we didn't have breakfast there, it was a little out of our way as we spent most of our time in St. Jacobs
bedspread had stains on it , a bunch of long black hair on bathroom floor, television didn't work it had a pink background and no sound, clock radio didn't work, the single beds were just a mattress on springs

Our third stay here and always good and easy. Clean rooms and bathrooms, breakfast available for 10$ each. Good location at the border of UW campus.
All good.

Everything the place is like a awesome hotel very quiet comfortable and clean loved everything about this place I would recommend it to anyone

The location was great near a T&T grocery store, and relatively easy access to the GO bus at Waterloo station or Grand River Transit anywhere in the KWC. Also, the rooms were way nicer than I expected, although a bit scruffed up.
There was no creamer or milk in the fridge for the coffee. Also, found a bit of hair, but I am not going to really fault for that. Also, when coming from mass transit across the U of Waterloo campus, it is a bit hard to find the front entrance.

I was surprised about the quality of the room. Very comfortable, clean and quiet. I was not expecting this from a college room! Will book again.
The check in was sooo confusing (after 5pm). But at least they leave a number on the door you can call. Also a bit overpriced compared to other hotels around.

Despite the video, we had difficulty finding the main entrance at 190 Westmount. However students there were helpful and eventually assisted us getting there. Staff was helpful as well.
The room floor could have been better vacuumed or cleaned as after showering, the shower floor was left with lots of dirt due to my husband walking on the room floor barefooted before taking shower.

on campus, close to convocation event
room was very small

Clean room, breakfast was great.
Following the written instructions when self-checking in, it was confusing to say the least. When I needed help phone number on the invoice was inaccurate, kept transferring to a message box. Correct phone number was displayed after getting in the lobby.
Bed was squeaky, kept waking up my partner every time I got off the bed. Room was clean and quiet.

Ease of key system.
Trouble with the tv system.

The lighting in the room could have been better

maybe add some breakfast options. no one to physically check you in

The only complaint I would make is about the mattress. I think they need new ones. Overall, clean close to everything I needed and friendly helpful staff

The location was on one of the best University campuses in Ontario, maybe Canada. The wi-fi was worked in mostly all buildings across the campus. There was plenty of nooks to sit and lounge or study, sip coffee and relax or get things done. Each building complex was unique to its discipline. A small lake and conservation area was within walking distance but there were bicycle trails everywhere.
I wish there was a kettle to boil water. There was only a capsule coffee maker. However there was meals offered for extra money so likely eating was intended to be done in a cafeteria. And there were plenty of coffee shops on campus but closed by 7pm. Also the central air conditioning made a squeal across the fan grill. It really stood out in such an otherwise quiet place.
