Experience a true getaway vacation with Pacific Ocean views at the White Water Cove, a newly renovated top floor condo 2.5 miles north of the coastal town of Brookings, Oregon. Facing southwest and perched 190 feet above the Pacific Ocean, this home will give you unobstructed, unforgettable views of the Oregon coastline, White Water Cove, the sea stacks and Bird Island,. You will have direct access to two private trails to a spectacular, secluded beach where you will explore the tide pools, Rainbow Rock, caves and the rock formations. This private gated community provides a peaceful, secure setting for your romantic or family vacation.
The living room has exotic solid acacia and parota wood furnishings. You will sink yourself into one of the reclining chairs to enjoy a 65" Samsung Smart TV with DVD/CD Player, Internet Speed 500+ Mbps & Complimentary WiFi. From the living room, dining room or on the patio deck you can see the ocean and watch for whales migrating in season. Use our binoculars and look for the sea and river otters in the surf. Check out the rock formations and islands all around you.
The skylights in the entry and hallway fill the condo with bright natural light creating a relaxing ambiance. Enjoy the sounds of the ocean and all of our art and sculptures which compliment this property.
The bathrooms have been completely remodeled. Enjoy soaking in our new over sized Kohler Expanse soaking tub. The tub enclosure and shower enclosure have been tiled and widened to give you more room.
The master bedroom suite features the beautiful, authentic TANTRA CHAIR ® created by “ZEN BY DESIGN” to help purify the body, expand body awareness and help realign your spine. White water cove is in a perfect location for exploring the southern Oregon Coast. The unit is immaculate and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable, relaxing stay. The owners are very hospitable, easy to contact, and make your stay effortless. The incredible view and private beach are the icing on the cake.

From the moment we booked this property I knew it was a great decision. Irene responded right away to thank us for the booking and give us details and instructions for the rental. Her hospitality continued even after we checked out as she wished us well on our journey back home and again thanked us for our stay.
Let’s get into the actual property because I know how important these reviews are when trying to find a place to stay in a location you’re not familiar with. The property is just as advertised, it accommodated our family of 4 very comfortably. The home in general is VERY clean and has everything you need. Things this rental had that we haven’t had in other places include plenty of garbage bags, coffee (both ground and K cups), dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, lots of extra towels, a first aid kit, plenty of toilet paper and paper towels, extra toothpaste in case we forgot, make up remover wipes, shampoo, conditioner & body wash to name a few. Small details that were much appreciated, they thought of it all. Beds were comfy, rooms were spacious.
The home is decorated cute, living room furniture is comfortable and that’s where we spent most of our time, just taking in the beautiful views!! The balcony was peaceful to sit and listen to the waves. The unit is just off of Hwy 101 but we really didn't notice any road noise, occasional logging trucks and cars but it wasn't loud and didn’t take away from the serenity.

The view when you walk thru the door is breathtaking. Perfect location. Enjoyed walking the beach, and the tide pools. Also an amazing pacific costal trail on the back side.

Our stay at White Water Cove was amazing. From the moment we walked in and saw the breathtaking taking view we knew we had chosen the right place for us to just relax and disconnect. The place was beautifully decorated and had everything we could need. We just had to bring in food and drinks.
The view was amazing. I could sit there all day, everyday. The private beach was so nice. The cave was wonderful and the tide pools as well. Nothing like having a beach to yourself.
We also used this as our base. We explored the Redwood Forest as well as the Oregon Coast. We also got to experience the 4th of July fireworks at the harbor. What a treat!
Thank you for having us and allowing us to have a slice of paradise for the week.

The view at this condo is spectacular! We loved everything about our 3 night stay here. The trail down to the beach was a great perk. We ate out some and went on daily hiking adventures but you could totally bring in all your groceries and never need to leave the property.

Once you open that door and walk into the property, you are captivated by the views. Then you look around and realize that where you are staying, sleeping and cooking is pretty special as well. The condo is well appointed, top shelf towels, bedding and entertainment options. What an experience and if you are traveling to Brookings, this IS the place to stay.

Absolutely loved our stay at White Water Cove. Irene and Dennis are wonderful hosts that were very responsive. The location could not be better. In town, but far enough out to feel more private. The space is immaculate and has everything you need. The views are incredible. Sunrise and Sunsets were magnificent. The private beach was awesome!! Spent most mornings and evenings on the beach. The location of the property was even better. State park boundary is just north of the property. You can connect to the OCT trail right outside and to the north of the property. From there, it's miles and miles of Oregon Coastal beauty. We will definitely be back!

