked that room - it's quiet and clean. Hot water to make tea and coffee is provided 24 hours and is free. We booked one night through Booking.com and later decided to stay one more night in the same hotel room to make sure we got enough time to enjoy that area. We're now in Puebla while writing this review.
There is nothing I don't like about the hotel. But Booking.com really messed up with my room reservation. When I booked the room, Booking.com gave me a free upgrade for being a loyal customer. The upgrade was an entire apartment with multiple rooms. So, I thought it's such a great deal. It turned out it's not the case. The owner communicated with me multiple times about the issue. So, when we got there, we were assigned to a suite instead of an apartment. It's okay for us since we're informed by Victoria. Be careful of Booking.com's free upgrades -- really too good to be true.

Extremely helpful owner, who organized the visiting for us, gave us a lot of good tips on where to go and what to avoid, and even made plenty of photos for us during our balloon experience! The hotel was nice and clean, room very comfortable. The location is also great - you can easily walk to the pyramides site.
The room was a bit chilly in the morning - additional blankets we got were very helpful! Also, be patient with the hot water, it will eventually get running, you just need to wait a while

Our stay was good and view there is fantastic!
The service was really great and very warm welcoming.
There is the small restaurant on the ground floor of the hotel - food is very tasty, fully recommended!
Safe parking is available in the garage.
There was only cold water in the faucet but it wasn't a big problem because in shower were both: cold and hot water.

It is easy to walk to the Gate 5, the owner and staffs of the hotel are very helpful, we used their car service back to the airport, it only took 50 minutes, used new section of the highway. The small town is clean and peaceful.

The staff was super helpful, the location was great for being close to the pyramids and the TERRACE WAS AMAZING! They had coffee/tea/water too available all the time which was very sweet.
It was a little loud in the basement apartment with dogs barking. However, I'm not sure that would change in any location in this town as the dogs barking were everywhere (we could even hear them in our amazing hot air balloon ride LOL)
