If you receive cleaning during your stay the rental is still subject to the checkout housekeeping flat fee.

This was the best stay I've ever had in Miami. The host was very much accommodating and responsive. There were so much activities , restaurants , pools , bars , all in the area. The daily spa passes were great. Amazing view, balcony and room. 10 out of 10 , will be back again soon.

The room was beautiful and access to the fontainebleu pool and beach was incredible! We loved the property and will definetly use vrbo again for our next Miami trip. Very convenient :)

First time booking with vrbo it was the best!! The host was quick and fast to respond back.. I was able to check in soon as I got to the hotel.the room was amazing will stay again!! The view I love I was able to see part of the ocean but all of the main pool area!! Fontaine bleu was a resort of his own everything was there.. great getaway weekend I give it a 10!

Beautiful resort we loved the spa,pools, restaurants and shops! However we had a bad experience with this room 1 We got there at 5 and didn’t get our keys until 6 2 bed comforter had yellow stains asked for a new one and never got one so we didn’t use it 3 bathtub was not clean and the shower had black/green spots like mold 4 sink didn’t drain properly so we didn’t use it,thankfully the room had a little kitchen sink so we used that one instead 5 Miriam (the host) wasn’t responsive at all she’ll answer days later so it was frustrating when I wanted to know something soon 6 this one was the worse one, toilet wasn’t flushing so we had to call maintenance 3 times and last time they came to our room they said it was a plumbing issue so we had to use other toilets outside our room. You can imagine in the middle of the night waking up to go outside you room to use the restroom. The resort staff was so nice to us they helped us as much as they could. If I could give 0 stars to this room I would, maybe there’s other nice room but we had bad luck with this one this time. I’ll definitely stay away from this room or at least make sure everything works before you unpack your belongings.

My wife and I have been staying at this hotel (Fontainebleau) very often since 1993. Always booked a room through the hotel. This year we are Booked the room through Vrbo for the first time, we loved it. When we arrived our room was not ready, but I emailed Miriam, she immediately replied that she called the hotel and the room was ready in 10 minutes. Very good communication, fast response. Thank you Miriam.

Thank you for allowing us to stay in your place for our weekend getaway. The host was not responsive upon checking in. The check in process was seamless but I think it would be helpful to know that there is $150/day hold on your account for any incidentals. I would’ve been prepared better. Upon entering the room, the vent seemed to have what looked like mold. I reached out to Miriam using the telephone # listed on the door of the room and never got a response. I went to the 7th floor for assistance and they sent someone up to clean it & the room smelled of bleach for a while we ended up leaving the balcony door open and going to the pool. My boyfriends name was also not on the room so when he arrived he had a bit of trouble checking in. Other than those few concerns, the stay was great. The property was clean and well worth the stay. I would surely visit again in hopes that the matters mentioned above were addressed.

Fontainebleau Miami is fantastic place to be and needs to be experienced. If you can find rate lower than hotel, its perfect opportunity, plus you may get valet and spa included, kind of a big deal at the hotel. Miriam has been great and responsive, thanks for hosting!

This is truly a beautiful room with a view!! All the amenities of the hotel. Great spot in the hotel… quiet when you needed it to be at night. We had a perfect stay. Huge bathroom, chic room. The property manager is super responsive!

The room had an amazing view while being in the heart of Miami. The only downside was we were looking to go swimming in one of the many pools. Sadly they closed down the pool "due to weather concerns" eventhough it wasn't raining and stated that they close the pool at 6pm due to COVID rather than sundown. Otherwise, the room and stay was perfect!

Upon arrival valet was great and bell hop got our luggage! Check in was 4:00, but we had to wait for room to be ready at 5:00, meantime bell hop took our luggage to a room to keep safe until our room was ready! We got in our room around 5:10, called bell hop to bring our luggage up, luggage arrived within 15 mins! Room was clean, small fridge was perfect to store milk/coffee creamer, water and made ice! Coffee kuerig was soo nice to have.. bring your own coffee pods! Valet was always pretty quick to bring our car, the longest wait was 15 mins! Dinner at sushi was expensive for the little amount of bland rolls you get. And not much of a choice of rolls to choose from. Pizza and burgers we was our favorite restaurant, a little pricey too, but a better selection of food! We did uber eats a few times to cut back on cost and to get breakfast/dinner quicker than the waits for restaurants in hotel. The pool next to kiddy pool was nice for my 6 and 8 year olds … other than that not much to do for kids there, as slide was slow and small for their age. But we made a good time in the pool anyhow!