Quiet and private retreat with beautiful scenery. Lovely in every way. The condo is clean, organized and has everything one needs. Close proximity to redwoods and coastal hikes as well as groceries and healthcare. This is a little paradise!

Dennis and Irene have made the condo into a very nice place for a vacation. My husband and I came for a week by the beach and enjoyed many nights reading on the deck and listening to the waves right in front of us. The condo itself is clean, bright and spacious. The property is quiet and neighbors are friendly! We greatly enjoyed our time there and will definitely return in the future.

Quite simply, the view alone is breathtaking, and I can't imagine ever tiring of it. There's something so peaceful about it. If you're looking for a true vacation, this cannot be beat! The condo is very well stocked with everything you might possibly need for your stay, especially the kitchen. The short hike down to the ocean beach offers even more fantastic views and once on the beach, Rainbow Rock is a spectacle to see with it's walk-through tunnel (safest to attempt at lower tide) is just phenomenal. As if that weren't enough, the hosts/owners Irene & Dennis are lovely people and very attentive to anything you need. JUST BOOK IT!

Very clean and felt like high end condo. Choices in Brookings, Crescent City are limited, but this was very nice and away from the traffic, and people. Kitchen was very well equipped.

The condo was very comfortable, private and quiet. The view amazing. Everything you need for a getaway is here. Check in and check out are easy. The area beaches are easy to get to and close by. The beach access from the condo however is not easy. It gets very steep and slippery but has a rope railing to hold onto. If your looking for a quiet place to stay with a beautiful view, stay here.

White Water Cove did not disappoint. Kitchen was well stocked. Plenty of towels and pillows. My daughter and I played games in the evenings while taking in the beauty of the coast. View absolutely amazing! So comfortable - felt at home. Check in incredibly easy. Wish we could’ve stayed longer! Will definitely return! Thanks to the Sweeney’s for making it a wonderful stay!

The condo is very clean with comfortable furnishings. The patio has a spectacular view of the coast and the beach below the condos was my favorite on the southern Oregon Coast. We really enjoyed being away from town yet close enough to drive in for groceries or go to dinner. Irene was super nice & communicative!

Very organized and perfect for our purposes. Access to the beach was wonderful. View of rocky coast was beautiful and relaxing. Close to many attractions. Kitchen had everything we need to prepare some of our own meals. Deck was wonderful to sit on, and read and watch the beach..

Practically private beach
Upon arrival we discovered the code for the door did not work. We called and the problem was fixed immediately!! We were welcomed with a nice bottle of wine.
The view takes your breath away! The condo was very clean and well laid out. We met friends and stayed for 4 nights. Time we spent in the condo (not sleeping) was spent on the deck looking at the ocean and beach!! Trails to the beach and the beach itself were amazing!!
We would book this place again in a blink!!

Beautiful View
Super clean, responsive owners, and a view so beautiful there’s a pull off viewpoint for it on Hwy 101. There is a lot of road noise but the hwy hugs the coast throughout Brookings so it would be hard to avoid. There is also access to the Oregon Coast Trail from the parking lot and you can follow it through the Samuel H Boardman scenic corridor! We’d definitely stay here again!

Cute condo, amazing beach!
This condo is exactly as pictured and was very clean. There are so many fun things to do within an hours drive for kids but the main attraction is the private trail down to the beach. We went down almost every day for the kids to play in the water. At low tide you can go in the cave and see tons of starfish and crabs. The weather was cool but not cold. We loved it!

Beautiful Place and View
Our stay at White Water Cove was amazing! The moment you enter the condo you are drawn to the amazing postcard views of the ocean. You can see the ocean for miles and it is breathtaking. Working with Irene and Dennis could not have been easier. They made us feel very welcomed at their condo. We were even welcomed with a bottle of wine! The condo was spotless. It was obvious that they tend to the condo and their quests very well. There is an easy walking path down to the beach that was just amazing. Once you get down to the beach it's as though you are in a different world. Breathtaking views! There is also a hiking path, which we learned about from one of the friendly neighbors that is on the complex. We hiked the path up to some pretty incredible views of the ocean. The town in quaint and friendly. We ate at some of the local restaurants and were very pleased with the food. Overall this condo I would give it five stars!
